I went with my son and it was a wonderful show. We loved the mix of genres of music and seeing the Masters of brass perform. One of our highlights of our trip to Toronto.
Great show. Fantastic singer. I hope she'll be back in Toronto very soon.
Lizz Wright and her incredible band were absolutely amazing!! I have waited years to actually see and hear her live. I was not disappointed. It's rare to hear an artist that sounds the same live as what is produced in a recording studio. But Lizz is just that great. I was thrilled and enjoyed every minute of her performance. ❤️❤️
Show was amazing! Samara sounded epic! The backing band was incredible. Thank you. 5 Stars! What an incredible energy.
Excellent show from start to finish. Don’t miss him when they come to your town.
I’ve been listening to Holly for well over 30 years and she gets better each time. Beautiful venue and great acoustics.
excellent concert, should be part of the concert series every year
She was of course, totally awesome, with those low register growls and throaty hums She still has that range and amazing energy for her 84 years, she has a great backup crew and I would never miss a Mavis Staples performance !
The Steve Page Trio was incredible. Musically wonderful and super engaged with the crowd. So nice to hear Steve’s original tunes and to hear BNL hits done right. Such a fun and professional performance. Just wish he/they played Toronto more often! Having Tom Wilson open was awesome. Finally, what a great venue.
Fucking FANTASTIC show. The venue was wonderful, the show was an exhibit of talent.
Tom Wilson was a wonderful addition to the lineup and especially on Truth and Reconciliation Day.
The power of Steven's voice front row was something else, and despite seeing him with BNL 10--11 times? over the last 25 years, this was definitely top tier showmanship. There was a higher percentage of BNL material than his digital stream shows, but not all were singles.
Hearing I live with it Everyday and Bull in a China Shop, and TITNIFAATW (if you know, you know) was *FEELINGS* for a longtime fan.
His solo stuff continues to far surpass my expectations and I have to say when it comes to "this or that" musically, following him was definitely the right choice for me.
Gravity, A New Shore, and of course, Feel good strum were dans la Maison too.
(I know the songs but not all of the titles, forgive me)
I was incredibly lucky to attend this show. I'd been waiting since the pandemic practically started.
Absolutely worth the wait.
Kevin and Craig are musical kings, too.
Amazing, out of body experience. Glory to Ukraine!
The playing, the composition, and the hall were all astoundingly beautiful, but the unexpected highlight of the evening is Jean-Michel’s incredibly funny and charming chats that make the music so approachable and relatable.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Jean-Michel and his band did an amazing job! So mesmerizing and magical! What a talented humble person with a great sense of humor!
I'm extremely biased about this, but it was one of the best shows I've seen. Everything from the performance space & acoustics up to the song choice, musicianship and performance were beyond my greatest expectations.
The audience could have got into it more - many of the people I could see we're absolutely static and only moved to applaud the songs. It didn't inhibit my enjoyment, but it would have been nicer to the band to be more enthusiastic about what everyone was witnessing.
Allison is amazing, truly ! Fabulous concert at the Koerner . Love love Allison and her band!
Wonderful room, superlative generating artists and their genuine friendship playing out on stage, it was a night I will never forget. Wonderful baroque music from these artists, possibly among the last of Jaroussky's concerts in North America as a countertenor
Waited 2 years for this show. GP and his band delivered like usual. Koerner Hall is also a beautiful venue for these type of shows.
Fabulous! World class musicians and Holly is absolutely special. A gift!
Frickin' awesome. Master class on so many levels. Will cherish my autographed copy of Bruce's memoir signed following the performance for years to come. Now it's time for going to the country.
She is enchanting, the show was sold out and I was feeling truly blessed to be present over there at that moment.
It altogether was a blissful experience watching her perform live, with her troop.
If you ever get an opportunity, go grab it, and don't miss out on her show.
