Le Splendid

I travelled all the way from Hamburg to Lille for the concert in this small but absolutely legendary venue. Without a doubt one of the best and most intense concert experiences I've ever had. Awesome concert, awesome crowd, such great and nice people I met before, during and after the show. Poppy is going to take off in a big way. And I'm ready and all in for it :D

Absolutely great show, despite the sweltering summer heat. The band, donning masks, gave everything they got. First, the support act, a local metalcore band called Ahna, was good. Had never heard of them before, but was pleasantly surprised. They got the crowd nicely warmed up (pun intended) for Poppy. Then a full hour of Poppy. Great, energetic show. She danced, sang, and growled. The crowd reciprocated. We were in the seating area above the ground floor, where there were also several families with young children (with headphones, which were also provided by the venue), which provided an excellent view. Loved it.

Solann est une artiste talentueuse avec une voie envoûtante et mélodieuse. Elle fait honneur avec ses origines. Solann a su hypnotisé la salle et nous a fait vivre un moment hors du temps. Proche de son public, j'ai apprécié pouvoir échanger quelque mots avec elle et ses musiciens après le concert lors des dédicaces.

It was a very nice concert. Small and intimate. I finally made it to a concert of Deep Forest as a fan for over 30 years. Thank you Eric🙏 Keesito.

It was a wonderful show!!! Hope to see them when they come back in France. Really good sound, public was hot and the band terrific

Cannibal corpse were crushing.. they delivered..brutal as fuck ...i didn't enjoy the others except for stormRuler .they seemed so promising

We had a great night. Coming from the Netherlands we didn’t know what to expect. We love his music and don’t understand any French but he is fantastic singer. Also his band is wonderful. Hope we have the opportunity to see him again. Maybe a little bit closer to home. 😉

Et excellente découverte du groupe LEAGUE of DISTORTION ;) ELEINE toujours excellent également, puis KAMELOT très beaux effets de lumière sur la scène (trop à mon gout : j'étais trop souvent ébloui - PLEASE arrêtez de nous viser quand la lumière est blanche XD )

Premier concert au Splendid pour ma part, et premier concert pour ma fille de 9 ans, motivée a venir pour Deadhead qui a été jouée 😁

Superbe soirée merci Le Splendid 🌟 DT : le roi de la soirée, accueilli comme il se doit dès les 1ères secondes de son hit Kingdom. Son énorme et limpide, et jeux de lights réussis. Le set qui a alterné entre émotion et humour comprenait le sublime Deadhead, ... frissons garantis. Quant à l'album Lightwork j'étais agréablement surpris moi qui avais peu accroché à l'album. Ça sonne bien !! En bonus Mike Keneally aux claviers et guitares excusez du peu !!! Le set se termina sur le titre Love, avec une bonne prestation du batteur Darby Todd peu habitué je crois à ce déluge de double grosse caisse (d'ailleurs il "simplifia" un peu). Ptit bémol, un bassiste qui s'ennuyait ferme et un concert trooooop court. Il manquait clairement des incontournables. Mais bon 🤗 Klone : concert magistral avec le nouveau titre Elusive en ouverture suivi de leur carton Rocket Smoke. Autre nouveau titre, Bystander rend très bien aussi en live. J'ai adoré et le public était bien présent ! Un set court mais tout en énergie et en nuances avec un super son. A revoir en tête d'affiche et BRAVO notamment au batteur Jelly du groupe Adagio. 1ere partie : j'étais absent désolé pour Fixation

Good show, just the lighting and PA mix were off. This due to the venue or the band's crew I don't know. But Robert Jon & the wreck gave their best.

My first Leprous experience! The show was excellent despite the fact that Einar Solberg had a broken voice issue that almost made them cancel the show: he eventually struggled to deliver a fantastic 1h30-14 songs performance of great quality, hats down and much much respect Mr. Solberg! The band was just excellent, full of energy, every musician fitting perfectly: so much talent on that stage wow! Openers were Kalandra (absolutely stellar, a major discovery - 45 minutes of pure etheral and solid prog) and Monuments (great performers, 50 minutes of incredible energy but too much screaming for my taste). So all in all more than three hours of great music, I eager to see Leprous again as soon as possible with Einar at 100%: that must be an out of this world experience for sure! The only sad point was the behavior of a lot of people in the audience who spent the whole night talking loud through the whole show, so disrespectful for the bands and for the people who came for the music 😤

Super. Le groupe maîtrise. Sans surprise spécialement, nouvelles compos issues de Modern Primitive au top ! Et quelques classiques comme Anubis. Bravo

Concert énorme, le nouvel album passe bien en live. + Très bon son niveau voix et batterie, basse aussi - Pas assez de guitares dans le mix.

Sympa, bonne énergie, mais aucun vieux morceaux à part Vodka. Que des nouveaux album, bien moi si puissant que les premiers.

J'ai passé une magnifique soirée en compagnie d'Elsa. Le concert était vraiment top. Je suis tellement fan que je vais également au concert au Sebastopol (Lille) en février, et au Zénith de Paris en mars.
