What a wonderful show! One man and his guitar has never sounded better. The playing was amazing and Mike is so entertaining and funny. First time I've seen him live and would definitely do it again! Come back again, Mike. Got the t-shirt and the CD. And would love to see his Escape the Internet tour in our area (Northeast England) too.
It was a great evening listening to 20 Years After followed by Creedance Clearwater Revival. Both bands planned their sets to showcase their musical talents and stagecraft. The favourites were there with other great numbers that made for a thoroughly entertaining evening.
Absolutely fantastic evening. The intimate setting was perfect for this type of performance. It really felt like we were friends watching our best friend perform. Lucy’s vocals were amazing and her personality shines through in such a beautiful way when she talks and sings. Honestly had the best evening with my teenage son
Venue was lovely, clean and welcoming.
Amazing night! Jessika Sweetman's voice was a beautiful and a calm start to the night. Alfie came onto the stage with a bang, his stories were thoughtful and funny. He is such a showman, engaging with the audience, making you feel part of the show. Alfie's voice is so wonderful with any song he sings, I sat mesmerised with his new songs, danced to the skiffle section and cried at being Bring him home. The only "bad thing" was that it was over far too fast!! Thank you for the lasting memories Alfie 💕
My first concert with the Illegal Eagles, heard many, many terrific reports from friends, I wasn't disappointed at all! An absolutely brilliant show, wonderful performances (solo and collectively) from the group and a first class venue. Having been a fan of Eagles music for over 40 years, in my opinion this is the closest you will ever get to hearing their unique sound that still resonates today and so authentically recreated. I intend to see them again when they return to Newcastle later this year. Thank you IE for your dedication and commitment to recreating the unique sound of the Eagles.
Superb concert, Glen and Marketas vocals combined beautifully. Glen had great connection with the audience as well with some entertaining stories!
Concert lasted 2 1/2 hours but passed in a flash it was that good . Please come back soon!
Joyous! Patrick's energy & passion for his music shone out in this great little venue. An intimate gig, where Patrick asked us to imagine we were in hos lying room as he trialed some of his incredible new music. Can't wait to get his new album!
First time at Glasshouse very impressed. Every one of the staff I engaged with was very pleasant and helpful and once or twice went out of their way to accomodate us.
A virtuoso performance from Andy with each member of the band on the button, The four of us who travel down from Prestonpans East Lothian Scotland had a ball not bad since we are the same age as Andy.
Absolutely FABULOUS!! Such a powerhouse of a performer! My gods that woman can sing!!! One of the best gigs I’ve been too, enjoyed every second!! Queen of the Blues indeed!
She was amazing- her voice sounds the same now as it did 40 years ago - she’s full of energy- was jumping up and down banging a big tambourine at one point- she’s nearly 80!!!
She has developed blues music as part of her act and she is amazing- I’d love to see her and Jools Holland duet
Fantastic gig
Too loud, not necessary, stop playing the sixties Floyd which almost no one wants to hear. Need a better sax player. Lead guitar isn’t great( not the boss guy) overall a decent night out
Never seen Walter before ex old clips on you tube etc so didn’t know what to really expect but wow!! What a character as well as a superb guitarist and band- loved it- just music without lights or too many effects- raw heavy bluesy- will definitely go to see him on his next tour
Her voice is just as beautiful live as recorded, the band are tight and the sound is excellent.
Mesmerising and fascinating. I'm really glad I went to this gig. The closing track was amazing. Think it was called I need a connection. Fantastic!
Welsh warm up band were great too.
From start to finish it was brilliant even the support act Lauren Housley & the northern cowboys were very good. The wandering hearts sang old & new songs mixed in with Christmas songs. They never fail to impress. Nice & intermit show at the Glasshouse on stage 2
Always been a fan of Norah Jones and during lockdown I used to love her videos on social media. Made a promise that after lockdown if she sang in the UK I would go and see her.
What a voice!! What a show!!
Loved it.
What an awesome evening at the Sage. These musicians are so very very good. It was a privilege to be there. They had the Sage rocking in the aisles, and performed the best songs to the highest standard.
I for one can't wait to see them again.
Kip Moore did not disappoint us he was excellent he had the place jumping from the very start to the very last minute
Even the support Jillian Jacqueline was very good
Absolutely unbelievable show. I am one of the Radio 6 Dad's, followed them for quite a while. The whole show was brilliant, the band and singing and audience were great. Then to tonight I saw them at Barrowlands and that was a 6 star show. Wow
Best female singer I've ever seen deep soulful voice spoke and sung from the hart my son loved her and not forgetting the band were brilliant from drumbs to guitar
Erland and accompanying artists werr amazing. They took us on a magical, musical and poetic journey to the Orkney Islands. It was powerful, moving, dramatic and calming. Loved it. Only thing I'd change would be the addition of visuals. Loved the thunder lighting, very atmospheric, an expansion of this or some birds in flight, the sea crashing and the likes on the big screen would have taken it to another level. Brilliant night. Would recommend and look forward to seeing again in the future.
