Hands down, one of the best shows I've seen, seemed somewhat short though. The energy was unreal and the crowd was lively. Hope to see them again soon! Just wish they would have played All Gas and Vascular Demi Goth!
This was a great show despite some sound issues.
Pallbearer is a wonderful, melodic doom band and is a great live act. At times, however, the vocals seemed to cut in and out or be faint. Having seen them and shows at this venue before, I am not sure what the issue was this time.
Yob performed very well, but again, the sound was an issue. There were a lot of honking low-mids that weren't pleasant. This could be the lack of robust sound treatment at the venue.
AWESOME!!! widowspeak (opening band) was so good!! but duster was even better!! stayed after and clay signed my vinyl 🫶 wish more songs were played from there self titled album duster , but just my opinion bc it’s my fav!
What a great show! Starting with Colby Acuff and ending with 49 Winchester. Great sound and great performances by both bands. It was a sold out show and it got crowded as people pushed forward. Other than that, a great night.
This was my first time seeing the brook and the bluff and it was amazing. We were up so close, I caught the pic, and we met the band after!!
He is a good song writer. I was just hoping for a more upbeat live show. If it was a show where we were all sitting instead of standing the slower pace might have worked better.
Missed the first few minutes because I was outside taking a fat j to the dome, which is the only acceptable excuse for missing even a moment of Sanguisugabogg’s flawless performance. Dudes rock. Big hell yeah energy with a healthy balance of guitar DUNNDUNNNNS and drum PINGDINGS. It do be smellin crazy in that pit tho wheewwwww
Overall the show was good. I didn’t care for Itchy Kitty, and Prism Bitch honestly stole the show! BTS went on what I would consider late and played a good long set, but I remember seeing them play years ago with a second guitarist and the truth is that the band should not play without one. There were parts of songs left out because one guitar cannot cover multiple parts, which was disappointing. We left before the end of the show because it was so late (after 11:30- yes I know I’m lame but I had worked a very physical job two days in a row and was in misery standing for the show). IMHO the show should have started at 7 or 7:30.
Immolation crushed this show! They are death metal royalty and consistently show why they deserve to be at the forefront for 30+ years.
Imperial Triumphant doesn't grab me musically, but the jazz, horns, weird costumes, champagne, etc is very cool.
Mortiferum is decent, but not adding a lot of originality to the genre
Voarm is the local band that opened and they are earthly horror. Purposely droning and horrific, they straddle black metal, but kind of stretched out. See them if you can!
First time seeing AA and it definitely won't be the last! Helluva show, and if you have yet to see them, make sure you do the next time they come around your town...
Amazing show. From beginning to end. The acoustic set before the doors open was an awesome experience. Thank you to all the bands that night. Couldn’t think of a better way to close out the year
I didn’t super love Empath, the first opening band, but it was still a good time. Touché Amoré and La Dispute killed it, absolutely amazing. First time seeing Touché and third seeing La Dispute, absolutely hope to see them together again. The Broadberry is a cool venue but the weird pole in front of the stage is a bit annoying, makes for bad pictures. The bathrooms aren’t gendered, which I think is dope af. And the venue had partnered La Dispute with a food drive charity, which is also dope af.
The show was awesome and amazing! I just wish that the venue had told us in advance that the Q&A was changed to after the show. I had to drive 1 1/2 to get there, and I would not have rushed! But Gawvi and KB were amazing as always! Letting God use them on this platform takes dedication and sacrifice a d we as fans appreciate it!
Light show was incredible. The live drums added incredible power to perturbators awesome sets. I’d have expected more of an dancing edm crowd but it was a bunch of headbangers, there was even a pit. Had to be on guard to not get pushed around. Still had a blast but would have been 5 stars without the juvenile pit and rowdiness.
Gnash and Anna Clendening were amazing if you haven't heard of her check her out on YouTube I have been listening to her for a while now. You definitely won't be disappointed!!!
Honestly one of the best concerts I've seen as of late. The band was so tight. They played so we'll together. Jay Farrar is iconic and has the right musicians to amplify his fantastic catalog of songs. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well played
Amenra was amazing. I didn’t just listen- I felt their music. It’s was an intense show and hopefully will get the chance to see them again. Band members were very down to earth and humble. Good memories.
Phenomenal! Waterparks brings the energy to every one of their shows like it's the first one on the tour. Well done boys!
All the acts were top notch and I acquired a lot more music to my library after this show!
Thank you,
48 year old dad still rockin!
The venue is beautiful and much bigger than expected and She Wants Revenge was everything I was hoping for and more. The opening band, who was performing for the last time was fabulous and very nice local guys. I got to meet both bands and got both merchandise, signatures and pictures. It was the greatest birthday gift I’ve ever given myself ❤️
AMAZING. Love how energetic he was and meeting him was amazing! He sounded even better in person and I didn’t think that was possible! Great venue too. Plan on seeing him again in New Jersey
