Located on the threshold of one of America’s most exciting cities, the Smoothie King Center is the largest state-of-the-art venue of its size in the region. Adjacent to the Caesars Superdome and situated on the 55-acre campus of the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District, the Smoothie King Center has been a catalyst for live entertainment development in the area. As home of the New Orleans Pelicans, the Smoothie King Center has helped to anchor the sports complex and provide enhanced event programming and opportunities for the City and State. In addition to playing host to some of the world’s largest musical acts, the Center has hosted several collegiate basketball events including both Men’s and Women’s NCAA Regional Tournament, as well as Women’s Final Four. I only give it 3 because at this stage in their career, they should stick to the hits no one really want to hear new or obscure songs when they're an opening act only playing for an hour. They have more than enough tunes everybody knows to go an hour. And... their sound mixer should be fired! Compared to Bryan Adam's perfect sound mixing,
Pat's sound was muddy, muffled and often too much reverb. You could hear Pat's great voice hidden in there to m trying to get out. Disappointing but it wasn't the band's fault it was their sound engineer.
Great show, my first time seeing Beartooth, a very interesting band. Kind of a mix of Pop, Rock, and Heavy Metal. Shinedown was as awesome as ever, loved the stage set-up with the main stage at one end and the figure 8 with 4 platforms in the middle of the arena. Great sound, Pyrotechnics, and light show. I've seen Shinedown many times through the years, and they always deliver, excellent band.
By far the best artist to see in concert these days! Amazing mixture of theatrics, LIVE singing, amazing choreography and storytelling. He is also very in tune and connected to his fans! Wonderful experience and the VIP perks were well worth the price! 😍
Maxwell is a great entertainer. He is lively and so personable. At times I couldn't see his eyes or his hair, but I could always see his heart. It was like one big ole cookout, young and old. Its amazing to see how much success he's built from the 90s that is still lasting. So Essence book him this year! Now, I do wish they moved a lil on CP time so I could've seen more of Jazmine and catch some of October London. We got there at 8:30ish.
Best show ever. Had no idea our tickets would be updated which of course was amazing. All the staff were helpful and the show was so entertaining and fun. This was my first time ordering tickets through AXS and I would definitely do it again.
I had a great time at Justin’s concert and I was in the VIP section and I saw Justin up close and I met some of Justin’s band members as well and Justin was fantastic as always.I have been a big fan of Justin since he was a solo artist and will always be a big fan of Justin’s.!
despite not being able to use Depeche Mode's behemoth video screen or sound system and having only about a half hour to perform, DIIV delivered a formidable set. I would love to see them in a smaller venue where they have more time to explore their catalog of great songs.
This was my 2nd time seeing them for The Last Goodbye Tour and they killed it as usual! I love their music so much! I always get so emotional listening to them! Thank you, Odesza! You always touch my heart with your amazing sound!

I’ve been a fan for a long time and was nervous they’d only sing their new songs (which they did sing a few) but they mostly sang their older ones and hits from after laughter as well. Super great and interactive, they all seem like genuinely good people as well.
Duran Duran still sound great. Bastille and Chic opened for them. It started at 7 and DD didn't complete their set until around 11:30. It was a great time and value. We danced the entire show.
Absolutely incredible concert from start to finish!!! Bastille was great, CHIC was AMAZING, and Duran Duran was even better than the last time I saw them. They just keep improving--it's unbelievable!! Such great energy, and Simon's voice was super strong. Just a fantastic experience all the way around!!! Thank you Duran Duran for touring again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
loved the show...last saw them in nola for the big thing tour (wish they woulda played somethin from that album) ...LOVED the super freak outta nowhere lol....

didnt get my tix til 10 mins before show so got there at chic's opening so i missed bastille
my only disappointment??? i was home before midnight ...show started at 7...2 openers plus headliner??? chic started just after 8....the boys hit the stage around 915 (?) i dunno, i expected to run til midnight at least
Was disappointed that the only 2 “tv” screens were flanking the stage so if you were sitting towards the rear or in the upper seats you were SOL. They did play a lot longer then expected- almost 3 hours so that was unexpected and enjoyable.
Dude is top notch! He tickled this old combat vets soul as he destroyed the left right paradigm. The story about shrooms more than justified the price of admission. Great night enjoying some laughs with 10k other folks, thanks to everyone that helped put that together!
It was one of the best concert I have gone to. It was nice to see and hear Jimmie Allen sing and LOVED Carrie. She sounded absolutely wonderful and looked amazing. She sure put a heck of a show, amazing

AAHHHHHMAZAAAZING! Maxwell's voice is heaven. The vibe was awesome. Stage management was very organized. LOVE LOVE LOVED the performance.
The only thing I would change was the length of the show. I didn't get to hear my fave songs! One hour of Maxwell was just not enough.
OMG! THE DOOBIE BROS are awesome on stage!!! They put on a full 2-1/2hr show with no breaks! New songs, old songs. But the majority of the crowd wanted the old songs, that's all they'd jam to. I wanted to jam to all songs that called for it. Michael McDonald performed the entire time with them and did all his popular songs from his time back in the days with them. I thought the whole show was wonderful. At 69yrs old, my first time seeing them in person!!! Now I can go to my grave more than happy!
Ariana is one of my favorite singers ever. She is INCREDIBLY talented and has a voice like no other. This is true live. She is simply amazing and natural and raw. However, I found that the screens were extremely small and I couldn’t see Ariana at all. Given, my seats were high up, but the point of the screens are to allow those high up to be able to see. They were very small ovals and cloudy-looking. I have also been to the DWT and I found that at both tours, Ariana doesn’t interact with the fans nearly at all besides holding the microphone out sometimes. Her concert is more focused on performance, which is fine!! Other than that, I loved it! Ariana is incredible and truly one of a kind.
Excellent! Great selection of song set. Loved the tribute to Tom Petty. Stevie Nicks was absolutely awesome. They never took a break and did three encore songs! Took 40 years to see them and was not disappointed at all!!!
