What a great time! The Fixx sounded fantastic. Not sure how long they've been touring this year but they sounded very tight like they've been playing a lot. Cy sang his ass off and put on a good show as the front man. Jamie's guitar was sizzling during some of the solos and the keyboards and rhythm section was right in time.
1st time seeing them and I am glad I was able. Go see them if you're a fan and you have the choice. You won't be disappointed.
Great show. Mixed in some of the newer stuff that some of the older crowd wasn’t familiar with early in the show.
Todd’s voice was on point. As always, Kasim and the rest of the band covered the back-up harmonies wonderfully.
Sounded great. One could argue that Todd’s guitar should have been louder in the mix. The lighting was perfect!
One of my favorite Five For Fighting concerts . 1. First time live concert was at the same venue and with the band. 20 or so years ago. I have had the honor to attendFFF shows with a full orchestra and his unbelievable string quartet. But this show was different. A lot has happened and continues to happen. And he shared the experiences he has had in efforts to make an impact. Let’s not forget the band, their passion came through.True Character of a very humble man. Thank you for a night I will always remember 😊🎶🎹
Didn’t get to go but I guarantee you it was five stars BECAUSE ARMORED SAINT IS AMAZING. Just started hearing them INCREDULOUSLY just not on radar enough and didn’t know what I was missing and man, talk about feeling more whole and complete after having found out the first three albums exist and listening to them. Just effing wow across the board. Thank you so much for creating beauty and badassery interwoven. Love you.
This is easily one of the best live shows I have ever attended. Dadi gave an extremely energetic and fun performance. He interacted with the crowd and made jokes and was generally very playful and entertaining. It was a fabulous time and my only regret is that I didn’t buy tickets to see the band perform in Tampa as well.
The talent was amazing, Billy, Eric, Nick, and Paul were absolutely amazing. They should fire their sound man, they had the subwoofer up way too much and you couldn’t hear any of the musicians (couldn’t even distinguish Billy’s playing, which is a shame) and when you’re in the audience who do you reach out to to tell them that? They should be able to hear it! Absolutely feels like a waste of money because all I did was barely hear them playing their amazing licks.
The venue’s chairs were too small and very close together. Had to sit still as the arms of the guest next to me were touching mine. Very uncomfortable!
Chairs were very uncomfortable as well.
Bob Marley never disappoints! My 4th time seeing his comedy show. I’ll watch his future schedule for new shows and definitely purchase tickets. However, I’ll check the venue to make sure it’s acceptable!
I was excited for months to go see W.A.S.P. because they're my favorite. Not sure how it's possible that it was 100,000x better than I imagined the show would be but it was. The stage set was wicked awesome. Aquiles, Mike and Doug are mind-blowingly talented. Jay made sure I had the best time of my life at the VIP hangout with Blackie and I would 100% go back in time and relive it if possible. No one sounds quite like Blackie and that's just a fact. If you can somehow get a ticket to one of the last few sold out (or nearly sold out) tour dates, you better do it while you still can.
What a show; Blackie Lawless never disappoints! Watching them live is like going back 30, 40 years in time when I first heard them, great memories, what times the 80s were, those were the days... always great to re-live them and watching these great bands such as WASP still rocking it. Waited 10+ years to see them again, we'll worth the wait! Thank you boys!
It was okay, not as good as it could've been. I paid for VIP tickets, but missed the VIP meet and greet due to misreading the email with the information. I showed up at the venue 2 hours before the concert instead of 2 hours before doors open, which is my mistake. Unfortunately, my girlfriend began to feel ill, and I had to leave the concert early despite wanting to stay. It wasn't an amazing night but wasn't terrible either. Just kind of bummed since I was really looking forward to going to my first real Bad Suns concert and it didn't turn out how I hoped.
These fine Gentlemen were INSANELY FABULOUS! #ProgRock from the earliest days of “The British Invasion” and I was SO fortunate to be wrapped in their beautiful and fun music again. Rod Argent was tickling the keys reminiscent of Jon Lord! Colin’s voice is still strong ,sweet and loving as ever. Thanks 🙏🏽 to them and #PlazaLive Orlando, for making this great show happen. I hope maybe next year, they will play and share the stage with their friend and mate Alan Parsons
Opening night of their tour. They brought people to their knees. The energy of these young musicians sucked everyone in. Even the nosebleed seats were fantastic seats to take in the unique experience that is Palaye Royale. Raw, yet charismatic. Their lead Remington will lead you to believe sin is in. As he bends and sways to the hypnotic music only they can create. They were sublime. Go see them if you can.
Fantastic show. The mavericks are the best of the best! Raul with his velvet voice always so humble, Eddie with his excellent guitar playing, Paul the back bone of the pace on drums, Jerry Dale the piano wizard. The bass, accordion, sax, trumpets all excellent musicians contribute to the great sound of the Mavericks that make smile and happy! Five Stars +
Wonderful, sublime and magical!
Beginning the concert was a solo performance from Mike Dawes, whose mastery of the fingerstyle acoustic guitar is mesmerizing. An amazing talent and it's no wonder he's been voted to the top 5 acoustic guitarists in recent years.
After a short intermission, Justin walked out playing the first song of the set. At the same time the audience began serenading him with a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday" to acknowledge his 75th birthday on this day. Even though he notoriously has said that he does not choose to celebrate life events, he was kind enough to stop and wait for his fan base to finish. He then smiled and thanked his fans before restarting the song and the concert. A true gentleman. As the set list continued, he brought out each of his multi-talented backing musicians: Julie Ragins, Karmen Gould and Mike Dawes. It was wonderful music from both the Moody Blues and Justin's solo catalogs with related interesting and some humorous stories. By the end, we all walked out of the venue with smiles from the awesome performances we had just seen. Can't wait to see Justin & Company again hopefully in the near future.
I support peter's decisions on standing up this show as a canceled date twice as he's been sick and battling with chronic pain. As a fellow person suffering daily chronic pain from systemic lupus I understand how debilitating a rough airplane landing can feel or how even simple barometric changes in the weather can take their toll on ones health and inflamation. He and his band mates are modest people whom have returned/redeemed the full ticket cost after appeasing an upset and disgruntled crowd with an hour of murphys music with no frontman. Coming off bashful about a band you payed decent money to see and throwing a fit when you don't get what you expected is by far the worst get well soon you could wish your favorite post punk singer especially after appeasing your whiney poser arses for an hour with their instruments, warm up act and peters crown. It's sad how crass people used to getting what they expect can be to their own favorite actors. You witnessed a truely punk night unlike any other night of the bauhaus career yet you poser bents still have the nerve to whine. Perhaps the best was truely saved for last with this performance, for David stated at one point "tonight were all the bauhaus, sing with us!" I'm sorry to you pretentious people whom being consecutively, unisonly one crowd as the bauhaus was not enough on top of being refunded. No actor should ever be expected to play at the expense of their health and for all its worth you shitty wankers gawking that peter deserves a negative review, no you. Have the some of you lost your decency?
Truely friends to those deserving, - S. Bob
Please do get well soon peter, i caught your Miami performance as well as the second orlando tour-date and it took my breath away how perfect and one of a kind bauhaus music was, has been, and will always continue to be. Hearing your bands work with no singer for parts really helped me to understand your bands style and hear musical influences I otherwise might have overlooked. Blessings for sharing that one of a kind experience. ❤
No Silent Cries, No Eye to Eye, No Anarchy Devine and No Through Different Eyes, wtf? Play the songs that made you popular. No one comes to hear the bands favorites. After the 3rd song, they finally got Ray’s mic turned up. His voice was great, but not hearing at least one of my favorites for a band I’ve followed since Ray joined the band, it was a major disappointment 🤬
Great Sunday night show in this intimate venue. Heavy on the Black Crowes, ending with a euphoric, crowd pleasing My Morning Song. The middle acoustic set contained an appropriate Sunday night Buttermilk Waltz, played brilliantly by Marc and Rich, followed by a treat. Rich singing better than ever on Bob Dylan's Girl from the North Country.
Mixing in their own songs as well as great choices of covers made it a well balanced show, that delivered the small crowd a joyous night of music. Well worth the 2 hour drive to get to the show
Literally everything & more than I could ever hope from a concert experience to date. I already want him to come back; his song list was amazing - crowd sung to so many if not every song, lighting/show was phenomenal, overall interaction was super fucking endearing & he even let fans take pictures right before he had to leave to the next location~ Super humble artist, & I'm hoping he goes as far as his creativity will take him. 🙏🙏
it was alright meet and geet was a little misleading but was so nice to get in a couple words with jd.. jd was the only good thing about the show lol. venue pa was horrible. couldn't hear the 1st 2 bands at all... or maybe it was the band equipment it self.. over all tho dream come true
