I don’t know how I can write a final description for my final concert of my 10week concert bender. I can’t thank everyone who I’ve met at each concert with the memories I made with each other and losing my voice constantly. Having James Marriott being the last concert of my 10week concert bender was the best way to end it all! Thank you James for everything and bring on 2025 with my next concerts starting up again on the 11th of January with FINNEAS
What a show! The ladies & their band were phenomenal! We had such a great night! They interacted with the crowd a lot, sang all the classics & everyone was on their feet, singing along, getting into every song. Wonderful concert & would definitely see the Sugababes again, next time they’re in Oz ❤️
This was my first time attending a Eurovision event or concert, and initially, I thought I might not enjoy the rest of the show since I wasn't very familiar with other Eurovision artists apart from our very own queen, Dami Im. But I couldn’t have been more wrong!
The Meet and Greet with Dami alone was worth every moment. It had been a while since I last saw her at the Brisbane Jazz Club, and meeting her again was undoubtedly the highlight of my night. Although it felt a little awkward meeting other artists, I was glad to have a chance to interact with them. They were all so warm and accommodating, which made the experience even more special.
When Dami took the stage, she was her usual brilliant self—clear, pitch-perfect vocals, effortlessly hitting those soaring high notes and key changes that left us spellbound. The energy in the room was palpable even before she appeared, as the audience erupted into chants of “Dami, Dami, Dami” the moment her postcard appeared on the screen. As she walked onstage, the thunderous applause set the tone for her incredible performance, and the crowd’s love for her was evident throughout, with endless rapturous applause between songs. It was simply out of this world and gave me goosebumps! Thanks to our VIP Meet & Greet tickets, we were right at the front of the stage, and seeing Dami perform so up close was absolutely exhilarating.
Initially, we planned to move to the back after Dami’s set, thinking our tired legs wouldn’t last the three-hour concert. But the electric atmosphere, the incredible lineup of artists, and the energy of the audience made us forget all about the exhaustion. We stayed put and soaked in every moment, and it turned out to be the best decision. During the finale group performance, Dami stood right in front of us, and when she spotted us, we exchanged waves and blew kisses—it was such a heartwarming moment!
I truly hope Dami gets to join more shows like this in the future or even better, have her own concerts worldwide. Her global fans deserve the chance to see firsthand just how phenomenal she is. With her extraordinary talent and down-to-earth personality, Dami truly deserves the global recognition that matches her brilliance.
Played songs from the early years dating back from the first four albums. A 3 hour show with intermission left us all wanting more. Highlight was the song - the blurred crusade with blistering guitar work. Enmore theatre p a was sounding great, beautifully balanced sound where all instruments could be heard and the bass drum punching through, driving the band. Abosoluety blown away by the performance once again.
The event pairing all these great bands together was genius. Venue was great aswell. Now on to INK, honestly having seen many bands live same as my wife Ice nine kills topped every show they are so engaging with the audience their music as always is brilliant and when you see them live they make it feel like you are watching a horror theatre show. They use props, actors and visuals to tell a story and its just so brilliant. This wasn't even their headlining show so I'm very excited to have an ice nine kills headlining show to see them play for longer and enjoy more of what they do. Honestly if you can see them and you like their music please go you will not regret it.
Cannot believe how good this show was!
Somehow it was the sound of now (from two of my favourite contemporary artists/musicians/songwriters), yet sounded like my childhood growing up in the 1980s. Two different eras married together perfectly.
Whoever did the visual design is a genius! Loved the references to the album cover and links to the tracks themselves (eg Blood enjoyed a red drenched set).
We took out 17 year old son and he has said it was the best show he has seen. He was transfixed by the synths and sonic mastery by Fia Fiell.
Can't wait to fly to Melb to do it all again this weekend!
The only (slight) improvement to be made is that it needs more (real) sax!! I just wanted that meaty saxophone to take over at the end of Disconnect, but otherwise it was a flawless and totally captivating showcase of what happens when two brilliant artists work together.
Loved the build up and songs fantastic as Macy Gray delivers such a ‘madame ‘full of soul . Her voice was felt across the theatre and I am sure everyone came out of that theatre lifted to feeling like their heart and soul had been refreshed. Intense at the beginning and flowing on to full of love and anticipation of new beginnings .
Amazing, over an hour with Aqua !!!!!!!!!
I wish there wasn't an intermission just before because we were already hyped but OMG Aqua are amazing and they performed so well, so much better than expected. Absolutely love them.
Thank you for putting on this show!!!!! I would love to see them come back again!

I saw the band in their only previous visit to Sydney five years ago at Oxford Art Factory and I must say I liked that show a lot better. This show had 5 times as many punters and the enthusiastic crowd sang along to almost every song, but the fact I didn’t know much of the newer material was a handicap for me. I don’t think the addition of two extra band members (lead guitar plus bass/female vocals) adds anything, the admittedly remarkable saxophonist is very over-used to the point of tedium, and a new arrangement pretty much wrecked my favourite song The Comeback Kid. So while anyone else will probably tell you the show was great I could gladly have missed it (but you never know until you go, do you)?
Awesome show, vintage Dinosaur Jr and such a crowd pleasing set. Loud!!! J Mascis doesn’t change a bit, he’s a true artist and a legend of alternative music. Quite charming that someone would come out and place lyric sheets stuck to cardboard in front of him for each song. There are a lot of songs J, no judgement! Could have used some more lighting effects to really amp up the vibe, but an otherwise incredibly enjoyable night.
Noiseworks were in fine form and the venue is amazing, but I couldn't understand why the GA section was behind the seated section at the lower level.
Jon noted this too and managed to get everyone on their feet which was awesome!
A great night and was glad to be able to showcase some real Australian iconic music to our 16 year old who we dragged along to the show with us. Bought him a Noiseworks shirt at his request and he said it was the best concert he'd been to this year!
I waited and waited for Ian's show to be announced at the Enmore and dived onto the ticketing system the minute they went on sale.
Having seen the 2018 concert at the Enmore (and thinking that it was easily one of the best shows I've seen in the last 45 years , if not the best) and then the 2021/22 (??) concert at the Factory with the new band, I was wondering just how Ian and the team could make this show better.
He did it in incredible form.
A great addition to have his son also on the bill, and there's a talent to be reconded with in the years to come.
A fantastic show, just could not take the smile off my face.
Thank you Ian and the Band.
It was even worth the $120 parking ticket I got from the miserable low life wandering the streets during the concert, making revenue for the local council.
Looking foreward to the next concert in Sydney.
I grew up listening to James Reyne when he was the frontman for Australian Crawl during the early eighties. I think every Australian growing up through this period would have had their music somewhere in their K-Tel record selector. James Reyne is an amazing artist along with his band members. I feel privileged that I have been able to see James Reyne perform solo and with his old band Australian Crawl. Terrence.
Great concert as always! Sound mix was pretty well balanced. Good set overall, a shame they could only play until 11 PM (1 1/2 hr show). However, the bonus was we got nearly an hour of another international rock band in Theory, who we have seen before. Great set also! All round a great night out at the Enmore Theatre…oh and the theatre has been refurbished…very nice job, jazzed up a bit whilst retaining the original charm. Probably my favourite venue in Sydney.
Closest gig to seeing Nirvana. Her sound, movements, her roadworn screams - even her equipment.. all Cobain signature model guitars.. we stood there jaws agape at her playing and also at the sheer volume and use of feedback and absolutely ear splitting distortion. I heard a few people were a little put off of these rearrangements, expecting the nice jangle pop of her brilliant body of work, however, that night we witnessed something very special. Courtney took to the stage like a woman possessed and wrung the necks of her guitars and screamed absolute
mur der that night. Now, I’ve seen Courtney play quite a few times - before and since, and never has she done a show like she did that night at the Enmore. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 💙
Bloody awesome concert !
The favourites we expected from Oz Crawl, some of his own hits, and some performed in a different fashion (Boys Light Up in Acoustic was brilliant!).
The concert finished with a brilliant rendition by the entire band of my favourite Oz Crawl song - “Things Don’t Seem”.
The band really gelled well with each other - very smooth !
Great seats (Row F), great audience and thoroughly enjoyable concert !!
What a brilliant show. Their sound live is just like from the studio. The Enmore is one of those special places and Newtown is their home suburb. The atmosphere was great. I felt privileged to be part of the last Australian show before the guys jet off to the UK and Europe later in the year. Good luck. You can get the Tour Playlist on Spotify!
The show was absolutely AMAZING and worth waiting two years for (thanks to covid). The Whitlams never disappoint and always give the absolute best performance and I was in heaven! Managed to get right down to the front to sing along to every word and they showcased their new album Sancho which is brilliant and fast becoming one of my favourites! I'm still on a high and wish I could see them every day, I'd never get sick of seeing them perform! They still give as good as they ever did!!!! I'm in awe I think it's one of the best Whitlams gigs I have ever been to and there have been many!!!!!
The crowd were polite, caring and energetic. He was bouncing off the walls and sung his heart out like the amazing person he is. It was my first concert ever and he made it perfect. YUNGBLUD is the best person you could see live and I really don’t know how it could get better than him.
The show was completely unreal. Dean was so interactive with the crowd. He was so passionate and sounded incredible. He was also really affordable (I payed $70 and I was right near the front). I’m sure I can gladly say all of us, in the crowd, had the night of our lives. If he had more Sydney shows I definitely would have gone again. By far the best concert I’ve been to so far.
