They were Epic.. I hope they return to Australia again soon.. pay the money to see such an amazing band do their thing.... even with the added high tech graphics and videos and I loved the fire.. the snow.. the confetti canons and smoke show...
5 star awesome concert. Band are more awesome than the last time I saw them at the same arena 12 years ago. Each concert just gets better and better. I loved that they pulled back the lights & images and it was raw, loud and brilliant performance from ALL 💕
This was an amazing show. Loved every minute. It was the first time I was ever up at the front of the stage. Loved the Goo Goo Dolls. They were amazing too. Definitely going to see Matchbox 20 again. I don't care where it is. I am going to travel anywhere to see them.
I hope the GOO GOO Dolls come back to Australia and do a concert tour.
I only wish I could have got a meet and greet. I was waiting for 20mins before I could get on to get a ticket, very disappointed.
I just hope that I get my VIP package in the mail. It would have been good to get this on the night.
First time seeing Matchbox Twenty, I have been a fan for a long time. It was an absolutely phenomenal experience and performance from the boys.
High energy, the emotional connection between them and us (the fans) is so heartfelt and you can feel it.
Thank you for such an unforgettable experience.
All your friends and my friends were definitely there Friday night xxoo
After years of waiting, I was finally lucky enough to see Paramore live! They had the best energy with the crowd and they sounded amazing! The mixture of new and old songs was great, with just the right amount of each being played. I couldn’t have asked for a better show! Not to mention, Remi Wolf was a great opener. She had the most strong, powerful voice. Thank you Paramore for an amazing night! Come back soon!
You are seriously my one and only favourite Band and I feel honoured to have had the privilege to watch you play live once again in our Beautiful Melbourne. Amy Lee, that voice is insane and sends shivers through me every time
I love you guys so much, thank you for giving me such an amazing memory to treasure for ever! ❤️❤️❤️
My first ever Backstreet Boys concert! Got the best tickets in the DNA circle. Best concert ever! Heard most of my all time favourites. After 30 years their energy and performance is just incredible. They sang over 30 songs in 2 hours while constantly dancing and moving throughout.
Long live the Backstreet Boys. Here's to years of more music and concerts!
Jimmy Eat World was fantastic!!! To see such an iconic band live was such a dream come true! Their energy with the crowd was amazing and I could not have asked for a better show! The moments that I shared with those around me, and the memories that were created of the band living up to their reputation can never be replaced! Thank you for an awesome night!
As always Keith and his band were fabulous. The crowd were on their feet, singing & dancing. Sensational atmosphere with Keith singing and playing guitar. Engaging with the crowd and enjoying every minute entertaining his loyal fans. This was my 9th Keith Urban Concert, I have been a fan for almost 20 years.
Crowded House were brilliant as always. They are the best band to see live. Love the way they interact with the crowd.
Rod Laver Arena on the other hand was a huge fail. They sent at least three information emails before hand and that would have been good however all of them gave the start time as 8.50. At 8.20 the announcement came over that the concert was about to start. There was a mad scramble and people were pushing and shoving at the door. We missed most of the first song. At 8.50 loads of people started coming in so obviously they had been misled too. Really poor communication here
Fabulous night!
Both the supporting acts were great. Love AB Original and having Phil Jamieson join them on stage was good enough but then Paul Kelly too! Bucket List moment :)
Then the Hoods took the stage and it was just a fabulous mix of all their best songs. High energy performance, breath taking light show and effects and great crowd interaction. Loved every minute of the show.
The encore of Rattling Keys was a highlight but bringing Elsey Wamayo and AB Original out for the final song was the ultimate ending.
Love the Hoods
Absolutely brilliant show. Thank you Jimmy Barnes. The energy, the play list, the support acts, there were no faults with this show. The venue was perfect and a good range of merchandise (although I missed out on a coffee mug). I look forward to attending the next concert. Thank you once again.
I was 21 when soul deep came out.
After previous cold chisel and jimmy Barnes music I have to admit it wasn’t my favourite album that came out ( still purchased it though because I had every other )
When tickets went on sale I knew I was going anyway as I haven’t missed a concert.
Saturday night has given me a whole new love for this music.
You never disappoint jimmy!
Wow what an amazing performance by Amy Shark. I didn’t think it was possible but she has become an even more awesome singer and her stage presence is awe inspiring. She sang songs from her new album but didn’t forget about her older songs. The way she interacted with the crowd was first class. I can’t wait for her to come back again.
It was amazing, it was my first time seeing Tool and I was completely blown away! The best gig I’ve seen hands down, I only hope they return to Australia sooner rather than later next tome as I would love to take my daughter to see them!👍
Omg it was amazing we were so close and I was about too faint! The only thing I didn’t like it how people were crowding me and I am so claustrophobic so yea and I had to leave early :( but the show was amazing
Great show overall with lots of energy.
That only problem was that it was ridiculously loud.
I know this sort of music is meant to be loud but the music was distorted to the point you could hardly recognise the song.
My wife had her fingers in her ears the entire time.
Alice is the consummate performer. He continues to knock out a tight, well-orchestrated set of high energy rock and theatre. The musicianship of his band is beyond reproach, with ‘Hurricane’ Nita Straus holding her own against some very accomplished competition. A great night of entertainment that was further enhanced by a guest appearance from Joel O’Keefe from Airbourne for the encore.
Went with my family for mum’s birthday. Was an amazing concert musically and theatrically - never a dull moment. Only complaint I could have is that we accidentally booked the mosh pit and our feet were killing by the end - but that was a mistake on our part.
What an incredible performer he is. The second he hits the stage he gives you his heart and soul. He is high energy and so skilled on guitar. There is a reason that he is the CMA Entertainer on the year. No one bears him on stage.
