Kulturladen e.V.
Kulturladen Konstanz (KULA) is a self-managed socio-cultural venue at Lake Constance, run by the non-profit association Kulturladen Konstanz e.V. since 1983. Located in the former Cherisy barracks, the club moved in 1995/96 into a converted heating hall that still serves as its home today. What started from the local DIY music scene has grown into an established part of the region’s live culture, hosting concerts, club nights, readings, and community events across genres — from indie, punk and hip-hop to global sounds and emerging newcomers. With a strong focus on diversity, accessibility and regional networking, KULA connects international touring acts with the local scene and offers a close, energetic live experience right by Lake Constance.
