My first time seeing Mike play. Phenomenal! Can't wait until he plays in this area again.

The venue is great! Mike Dawes put on a fantastic show.

We had a wonderful time at the show Lunasa! We brought my 78 year-old mother-in-law who runs to their music each day. She was thrilled not only to see the music in person but to meet them at the end of the show. My whole family enjoyed the show. All of the people at Shalin Liu were lovely and very friendly. We look forward to going back for another show in the future. The performance center is beautiful. Not a bad seat in the house.

What a fabulous show! He has not lost a step. Played the Charlie Brown Christmas music with the help of the Cape Ann Children’s Chorus. Great showman. Great artist.

What a great show! Adam and his bandies are the personification of energy and musicianship! And miss Emily was an added bonus. Of course, the beauty of the venue didn’t hurt. But it did not outshine AEG. They are the best!!

Shawn Mullins is a huge talent. The man and his guitar. That’s all. His vocal style is utterly unique , mesmerizing , and his voice has gotten richer and more complex over the years since Lullaby showed up on the airwaves in the late ‘90s. His lyrics paint vivid scenes of an America that many of us will never see, inhabited by fascinating characters that we will never chance to meet. Thank you, Shawn Mullins, for taking us on the road with you. You truly are a great American story teller. Thank you for the rare gift of spending an evening with an artist who genuinely loves what he does. It shows. “ You were born to shimmer, you were born to shine, you were born to radiate…. and born to never hate.” Thanks for reminding us that this is true for all of us, too. The message is a timeless one, and so was Shawn Mullen’s performance. If you get a chance to see one of his concerts, you should go.

This was my first visit to this venue, in Rockport, MA and I loved the place. The size of the hall is perfect and the acoustics were great. Kathy Mattea and her two band mates were fantastic. I've enjoyed her music for almost 30 years. Her talent both as a guitarist and vocalist, along with the connection to her audience is amazing. If you love live music, with talented musicians, Kathy and her band is a MUST SEE and the Shalin Liu Performance Center is a wonderful place to enjoy a performance.

The Shalin Liu Performance Center is amazing and was the perfect venue for an evening of equally amazing music. And what a wonderful show. An evening of music and stories that will not soon be forgotten.

Wonderful, always a great choice to attend Justin Hayward's concert. Unique venue with great acoustics and seating.

Energizing, educational, really fun dancing to the ballafon with disco lights!!

Entertaining as always with Mike’s cello and voice and very educational about the different scales, different geographical inspirations and that historically Persian PIpa! Mike Block singing a Mandarin song was unexpectedly cool! Great night of virtuoso musicianship by both Wu and Mike and Mike’s ceremonial monologues were also delightful!

Nefesh Mountain was phenomenal! Who would have thought that combining bluegrass and Jewish music would be so amazing? The show was a rousing, uplifting, foot-stomping party for my ears and my soul. I can't wait to see them again!

Nostalgic I saw in in small venues on the order of 50 years ago....

2 shows in 5 weeks. Both very fun and funky as hell. Great band interplay. Spectacular venue.
