In many ways, leaving a review for this show feels somewhat obsolete: on-one again will be able to see what we saw. Jonas's final show with Mew didn't disappoint. The setlist was great and (mostly) full of fan favourites. Sure a couple of songs could be debated but no-one likes exactly the same stuff. Even the presence of a new song (Gliding - introduced by Jonas as "as yet unreleased ") didn't feel out of place despite the circumstances. Mew seemed to be in a relaxed and especially talkative mood on stage. Jonas called for a nice glass of wine half way through the set ("I don't usually drink on stage but...") and Johan paid a touching tribute to him on behalf of the rest of the group, once the night was getting closer to its conclusion. The group ended the set with Comforting Sounds, as they always do, and ended the night with hugs between the band members and thank yous to crowd. Johan's final words were "Mew will see you soon". Tonight we came to say thanks to the departing lead singer who has touched us with with majestic voice over the years and to wish him well for his future. Farewell Jonas.

Great show despite a couple of technical glitches- notably with the keyboards Harry McVeigh has a superb voice and the entire band are great musicians. Jack is a brilliant drummer (a highlight being Farewell to the Fairground) and Charles an accomplished bassist. They hit all the spots - my favourites being F2 the FG (above), Death, Big TV and To Lose My Life. Great show by a great live band. They are humble too which is nice

Fantastic as always. We went to see them both nights, and rightly so because they completely changed the set list the second night. Awesome act, they’ll always be one of my favourites of all times. They took me back in time to the 80’s and the 90’s on an emotional roller coaster. Thank you Sisters, I can’t wait to see you again at the Roundhouse!

One of the best shows I've been to in a long time, the crowd was beautifully feral, couldn't stop singing even though there were no lyrics (we al made them up), mosh pit was out of this world and the band? omg!! I think just like us, they had an amazing time! Oh and the venue.... come on, it's the Roundhouse :-) it was great.

The Cult were incredible for their 40th anniversary tour, me and my sister got into them when we were in School in the mid 80's, so we are lifelong fans, we first saw them support G**s n Rose's back in 93, the last time was for the 30th Anniversary of their 2nd album 'Love' at The Royal Albert Hall,but to see them at such a small venue like the Roundhouse was a dream come true, we were just yards away from our hero's vocalist Ian Astbury and Guitarist Billy Duffy. They played an incredible set, spanning their brilliant and influential career, highlights for me were, Spiritwalker, Rain, Eddie(acoustic), Firewoman, Love Removal Machine, The Witch, Mirror, amongst many other amazing songs. You would never guess Ian and Billy are now in their 60's the energy and brilliant musicianship was incredible, Ian ran from one side of the stage to the other and even jumped off tall monitor stacks on each side, the newer members of the band were fantastic as well, I hope I look as good as he does when I reach my 60's in a decade, this gig was a birthday present for my sister Hana, she was over the moon to have seen The Cult again, we will definitely be at the bands 50th anniversary, God willing.🖤

Struts were incredible as always. But with two openers..one pretty mediocre... the struts didn't play as long as they usually do. They're show and Luke's energy never fail to guarantee a great time! Just wish they played o lot longer and a few more of their new songs... I won't run...heavens got nothing on you... how can I love you .. but they are incredible!

Awesome performance from an incredible band; just surprised that it wasn’t full. This is the problem with Co-headline shows where some of the audience leaves before the final band, and you lose some of the atmosphere, no matter how well matched the bands are for fanbase. I’ve only been to two or three such bills, and it’s always the same problem. Please don’t do it!!

Amazing night of music with Gary and his band revisiting his first two albums and a few popular classics for the encores. He was on top form, working the crowd up into a chant for Are friends electric? And synchronised arm waving was the highlight of Down in the park. The light show was the unofficial support act with a spectacular display for one night only. All said and done, a top night from a performer that pioneered electronic music and influenced many artists. Still going strong in his sixties and giving value for money.

Classic riffs, bombastic drums, virtuoso solos and heart-stopping vocals - The Darkness deliver it all in their inimitable cat-suited, silk pyjama-ed, Thin Lizzy t-shirt and black denim jacketed style. This last night of the tour had the requisite party atmosphere. In addition to all the hits and antics, we were treated to, amongst other things; a church choir, a sarcastic electronic dance version of IBIATCL, snippets of Radiohead, Led Zeppelin and Queen, momentary concern for a prone fan which turned out to be a marriage proposal during Love is Only a Feeling, and a David Brent impersonator. Most of us in the crowd were past the first flush of our youth, but for a couple of hours we forgot this and bounced like it was 2003. What more can you want for your money? Ed Sheeran? Well if you came on 9th Dec you got him too.

Phenomenal!!! The best live band I've ever seen (and I've seen some amazing big acts in my time). Justin's voice is just perfect and the guitar playing from Justin, Frankie, Dan and Rufus was hard, glorious and rocked us to the core!! I woke up the next morning with my long lost mo-jo!! I was finally raring to go after 5 yrs of being low. Absolutely recommend seeing The Darkness live ❤️ thank you guys ❤️ x*x

Good gig up until the encore. Probably the worst encore me and friends have ever seen (we discussed this afterwards). Love The Darkness but this show just felt a bit flat unfortunately. They could have raised the energy by going a few tracks back to back for example. The U2 With or Without You cover was good until Justin stopped it and semi-cussed U2, which was weird. Just a bit mediocre overall and maybe it was just an end of tour thing.

Well worth seeing this band who mix traditional Irish folk with their own material. The delivery is stunningly dark and emotive with some humorous twists . 11 songs on the set list, including a pogues cover, songs from their last 2 albums and their first one. Each song was a mini epic, except for the spine tingling “Go Dig My Grave” which is epic on steroids.

As expected, the show was exciting, great musicianship in an amazing venue (the Roundhouse)! It was really a big moment for me, as I was looking forward to seeing (and hearing) Alex Hargreaves and he did not disappoint. It was crazy crowded and sweltering on the floor (I know, what did I expect) and I had a 'moment' shall we say where I kinda blacked out, right at the start of Mire, but , as I told the paramedic I was fine and really needed to hear this song , so they gave me some water and and I only missed the opening bars.... Wonderful night!!

Burna Boy...is absolutely sensational. The African Giant never disappoints. This show was incredible. It was beautiful to celebrate his success - no1 album in the UK & to celebrate with true fans. Mixing all the songs on the " I told them" album with some classics was done with the true style & passion of the best performer right now in the world. OLUWA BURNA THE ODOGHU was lit. Best show the Roundhouse has seen. Such an amazing vibe from start to end. Couldn't sleep because this concert was such a high.

I first saw Dean at Kygo’s oslo concert last year , since then I’ve seen him 3 more times in every concert he give s💯 per cent of himself he is so talented he smiles all the time and chats to the audience he is constantly thanking the audience he is simply a joy to watch and listen too and is so humble the atmosphere is so electric and you can feel the energy so that by the end it’s a celebration party people were so charged that even after he’d gone they didn’t want to go and stood around dancing to the music coming across the speakers . The roundhouse is a fab venue very intimate my only gripe is the huge poles block ing some of the stage if you sit in the balconies Love this man Pixie

Raye told her story. Her 21st century blues. It’s was an amazing display of songwriting portrayed with soul, funk, jazz, dance and disco, not just blues. Don’t pigeon hole Raye with a genre, she offers much more. Those that watched this show are witnesses to something special that mixes generations and identities, and gives us all a glimpse at what an inclusive future could hold.

I was interested to see if she could deliver live what she does recorded. Really, really good high energy performance. Which was good for us as we had just come from a 21hr flight and were having trouble staying awake. Hilariously, the guys in front of us decided that we were her parents and couldn't thank us enough. Anyway, a definite see again down the line. Thank you, T.

Playing to a packed crowd of followers at the Roundhouse must be an exhilarating experience and tonight Inhaler looked like they were having as much fun as the crowd as they played their end of tour gig in Camden. From the opening 'These Are the Days' from the band's forthcoming album the to the crowd pleasers 'It Won't Always Be Like This' and 'Cheer Up Baby' the floor didn't stop moving - there were definitely some tired legs and arms come the morning. New material 'Love Will Get You There' was eagerly devoured while Elijah was joined by 3000 voices shouting along with 'My Honest Face' that closed the night. Inhaler will continue their journey to stadium shows but tonight was a show that will have many will be saying "I was down the front for that one", for years to come.

Last night was a bit special. My 2nd Heilung event and a definite improvement on the first one (which was good, but they're getting better). The soundstage seemed of better quality than the Islington Assembly Hall venue used last year. The warriors, Maria and especially Kai were a lot more aware of the audience and seemed to want to "bring us in" more. The Warriors had more to do and there was more choreography used. Songs were a mix of the last two albums. You can't go wrong with Krigsgaldr or Hamrer Hyppyer (which is made extra special by the invasion of the audience by the warriors) but the first single from the new album, Norupo, was spectacular - the addition of the female chorus an added bonus. I really need to learn the words... What a night.

I flew from Philadelphia USA. to London to see this concert. It was worth the trip! The venue was comfortable and roomy. The audience was so friendly and Jimmy Cliff was FANTASTIC!!! His band was fabulous as well. Jimmy opened the show with”Bongo Man” then continued singing all his songs . Everyone in the audience was dancing ; SO fun.I really enjoyed this concert, I’m just sad that he isn’t coming to the USA . Jimmy please come to the East coast in the USA ❤️❤️❤️
