This was a phenomenal show. Just perfect in technique and delivery. The production: staging/backdrop, dancers, musicians, sound quality, set list, interaction with the audience, song intros. Apart from the fact that Stanley is talented musically, he's a great leader and he obviously is generous in sharing the spotlight - highlighting other talented artists. A great team! Sting is Sting, but apart from that, this show was much better than Sting's! All Stanley's shows deserve to be SRO/sold out! I am always looking forward to the next performance and passing the word on to others. Bravo!
I enjoyed myself thoroughly at this concert. Stanley and his bandmates have really mastered Sting’s classic songs. I was heartened that they chose to cover Mad About You because it is my favorite solo Sting song. The interpretative dancers were also fabulous and made for a seriously entertaining musical performance experience!
Wow! An excellent concert! Loved the Hallelujah Chorus on the piano!
What an evening! Loved the worshipful singing! Awesome! I live in Boise, ID…need to know when they are coming there again!
What a show!!!
Loved Brian and the amazingly talented musicians he had with him. High energy and so fun!!
Loved every minute and will plan to see him again. We always enjoy show at the Mesa Arts center. East to park, nice people and great venue.
Bela and his fellow musicians were amazing. Talented men - and funny! We're so happy to have seen Mr. Fleck twice in one year - first a bluegrass concert in Ann Arbor MI last December and then this one, which had an Indian flair. Highly recommended.
It was a show only Pat could put on.
I was fortunate to have a 1st row seat center that turned out to about 12 feet from Pat. It was just him and for the first time ever, he talked between songs and sets. I've been following him for 46 yrs, have seen him in concert close to 30 times and he spoke more last night than ALL those shows put together.
So it was like having Pat in my living room, playing and enlightening me for 2+ hours. Can it GET any better than that? I recently watched him do a Rick Beato show on YouTube and it was sooooooooo interesting and this was sort of a continuance of that interview, albeit a more in-depth conversation. My guess is Pat knows as much about chord structure and phrasing as any other living musician. His knowledge is just astounding and it comes across when you REALLY listen to his music.
He talked about how he started out playing guitar and that conversation slowly morphed during the rest of the evening into how and why he played and plays different types of guitars and the different strings he's uses on them to get a particular sound. And of course, his playing was superb!
And when I started out here saying it was a show only Pat could put on, it was mainly because he brought out some of the Orchestrion with him for the last 1/2 hour and he's the only musician I've ever seen use something like this. So imaginative!!
What I've always said sets him apart from the gazillion other guitar players (he has NEVER done 2 albums that sound the same) his entire career, is he has been never-ending in using his imagination to discover what his instrument is capable of and he has never been satisfied with the status-quo of his playing abilities as he goes to places he's never been before musically, determined to conquer them and then move on to the next adventure.
On a side note....he played Wichita Lineman that I think it was a nod to Glen Campbell considering he was in AZ.
Thank you for a wonderful evening to always remember, Pat!
What a wonderful concert!!! They all were having a good time....could have kept playing on and on .. I wish! The song list was amazing, especially the encore. What a performance A+++ 10*
Very lucky to be able to see them.
The theater was beautiful! The whole area around it was very nice, comfortable, easy access.....could not have been a better night. A+++ 10*
From Las Vegas with ❤️
Excellent show with the musicians enjoying the show, frequently smiling at each other. Emmet Cohen's piano playing was amazing. The bass of Philip Noris was noteworthy, and the drumming of Kyle Poole was excellent. After intermission, Benny Benack III joined with his trumpet and voice, making the show even more fun. This new generation of jazz musicians spread the art form's gospel
The concert was amazing! So much energy flowing from each performance. B.C. you have been graced with a gift from God. Your music is beautiful and you play with such great skill❤️. Thank you for allowing the other Musicians to share their talents as well.
The venue, Mesa Arts Theatre offered a great location and sound and seating is awesome! See you again soon! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
The concert was amazing and the best performance by Brian that I have ever experienced! The entire band was energetic and performed at an exceptional level. They provided an environment for the entire crowd to connect and the energy was palpable. Thank you!

My wife and I are 71yrs old. We took our 38 yr old son and his wife. It was spectacular! They were dazzled. I've seen Brian in concert all over the western US, and he has never disappointed with his precision, his showmanship, his well-rehearsed and colorful sets, his guests, and his own amazing talent. No one impresses and delights as well as he does. I won't miss him if/when he comes to Arizona again. Thank you Brian!
I last saw Belinda in 1983. To see her again 39 years later was amazing. Her voice is fantastic and she put on a great fun show. The Ikeda theater was absolutely incredible. Beautiful and The Acoustics were amazing. I will definitely see Belinda again and go to this venue again.
As a trained musician I can honestly say that their concert was excellent in terms of musical quality and the support from the audience was terrific. They obviously valued this classic rock band. Well written songs with phenomenal chord changes.
This show was somewhat bittersweet for me. My wife was ill & could not make it, but I asked my boss to go & he was totally impressed.
The seats were great, Box 10 (this is the best venue in the Valley. They played a track off "Awake" & it made my day!!
As long as they keep touring, I'm there!!
It was a dream come true not even exaggerating the entire band was nice an had an awesome sense of humor. Not to mention that they are amazing when they play live . It is definitely one of my most favorite memories I am crazy filled with joy. I will brag about this concert for many many many years ...
New stuff at the beginning was good / interesting. Of course what I was there to see was the stuff I’ve been listening to for years, and all of that was great. Loved it. I was in a box seat on the mezzanine level, so I was up in the light show where part of the time it was difficult to see, but not that big a deal. Love David Gray. Great show.
We’ve Ben watching Kenny WS since he was 16. We love him. My daughter came with us that night. She caught the pic that Noah through. It landed right in her lap. Great birthday present for her dads birthday. They just get better. Beth was good. It was my husband birthday and he loves her.
