So much fun! Sold out pumped up crowd and the band was phenomenal. Much more of a full rock band live and their expert musicianship was on full display. Sedona was a fun opener and joined to band several times for guest vocals. The Earl is a great, classic dive bar/music club and the perfect venue for Drugdealer’s unique blend of “dystopian yacht rock”. If you have the chance to see them, don’t miss it!
Was glad to get to this one on a Monday night it was totally worth it. New to Atlanta. The Earl was a perfect spot for this show. Good to see Brendan and Joe out playing with Anthony Prioq and James Lewis. The sax and guitar were amazing front and center while taking turns to solo they also had some amazing syncopated parts.
Most epic show ever! The McDonalds brought it as only they can! All outstanding musicians playing great songs well and putting on a great show while doing it.
F*****g Amazing! This one shot to the very top of my list of all time shows if I’m being completely honest… You really can’t describe this live show with words, you just have to experience it for yourself….
A+++ show. I'm new to the metal scene and everything about this was fantastic - venue is easy to access and simply laid out, I didn't get lost trying to find the bathroom or anything. The bartenders treat you right and Harakiri (and the rest of the performers too!) put on a great show. I had a blast!
So tight and so loud, sound was amazing. Played some of my favorite songs of theirs. Opener Minami Deutsch was phenomenal as well, they gained a new lifelong fan for sure!
Great set with a solid mix od songs across their catalog and some awesome new stuff. Wish we got to see them more, but I guess that makes it more fun when we do.
Great show, Diego the bass player and Dennis the drummer are a top notch rhythm section. They hold it down and follow wherever JJN takes them.
They played mostly the new album and that was fine by me having seen him before, I was all about the new album which is amazing and so glad to hear it live.
Hope they headline in the fall, I need more than an hour next time.
BLAck MiDi rocked The Earl. Fat Tony opened with a fun RAP routine and got the crowd going, but Black Midi came on and totally dominated. Their cohesiveness as a band is obvious. They look as if they are having a great time while they jam and improvise. They had a few covers and a new song peppered into their set which included bmbmbm, ducter, 953 etc. I think these guys have a lot of potential and will be watching them.
Wow, these guys KILLED IT in front of a shamefully small crowd, filled mostly with friends and family of the band (Jacob's grandmother was rocking out next to me for part of the night). Stage presence, technique, emotion, these guys have it all! They even trotted out some new songs from their upcoming album that sound dope as heck. Can't wait to see them again, when will others wake up to these dudes?!
