Buddy is a true preformer. At 88, Buddy Guy still has that sass, a great band including Tom Hambridge who also plays a few tunes with the band before Buddy comes on as the headliner.
Hambridge is a great blues legend & a terrific act. The song, Shoebox is truly a tear jerker & his take on a positive blues tune is a must-see!
Buddy can still play, sing & especially have fun on stage. Thanks Buddy for all the great music & we love ya!
I am so glad we caught this show. Keb MO’s optimistic enviting song writing, melts my heart. The song “this is my home” WOW, what a great story. Love you Keb. Hope to see you at the Tampa blues fest 2025 ☺️

Great show by both Queensryche and Armored. The venue is cool and all the staff did a great job.
As always, great venue at the State. MG were on fire. Closed out the set with the 1-2 of No Children / This Year. AMAZING
absolutely amazing, planning to see him again asap when he’s in town. such a sweet person and a phenomenal artist!!
We drove 6 hours from Newburgh, IN to see Larry Fleet and he did not disappoint. It was a very good concert and we enjoyed the venue a lot. Would love to see Larry in Evansville, IN at The Victory if he ever comes to our town.
I had a great time! He’s amazing live and the Kalamazoo State Theater is a great venue.
Gregory & the band put on an amazing show! Such wonderful energy overall from them. I can’t say enough. I love this band!
They never disappoint me! Best Live Band EVER! I’ve recorded over 150 recent live videos so check them out. Also If you haven’t gone to see them in awhile..,DO IT!!!
The double-drum setup alone was worth the price of admission. I couldn't have asked for a better live show.
Wow, what an experience. Brit is such an amazing front man. I can’t believe how incredible this show was-the music, the sound effects, the lights. Opening band bodega was just amazing to watch. Can’t imagine a better night!
This show was incredible! Can't wait to see then again for the Dive Bar Saints tour!
Great show! Saw you a year ago outside of Sandusky, OH - that show was fun, this show was so polished and still felt like a casual, fun evening.
Another great Home Free concert! This is the 3rd time seeing them at the Kalamazoo State Theater & I hope they are invited back. Not a bad drive from Indianapolis to see my favorite guys!!
Phenomenal. The revamping of classic Jose songs was inspiration and moving. Impossible to sit still to. A buffet of sounds and creates magnificent landscapes, then builds into booming crescendos. Perfect.
What incredible musicians, amazing musicianship. I DON’T say that lightly. These guys, to be fair, regardless of lineup, have always been either overlooked or under appreciated for the masterful writing AND playing they consistently deliver. After what might be considered today’s “core” members of Kansas wanted so badly to continue making music after their last album 16 years ago, they were not met with the same excitement to “carry on”. Original singer Steve Walsh decided once again, and once and for all, that he was finished with the intensity required and was going to stay semi-retired from the demands of the career and instead wanted to write and record music or perform a “one-off” show only when he wished. The same can essentially be said of both original founding members Kerry Livgren and Dave Hope. So, the others formed a band they called ’Native Window’. That was helpful in that it kept the existing band playing and at least casually open to a new singer in the VERY, VERY rare instance that one should come along who sounds just like Steve Walsh or John Elefante, or a hybrid somewhere therein. To me, and EVERYONE I could hear around me at the show, Ronnie Platt amazingly sounds like both of them. And live, he sounds the best of all three. And that REALLY says something because all three of these singers are authentically world class and are each capable of stepping into a Broadway Opera, learning the parts and not having one person question their rightful place there. As far as THIS SHOW, wow!! All the way through, wow! Everyone sounded spot-on. I have personally seen Kansas live over four eras since about 1980. This was the best sounding show I have seen and heard them play. And while I hope I’ve made it clear that Ronnie Platt has won me over, I believe drummer Phil Ehart is criminally underrated as one of the world’s original progressive style, outrageously talented virtuoso, uniquely interesting, heavy-hitting and downright thunderous drummers ANYWHERE in Rock Music! KANSAS WERE SIMPLY AWESOME!
