What a handsome - breathtaking and mesmerizing moment to have my legend serenading the crowd and he is right in front of me ! This moment is cherished for a lifetime. When you are able to look at your AWE and melt away of love 💕 !!! Right in front of you ! He’s one and a million and delivered one phenomenal performance! So proud of you ! Future Dr. Katina Ann (🎷).
Thank you Justin and all for a marvelous show. It definitely was a dream to see you in concert and well fulfilled. All of you, so talented. Always wonderful to go back and try to play my 12 string and recreate at least a bit of the sound! Especially enjoyed how just a few created such beautiful versions of the big sound of Moodies, but your own. Know you all are loved and appreciated.
The best,

Keb' Mo' is such a great artist. He gives you all the feels in his own way that's unlike anyone else out there. He can be upbeat, bouncy and happy or he can be soulful. quiet and thought provoking. You can't hear hear his music--or watch him--to know that he's the real deal and everything comes from deep within him. I've seen him quite a few times and hopefully, will see him several more in the future.
Shawn Colvin gave him a great harmony partner and her own set was a good sampling of the work she's turned out over the last 25-30 years. Seh was pleasant and enjoyable, bu Keb' was the main attraction for sure.
We had a great time at the Florida Theater in Jacksonville Wednesday night. We were a bit disappointed that Burton didn't sing "Something Old, Something New" and "You Saved My Soul" from his movie "Melanie", but he sang all The Guess Who's greatest hits. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. We didn't get back home until almost 3am, but it was well-worth the drive. And, we watched "Melanie" again today.

My first time at this venue, but wow,it's beautiful! Parking is inexpensive, and the venue is totally handicap accessible.
From the opening act with Cody Canada and Wade Bowen until Whiskey Myers' last song we had a wonderful time. I was expecting a laid back possibly slightly boring show since it was acoustic, but far from it! Whiskey Myers couldn't do a boring show if they tried. As Cody put it early on "We're gonna do the deep cuts, the ones you may not always hear!" And right through all my favorites, capping the night off with a cover of Bob Seger's Night Moves!Great show, great venue, and better artists!
This was our 3rd time seeing BBVD and they didn't disappoint!
If you haven't seen these cats you're missing out on an amazing experience!
The Florida theater was an amazing venue as well. Such a historic place with great acoustics, almost like seeing them in your living room!
Can't say enough so I'll end by saying it'll be the best entertainment dollar that you've spent in a while.

Easy to find venue. Easy to park. Boney and his band were great. The Florida theater is comfortable and attractive but the acoustics were not as good as the Ruth Eckerd hall (St Pete), or Levine Center (Charlotte) other SE venues where I’ve seen Boney play. The relatively small size of the auditorium made it very distracting when spectators arrived late or frequently got up out of their seats to go to the lobby and return. Seemed a lot of people in the Jacksonville crowd came in late and/or kept getting up to go to the lobby and back.
Absolutely incredible! This is a band that knows how to put on a show. High energy. Lots of fun! Crowd engaged. We all were dressed up and ready to be disco kings and queens! So much fun! Lots of dancing. All the old favorites with a few twists! I’d go again and bring even more friends!! Plus the Florida Theatre in Jacksonville is a gorgeous location and has great sound acoustics to hear a concert!
I have been attending Zebra concerts since the eighties and can honestly say that very few bands can match their energy. A Zebra concert is more than just a great show, it is an experience. Talented musicians with fantastic songs; A fanbase that is dedicated and rabidly feeds off of the band’s enthusiasm. Everyone should experience Zebra at least once. I for one will keep searching them out.
I really felt happy at this concert and really got to absorb myself into the music! I went alone and I'm rather young, but I'm so glad I did! The venue itself was very beautiful and had amazing acoustics. I only knew about The Cowsills, The Association, and The Turtles, so it was nice to experience more bands that I wasn't too familiar with and I'm happy all of these greats shared the stage together. They all played and sung amazingly! I also have to mention the Happy Together Band for providing the backbone to the show, they are all very tight and stellar musicians. But I think what really made my night was when I decided to go skateboarding after the show, I got to meet Susan Cowsill! She was so cool and sweet and left me with a big warm hug that I'll always remember forever! Sunshine Pop is one of my absolute favorite genres and I finally got to see my favorite sunny groups in person! Thank you!
I ALWAYS LIKE TO SUPPORT. I WAS NOT ENTHUSTED ABOUT THE SHOW. MAYBE I HAVE WATCHED TOO MANY OF HIS PERFORMANCES. I DOSED AND THEN MY BOYFRIEND DOSED. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THE VIP ONLY CONSISTED OF A PHOTO. SO REMEMBER WHEN THE FANS WOULD ASK FOR A PHOTO AND THE ANSWER WOULD BE $20 OR $50. THATS WHAT THIS WAS. NO MIRE VIP FOR ME AND I DONT WANT TO GIVE COMPLETELY BUT HE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE MORE OR DIFFERENT CONTENT FOR ME. THE 1ST COMEDIAN WAS GOOD.
Gino has an impeccable voice and sings with depth. He has an unbelievable range and can hit high octaves. He does it all: a composer, musician, vocalist, and overall showman. I haven’t seen an artist to be able to do this ever and I’ve seen many since the 70’s. . He raises the bar along with his outstanding band and no other musical group can compete.
He puts so much energy into his show by conducting his other musicians along with many smooth dance moves. Seeing Gino is truly an inspiration.
She rocked the house! Terri still has all the charm, charisma, and sass that we all fell in love with originally. She belts it out with no vocal strain easily hitting all the high notes and embracing the growls in her music. It’s been 23 years since I’ve seen her in concert and at one point I just sat there on the 3rd row just beaming proudly, watching her sing to what looked like a dang near sold out venue. I couldn’t sing along even if I tried; I was too busy holding in my tears as it dawned on me that I was truly seeing her in the flesh again and not just singing to my steering wheel. If I could afford it I would be her groupie/hype man and follow her town to town. She is a must see in person dynamo! And gorgeous on top of it all! ❤️
The artists were fantastic. The seating at the Florida Theater was a little cramped for my hubby with long legs. And unfortunately, when folk in front of you get up and dance, you don't get to see the show, but you can hear it. I hope I can find a DVD of their New York PBS performance so I can enjoy it again at home...
Ignore the tag - we saw Tull at the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, NY on 11/2.
It's a hard show to review, thus the three stars despite the fact that we did enjoy it. The band sounded great - the players were all excellent, Ian Anderson's flute is as good as ever, and the mix was spot-on.
The first "complaint" is that they went deep, and I mean deep, into obscure tracks.
Some I knew and enjoyed (they opened the show with With You There To Help Me and ended the first of two sets with Bouree), but some I'd never heard before. That said, I did enjoy almost all the unknown-to-me songs. If they had played just a couple more recognizable songs (and not necessarily hits - anything off Songs from The Wood or one of the deeper cuts off Aqualung) I'd have been happier.
The second complaint, and I knew to expect it, was Anderson's present-day singing style. Just SO over-affected - even more than I recall from seeing Tull 3x in the 90s, it was a distraction from the superb playing. I leaned into my brother at one point and mentioned that if the entire show was instrumental I'd have enjoyed it more.
Still, I enjoyed the show. I won't see them again, but I am happy I got to see them one more time.
Absolutely love her voice, she's a great singer/songwriter! Immediately bought her album after her part of the show was over (she opened for Ryan Adams & the Cardinals...another fantastic show!). Her voice is "old school country" to me and her music is catchy and emotive, well-written. I'm hoping she makes it as big as she would like to! The audience at the Florida Theater really loved her as well, which isn't always the case for opening acts- but Ryan Adams knew what he was doing when he invited her along!
This was an outstanding night! The venue is the best and the sound quality is amazing!
Kenny played all the hits and had everyone not wanting the night to end since this is his farewell tour.
He is very talented and sounds great! A must see before its too late. We drove from North Alabama to see him and then after the concert booked tickets to see him again in Franklin, Tennessee. We just did not get enough. lol
I highly recommend the Florida Theatre and the top notch acts they book. Box office, staff and concessions are all the best of any venue I have visited. Hannah and Wendy are awesome!
I have seen Kenny Loggins perform many times over the past several decades. The show last night at the Florida theater was by far the best performance ever. I loved that he picked hits & other deep track songs not usually played. His band members were the best of the best & back up vocals a perfect complement to Kenny’s voice & style. He started the show rocking it out with his band performing Keep the Fire. It has been many years of concerts I have attended since he performed Keep the Fire & sang it as his opening. Ending with his signature encore “Forever” that always brings tears to my eyes was the perfect ending to one of the greatest nights of my life. My husband & I also bought tickets to see him on his extended tour in Alpharetta GA. & I can’t wait. Kenny never looked or sounded better than he did last night! Love you Kenny
I'm a forever Andy Grammer fan. I will see him live any chance I get. He brings boundless energy and joy to his shows and I always leave his shows feeling happy and who wouldn't want that. He's a great performer and shows his musical chops through his singing and playing various instruments. There aren't many artists that I have on my "permanent concert list," but he's officially one of them. I had a blast dancing with the rest of the crowd, hearing his spoken word pieces, and feeling his songs resonate with me. The world needs more Andy Grammer. We'd all be better for it.
My daughter is a big fan after seeing them often in Gainesville. This was the first time I saw them. Apparently it was a special night for Flipturn since they are from the Jacksonville area and it was the first time they played the Florida Theatre. They were terrific. The songs were great, even the new ones. They were jumping all over the stage really enjoying themselves. Very talented and a joy to watch. Highly recommend.
