Jazz Showcase

The music was exciting, whether hearing it as a group or individually! Emmet makes it all seem effortless, but we know better. I do think he is respected by those who play with him and those of us who listen. How lucky I and we are to be living in this area! We in Northern Illinois area are more than lucky to have The Jazz Showcase in Chicago!

Incredible, as always. The addition of Joe Saylor on drums was a pleasant surprise. 👌

She is a highly gifted singer with a wonderful stage presence.

The Jazz showcase venue was great, very intimate and our VIP seats was actually a cozy loveseat. Samara Joy gave an amazing performance backed by a killer trio. She is so polished and her vocals are fantastic. She was very charming and told some great stories about herself and the songs. And to top it all she stood in the lobby after the show greeting fans. We were able to take a great photo with her too!

Beautiful venue, very intimate, staff friendly. Ms. Joy was amazing and I can't wait to see how her career continues to flourish. Thank you for a great evening! It was my first visit but won't be my last!

Very good performance,great musicians and great place for jazz concerts.The owner Wayne is really knowledgeable impresario just like his late father Joe Segal.This concert brought me back memories from years ago from Jazz Showcase at Blackstone Hotel Thank you Andy Sciwiarski

Had the privilege of hearing both the legendary Houston Person in tandem with the future legend Emmet Cohen. One and one half hours of musical bliss!
