My first Joe B show, and it was great.
He's so talented and creative with his music. However, the sound mix was very harsh with too much high frequency and the lights were blinding when they pointed into the audience. Also, he didn't play my 5 favorite songs, lol. It was a great night, but for me, it could have been better.
Bonamassa is a fantastic guitarist and vocalist, and I attend his shows whenever I can -- I also have four Bonamassa shirts! I thought the bass guitar was kind of intrusive, like thunder so much lower on the staff than the instruments and vocalists. I was happy that the keyboardist was heard -- he's a tremendous player. I'm a keyboardist myself, and lots of bands have one on the stage but you can rarely or never hear them. Also, I HATE when they shine those darn bright lights straight into the audience -- I actually have to cover my eyes when that occurs. The two female vocalists were also great. It's annoying when Bonamassa is playing a very fast, amazing guitar lick (which is my favorite part!) or singing a sweet, soft song and the darn audience has to be hooting and hollering and holding up their darn cellphones taking videos, which really interrupts it for me. I feel like yelling "JUST SHUT UP AND LISTEN!" But overall, it was a tremendous show, just as I expected!
I have loved Nate Bargatze since the first time I saw him on Netflix 4 years ago. But he is so much funnier in person! I hope he comes back to San Diego. I can't wait!
i had a blast! super high energy throughout the whole concert. never a dull moment. definitely going again when they come back to sd !
Great seeing TT in person.
The show, Harry and the Band were excellent as ever. However, the policy of no pictures is ridiculous...whether that is mandated by the artist or the theatre. When you pay that much money you should be able to take a few photos to remember that night. Additionally, it's a great way to share on social media and ultimately get more people to attend in the future. Free publicity.
The Shins delivered a great show! They have so many good songs that they can fill 90 minutes full of bangers.
It was wonderful, from the opening act (Joseph) through the encore.
Another superb show by the masters. Thank you for being a beacon for me for over 50 years.
it was great! i’m glad i got to see him. however, i wish he talked to the audience more or played some of his old stuff though. besides that it was a great show and i would totally see him again :)
There’s no doubt Hassan is one of the best! He kept the audience entertained and extremely interested in his stories and showed us his loves and made us love him more.
Great show! The horn section was not with him but he still rocked!!! Going to see him again on the 6th in Vegas!!
What a great concert! I loved every minute! Every song! It was a blessing to be there!
Epic Ian Anderson is a god at flute and his voice is not as good but that is ok considering how old he is and how good of a stage presence he has. A passion play was amazing and the highlight of the show by far. Some of the background images/videos were kind of cringy but entertaining if you can find the humor in it. Don’t miss if you’re a prog fan and haven’t seen Ian Anderson before. If you have seen Ian Anderson before you’re not missing anything if you pass this by.
It was such an amazing concert!
MGMT takes you through an artistic visual experience rather than just a big party. Would definitely see them again!!
Best night of my life!!!!
