My second time seeing them live. Splurged and went VIP. Was super cool to catch the pre show with acoustic versions of songs requested by the crowd. Too cool!
Flipturn was amazing to see! Fun show to watch and great music. The venue could have made the singer voice a little louder to be able to hear better. 100/10 would watch them play again!! Hope they come to Houston next time.
AHHHHH omg it was so amazing!! I didn’t get really close to stage since it was so packed which was a little sad but I got to see the set list which is really cool and I still got a lovely view! I have been listening to Malcolm since he first started making music and it was so awesome to finally see him in person, his music is phenomenal and he’s an amazing performer and his crowd interaction is so fun. Hopefully I can see him again at ACL :) 🩷
Collie is a must see if you are into Reggae music, he has a unique style. Arise Roots were Also good, the would have benefitted by having Collie’s sound mixer because he dial in the sound with a very clean and dynamic mix that was perfect. We could have listened to another hour easily. The setting at Scoot is for those of us who like intimate and more simplistic setting, we’ve enjoyed many shows there. Here’s us with some of the lionheart guys and Arise Roots after the show, they were fun!
This was the first time I have seen Arise Roots and they were absolutely fantastic! They will definitely be on my must see list anytime they get close to San Antonio! These guys sound so good live I would highly recommend checking them out!
The show was so good. Played all the old and new hits plus a few surprises. Glad I saw them here as opposed to the abbreviated sets at ACL.
Nightly has always put on a phenomenal show since I saw them open for NF back in 2018. They have always been authentic and not there to create a show, but to just be themselves. The energy they create comes from the work they put into their music. People cannot help but be pulled in to what they can do. Nightly has a fan in me forever!!
My wife and I were blown away. Being fans through CDs, YouTube and their website. We knew we were in for a great show, but this was above anything we could have imagined.
A few weeks before the show I was told that I was (still) cancer free now 1 year. The concert was our celebration of that good news. Their music was one of several artists that helped me on those bad days of anxiety, depression and the effects of my radiation treatments.
°•☆ My first ever concert ☆•°
Loved every moment of it!!
The opening bands were so talented and really warmed the crowd up for Lovejoy!
Even got to meet Wilbur, Ash, Mark, and Alan (their trumpet player!!) after the show!
REALLY hope to see them again next time around :)
10 out of 10 would recommend. Lovejoy had such an amazing presence on stage, getting to see one of my idols was one of the best days in my life.
I loved every bit of the show!! Waiting in line from 10 am in rain to finally getting to watch and have an amazing experience ! Lovejoy was awesome! The croud and line was nice and respectful too, people helped eachother out for snacks and stuff! I took many photos and videos with a good camera that i plan on posting to twt @ toxic_faith_ !!
Heres a collage of phone pics!
We saw Mike and the Moonpies at Scoot Inn and had a blast. Mike and the Moonpies were awesome and brought the energy. Everybody was having a great time and singing along. Great little outdoor venue in East Austin. Definitely recommend anyone go to see a Mike and the Moonpie show when you have a chance. They are loads of fun. Would also recommend seeing shows at Scoot Inn. We will be seeing Mike and the Moonpies again and will be going back to Scoot Inn.
Jamie Cullum put on a great show. I'm knocking off one star due due to the venue. Scoot Inn is a cool outdoor facility but it's completely flat. If it had a gradual incline, like Stubs, it would be a much better place to see a show. It would help shorter people see a little bit imo.
An absolutely awesome performance from two lovely and talented ladies. Larkin Poe, gave us a show on a cold night that put the fire and excitement into the audience at the Historic Scoot Inn. You ladies are truly from the ❤ !
Rebecca & Megan haven't a single pretentious bone between the two of them. We did the VIP deal and got to share a few laughs before the show. And TRUST me L.P. R O C K E D the capacity crowd from start to finish!
5 stars simply isn't good enough - more like a HUNDRED!!!!
SO SLAY!! Went too hard, peed a little, threw up in my mouth after first song, but they were so amazing and Riley was the most awesome ever and Lydia was on her period which I think actually added a lot to the whole experience :)
Great show...Dorothy played a full fan-pleasing set with high energy! The crowd definitely new her music as they sang along with every song...even the new songs from her album "Gifts from the Holy Ghost." If you get a chance to see Dorothy in a smaller venue to get the more intimate setting, do it on this current tour!
I saw G. Love & Special Sauce around 10 years ago at the House of Blues in Dallas. It always stuck with me as possibly the best live performance I've been to and definitely the most fun I've had at a show. Seeing G. Love & The Juice last night removed any doubts that it was just a rosy retrospection. Another amazing performance with a great crowd here in Austin.
Flora Cash was amazing.
A nice intimate set had the crowd swaying and singing along in delight.
There was an awesome meet and greet after the show at which I got my shirt autographed and a picture together with the artist. Cool vibes and great times!
Concert was amazing and the venue was super cool. Even though their bus broke down and they arrived late, they still performed an awesome show. Can’t wait to see them again!!
