What a fun band to watch live! A shame the place wasn't more packed to see them. May be it was the frigid weather that kept folks from attending to the full capacity of the venue?
C'est ma team ça, musicalité 100, style 100, aura 100. Si c'est aussi l'une de vos niches préférés, allez les voir à tout coup !!!
Amazing Amistat! Had a chance to briefly meet them, had cool banter! A lot of singing, great singing. Wish we had a chance to interact with them more, their manager turned the meet and greet into a frantic photo-op. Also wondered about merch availability at the venue, happy to support them! Their manager needs to be nicer because he ruined our experience.
Christina's vocals were off the charts...powerful and captivating! She certainly put on a show to remember. It's a shame they are not more popular and world appreciated than they are.
The turnout wasn't the best as it was a bit cold, damp and windy that night. Nonetheless, I do hope they return to Montreal in the near future and share their amazing talents!
We had a great time during the music interpretation of Grails. First time witnessing their "genre" and it was above and beyond any expectations.
If you are into melancholic vibes and moods, Grails will deliver exactly these musical sound waves !
I got to meet Evangelia in person at the concert! She’s amazing! In the future, I’d like to go to her shows more often!
A fantastic evening. Lightning Dust played a nice set and then Destroyer killed with a solo set. Carswell accentuated Bejar’s rhythm guitar with beautiful backing sounds. I’d go again if I could!
Angie’s first Canadian concert, and she seemed genuinely surprised when the audience sang along to the first song. Angie and her band are great at going from very quiet and intimate to all out rocking, within the same song and through the night. A guest appearance by Leif Vollebekk was the topper to a wonderful night at a very small venue.

The show was awesome. They are all great musicians and there sound is powerful. Shawn have a great voice and I like is way of thinking. My girlfriend discover him about 5 years ago and we are big fans from this Day. That's are second time that we see them live. We also have been to Lac Megantic.
I went to this concert thinking the Nova Twins were the coolest girls in the world. And I left the concert KNOWING the Nova Twins are the coolest girls in the world!!!
Amy & Georgia have such incredible star power, this was literally the best concert of my life. Everything had such incredible attention to detail, from Amy's little shimmy before the chorus of Cleopatra to Georgia's electric energy as she bounced from one side of the stage to the other.
These incredible musicians set out to give their fans a hell of a show and they blasted that goal out of the park. There's no doubt in my mind the Nova Twins are the next big thing in rockn and I'm so excited I got to see them in such an intimate venue, no doubt they'll be selling out arenas in no time. ❤️
That was a great show and they are wonderful people! By the way, is there a cd available for the album Beautiful nowhere and for the upcoming album? Vincent.
That was proper crazy! Go see them live while the tickets are still available.
They've got so much talent, the show delivers, they even went in the pit during a few songs.
I definitely recommend!
She was late, but she definitely made up for it at the end and also played all my favourites. Definitely enjoyed myself. This was my first concert post pandemic and it was a good way to get reacquainted with the concert life I previously had lol.
the show was really good but the venue was crap and next time you come there are better venues in Montreal like M Telus.
Gig was awesome! Venue is shit. I hate that place with a passion, and they play there every time they come to Montreal. The Ritz sucks ballz . Saw a few bands there always the same. Acoustic is crap, and fawkin hot! Steaming … I don’t get that place. Did I mention that the Ritz or El Motore as it once was named is crap?!
M. Green, I don’t know if you read this, but if you do!! Many thanks for the show!! I hope you had a good time too. Next time, do the show on a Friday night, so we can party like wild horses.
We arrived a bit late so we couldn't see SFAK and missed most of grayhaven.
The only thing I have to say about grayhaven after three songs, they're quite interesting. Sounds like some kind of mix between protest the hero, very very old underoath and maybe a more standard the chariot? I don't know. Still a pretty tight performance.
Up next was Currents. The guitars were so low I couldn't distinguish the bass haha. Still very great performance and let's say this: one of the best vocal performances I've seen in a while.
Lastly came Silent Planet. Loved them like always. The singer seemed a bit more in shape than at past shows. I'm a bit disapointed because of the setlist, but that's just my own taste.
The sound engineering was great for a small packed venue like this.
The only big cons. It was hot.
Great night, would go again.
All I can say is wow wow wow! True artists! Fenne and Joe put on an incredible show together. Their personalities mesh great, they are great story tellers and are incredibly funny! They played their new record that is about to come out and I couldn't be more excited for it! Fenne's music is a Fenne out of Fenne! Please go see her if you can!
Amazing, the crowd was really friendly and the bands played extremely well. TMP's are some of the best musicians I ever seen in my life. Really impressive. Also there was a very nice selection of beers at the Ritz. Any beer from the trou du diable is highly appreciated! #shawiniganrepresent
