Kim put on an amazing performance! They did songs from their album and some of their singles as well which was exciting. We were lucky enough to get meet and greet tickets and Kim was very kind and humble. This concert was an unforgettable experience. If you have the opportunity to see Kim, I absolutely recommend it!
The venue was also very cool! I (personally) prefer seating, and was able to have a front row seat without the concern of people pushing me. Also the hotel in general is really beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful! If I could have, I would have stayed overnight after the concert!
There is no better rock band live than the Cult. Ian works the crowd the whole show while Billy's guitar fills the entire area with his great playing. If you've never seen the Cult live....do yourself a favor and do so.
The band perfomed very well, but I was disappointed with the stage venue set up. I was sat near the front but off centre and the sides of the stage were covered up making it hard to see the band at that angle. And the large screens they had on both sides were not used fully. They kept going off and not showing anything when Godsmack and the support band played, it was like 50% of the time.
Grat band but i wont go back to this venue again unless I got a centre seat.
Fantastic show! He is so endearing person! Interaction with audience was something I have never seen before! We flew from NC to see the show. I now see he is coming to NC however I tried to purchase the tickets during the presale and it said they were sold out then the next day they were three times the price as a verified resale. Not cool. If it went to Teddy ok but this is not...
The music industry needs to do something about this!!
Randy was spot on. Tal decided to shoot off his mouth at the end saying that he could hear the sounds of gunfire from Detroit which was a blatant fabrication. I think he's going soft in the head.
The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor is one of my favorite venues. All of the employees are extremely polite and courteous.I have seen Paul Anka 5 times and this was his best performance! He was enthusiastic, funny, his voice sounded incredible, his band was first rate and he was right in the audience for several of his songs, shaking hands, dancing, hugging and kissing his adoring fans. He sang many of his greatest songs from his 70 year career. Everyone who attended left the show elated and thrilled to have witnessed this legend for one remarkable evening.
Absolutely AMAZING! We have been following Godsmack for 25 years and never miss a show. We came from Detroit and wish we could have went for night 2 in Muskegon
Absolutely awesome concert! I've seen Peter 5x in the seventies, and he sounded as good if not better now. His band was also one of the best I've ever heard.
Fourth time I’ve seen. Peter didn’t disappoint, played over 2.5 hours, he sounded great with talented band behind him. Guitar work outstanding., he doesn’t receive enough recognition for what a talented guitarist he is. Very engaged with audience. Loved the Humble Pie tunes peppered in the setlist. Way past due for Rock n Roll Hall of fame admittance. Everyone vote him in!
Amazing! Loved everything about this show! Peter is one of the best guitarist I’ve ever seen. Was the second time I’ve seen him would go to every show if I could! If you haven’t seen him GO!
Peter Frampton put on a fantastic show. His guitar playing was phenomenal, his voice sounded as good as ever, and he talked to the audience and really, really enjoyed performing for us. His band was exceptional, with each of them having opportunities to perform solos. Frampton’s show lasted for over 2-1/2 hours!
The show was excellent. Cuddy and Cripps killed it. The additional musicians were amazing. Drummer was fantastic. Sound at the Colosseum Caesars Windsor is top notch. Not a bad seat in the house. Highly recommended.
Symphony Of Dance was a magical, beautiful night. This experience filled me with so much joy. I laughed, I cried and it brought dance to a whole new level. Derek is a genius of dance who is so passionate about his craft. I highly recommend to go see this show! It will leave you feeling like you are on cloud nine!!!
Amazing show!! Derek really put 120% into it not only with his perfect dancing, but also with the song choices, choreography, showcasing all of the talented performers, emcee-ing, engaging the audience, playing instruments etc.!!! Wow, my 11 yr old daughter and I both LOVED it! 10/10!
Great set list. Sound was amazing, Dave and Co. giving it their best, as always. First time ever seeing the band live, an experience I will not forget. Thank you, guys!
This was such an amazing show. He really had an amazing performance - interacted with the crowd, told stories about songs, danced and overall was a quality entertainer. I’ve seen JP 3x and would go back for another.
They put on an AMAZING show!! Second time seeing them & they were just sooo good! I wanna see them again! They need to come to London as well lol! Sooo good! Opening act Mico was good to!!🥰☺️🙂❤️🖤
First time seeing Burton in concert and first time patron at The Colosseum. Good experience on both counts. Had seen the current rendition of The Guess Who at a couple other venues and enjoyed those shows, but this was different, in a good way. Even though age has diminished Burton's vocal skills a bit, you just can't beat a performance by a guy that wrote the songs and had been there, done that in the 60's-70's. He interjected some storytelling between songs which helped lend context as to what inspired the lyrics and things going on with his band mates at that time. His conversational manner with the crowd and obvious humility reminded me a lot of going to a James Taylor concert.
As for his current band, Burton's keyboard skills remain excellent, his guitarists do a great job of recreating The Guess Who sound. Percussion solid, but not overwhelming. Soundboard folks did a great job balancing all vocals with instruments and avoided blasting the doors off the place.
As for the Colosseum, I thought it was a clean, well-managed operation. We sat in the upper level (mezzanine) and thought the sight lines were excellent with the help of the video screens on each side of the stage. Acoustics were also good despite being elevated and pretty far back from the stage. Seating was reasonably supportive with good leg room as well. Beer and wine are available at several bar dispensaries just outside the arena. Didn't see much food. We ate in the casino area before the concert and recommend that strategy to others. Another recommendation is to get there early, if possible. Finding a space in the adjoining parking garage can take awhile, the elevators to the casinos can be congested, and it can take awhile to walk through all the other activity in the casino in order to get to the Colosseum. At 45 minutes prior to this show, the line for security extended all the way back into the core of the casino. Hence, get there early or consider getting an Express Entry pass (surcharge)
Such an amazing show! Great seeing him and his two sons join 👏 him on stag. Music and sound was awesome. Thanks for the memories. John Fogerty voice influenced me as a young kid listening to Green River on 8 track. Set me on the music path. Always wanted to see him so happy I got the chance 7 rows from stag.
