She has such an incredible voice and her stage presence is so contagious, make sure to catch her on small venues before she starts rocking the bigger stages!
BEST concert experience! Intimate venue, service staff very accommodating. Sarah and her crew were awesome. Sarah shared from her heart. Looking forward to her return, will.be waiting until then. Blessings for the upcoming changes and the family addition.
The boys did it again. And doing it at LPR instead of a giant venue where we could all pile in and enjoy it up close and personal made it even better
Bronson goes above and beyond every single time I see him. Nothing short of great is all I can say about him and the Human Growth Hormone band. From the moment they hit the stage the air was electric. This is a non negotiable concert.
Great venue, amazing show! The boys were on fire and if you get a chance to see them on this tour, DO IT! Big shout out to house soundman Moses, you know your rig and the room. EPIC SOUND!
Yob seeds in you and then cloisters over time. Where terroir and scape become one. It's not only a point in time but also a place. When the music aligns with you... who you are and what you do become singular.
Takuya is such a treat to see play live. Great vibes and the band is always in sync. The surprise of the night for me was Melanie Charles. Her voice is truly incredible and really shines through live
LPR was a great venue. patrick shiroishi opened for her and his set was amazing (he is also a super nice guy, please check his stuff out!) emma was incredible, heartbreaking and funny all in one.
Poisson Rouge has proven to book the most talented older (Killing Joke, Jawbox) and newer (COTCS) off center rock bands, quality with consistency over the last 4 or 5 years, but the venue itself needs to invest in a better sound system. Even if they're going for a "basement/keeping it real" sound.
still, these guys were so tight and talented, that it was still a great concert even with all musicians constantly looking at the sound board guy pointing to their mics.
Ryan Cabrera SUCKED worst guest dj they've ever had at one of these shows. no one wants to listen to lady gaga and edm remixes of I write sins when we come to EMO NIGHT. love Jordan tho he always plays the songs that never get played and brings the energy. more Jordan next time!! please never bring this Ryan guy back!!!!!!!
The venue was amazing! It was my first time at this space, and my friend and I were very impressed. The staff was lovely, easy to communicate with, and very helpful with any questions that we had.
The DJ was amazing, he did a wonderful job! I had been to this event twice before this one (In other states), and this was by far my favorite!!
Bravo all!!
Grace Kelly was fantastic. She was full of energy and engaged with the audience. Love the tone of her sax and her voice is an extra bonus. Her band members were very good also.
Leaving a late review. It was so nice to see Ruth B in person. Beautiful singer and songwriter. So talented. Her music reflects the essence of love so delicately.
Absolutely impeccable. No notes. She broke quite a few traditional performance “rules” regarding technique and such, but nothing she did felt incorrect - it all added to her intention and the story. A vocal performance for the ages. She was also very sweet and stuck around to talk to folks after the show! It was an honor to meet her, and I hope to do it again soon.
Thoroughly BOMB 💥 ! We laughed, we cried -- Jessie J had us in the palm of her hand! The 28th sold out quick -- got in for the added 27th along with her record label entourage!! Next level entertainment and fun!!
The venue gives a very intimate and powerful experience, with a band like TAA it was insanely good ! TAA killed it and Archetypes collides gave a very good show too !
The venue is the dopest spot for shows! It’s loud, intimate and you don’t feel like you’re going to miss out on anything no matter what part of the venue you’re standing at. Amity killed it!!!! Best concert I’ve ever been to in my life!!!
Best concert I’ve been to, they sound exactly like on audio. Wish the concert was longer, but they played almost all of their songs for the most part.
Peter Murphy was amazing! His voice was strong and sounds as perfect as you imagine after listening to his records SO many times. For the Prince of Goth, he’s surprisingly personable and chatty. LPR is very intimate so there is not a “bad seat” in the house.
Fucking Incredible !!!! All the bands were awesome!!!...came to see Rivers of Nile but was blown the fuck away by Revocation !!! Holy Shit heeeeeevy lead guitar riffs and band crunching hard and heavy throughout the entire set!!! I will definitely catch more Revocation on their tours 👊🏼🤘🏼... if you like it hard and heavy and in your face- down your throat loud ...make the time go see Revocation 🤘🏼🤘🏼..this entire lineup was fucking incredible ..Exhumed gets your blood pumping and adrenaline going and much praise to every opening band here 👊🏼..whoever picked this lineup to tour together knew what they were doing.. they belong together it is a good match of adrenaline pumping.. hard-core heavy with loud and in your face heavy riff’n lineup.
