What a phenomenal performance by Chet and his band mates, as well as Alex vs Alex for opener. It was my first time seeing him live, and was well worth the drive up for me, the music sounded beautifully and it his new album is eccentric/sensually done. In love it sounds even better than the record, and he you can feel much of himself he puts into it, I was glad to have had the experience and meet an interesting human being along the way if that experience.
As a 13 year old who loves tlt I chose this as my first concert. It would be a very long story but because I don’t want to waste your time it was the best experience of my life . Never have I ever felt so alive and welcomed by people .
This concert was really entertaining! The stage design was impressive and greatly enhanced the experience. I enjoy The Hellp's music and listen to their studio recordings very often, but seeing them live was even better. Noah has a great stage presence and there is never a dull moment on stage whether he is yelling whoop or telling the crowd to put their hands in the air to get ready for confetti. As for the novo, I was slightly confused on the set up of the floor. I purchased a general admission floor ticket and was fully aware that I was not going to be in the pit area. I really only bought the floor ticket instead of the pit because at the time I bought my tickets, the pit was sold out, but while observing the crowd, I saw that there were far more people who were standing on the floor rather than the pit. The pit was almost empty while the floor was pretty much full all the way back. This wouldn't really be a problem, but the ceiling is relatively low above the floor area which I assume make it hard for people to see the full stage. During the performance I found myself questioning how the pit was sold out when there was not many people standing there at all. I assume this is for safety reasons, but I do think that they could sell more pit tickets in the future. NOTE: if you purchase a pit ticket for this venue, you must have a wristband before entering the lower level closer to the stage. I saw a lot of people asking guards to go down when they had purchased floor thinking that gave them pit access. It doesn't! lol
My wife bought tickets to see them for a belated birthday gift 🎁. The band was beyond AWESOMENESS as were the openers. So glad I was finally able to see them live. A personal favourite since discovering them whilst driving home from work one night.
Cannons RAWK!!!!!
Sincerely,
Danny
The lineup was in harmony for an optimal musical experience! All very distinct styles so that when we got to Digable Planets everyone was tuned in for a cool, chill vibe. Loved the jazz elements and how all the songs Digable Planets played were different from the radio versions we were used to.
Awesome show. Great stage presence!
Loved it! And I am a person that only knew like 4 of their songs.
They play a bit of all their stuff including deep cuts that many in the audience obviously knew!
I would go and see them again in a small venue!
One of the most amazing shows and performances I've seen in a long time! I'm a huge DAYE ONE fan! However, I'm incredibly disappointed that I purchased meet & greet passes before the venue changed from the Greek Theater to the Novo, but never got a meet & greet. My tickets were refunded due to the venue change, so I purchased VIP tickets again under the impression that they were meet & greet passes. Never received an email for a meet & greet so I assumed he wasn't having one, only to discover days later that there was a meet & greet. I'm hurt b/c this was the first time I even cared to meet an artist. Maybe next time! Still a huge fan and can't wait for the next tour!
Great overall performance, but musician based not fan based. No songs played that fans knew. Because of this, energy was relatively low throughout. But great body of art from each talented musician. No hype around known songs with advertised artist, made it out to be a so so show.
Best Cypress Hill show in years, the vibe and people were electric, the staff, security, bartenders, were kind and courteous, the Novo is a great venue. Haunted Hill should be an event for anyone interested in a fun night out in Los Angeles during Halloween weekend
Seeing the QUEEN in concert was a dream come true i got to share with my cousin. There's videos of her catching how i was fangirling and singing along to the woman who inspires me everyday Becky G. Wishing and hoping one day i can meet her in person and tell her how much she inspires me.
Yesterday was the best time ever I have when I was at your concert yesterday I was having so much fun I always dream of me being at your concert since I was 10 years old and look at me I’m 17 years old now and I went to your show yesterday. Love you Becky
was my first time seeing Angele in concert after discovering her music on a random Spotify playlist about French music. rewatched her Netflix documentary beforehand to prepare and made sure that the fits for the concert were a slay. to close the show she preformed a cover of "hit me baby one more time" and the whole crowd shouted out the lyrics. had fun!!
SO GOOD! He put on an amazing show and did all of his hits. He have like 3 good hours of show and it was amazing. Only thung - I wish the Novo was checking vaccinations , it was WAY too packed and enclosed to not know who was vaccinated or not. And wearing a mask would’ve been too hard.
Omggg they did so well it was crazy to see them irl and they were so pretty, the fansign was super rushed and the hi touch was the most rushed hi touch I’ve seen but they were so nice, pretty, and talented!! I love you itzy 💜💜
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL I GOT A SUMMER JOB AND WORKED FOR THE PAST TWO SUMMERS SO I WOULD BE READY TO BUY THE BEST SEATS FOR WHEN SHE FINALLY WENT ON TOUR AND IT WAS SO WORTH IT I HAVE NOTHING BUT LOVE AND RESPECT FOR ALESSIA AND HER BAND AND CREW AND FAMILY AND AM SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY THAT I WENT SHES SO SWEET AND HER VOCALS ARE EVEN BETTER IN PERSON SHE MOVES AROUND ALL OVER THE STAGE AND DOESNT JUST STAY IN THE MIDDLE SO U COULD BE OFF TO THE SIDE AND SHED WALK RIGHT UP TO U AND SING UGH IT WAS PERFECT
Joe was unreal as was Billy G and the opera dude! Sammy H fantastic and Robby K best he’s been in a while. Estaban’s daughter horrific and the set up of the show ran way late with little communication thus p*****g off a lot of the crowd.
Really fun show. Fish one opened which was a great surprise. The only issue I had was that George Clinton didn’t really sing. He has a HUGE ensemble doing most of the singing while the he roams around. Flea fromThe a Red Hot Chili Peppers was next to us, enjoying the show. Added bonus!
Oh it was so much fun! Not only were the tickets 50$ when they first came out, the link also didn't work! So after I waited some time for the link to work, when it finally did, tickets were over 100$!!!!! It was almost like literally getting fucked and I loved it!!! Can't wait for the next concert link to be trash too:)!
