For Smokey, being an older artist, he sure got down! The stories he told through his own words and video clips had my family and me in tears. He is an artist that connects me and my family as he is our favorite singer. The only downfall to this event was the individuals taking the photos and, I would assume, the supervisor of the ushers at the Las Vegas Venetian. The individual responsible for taking the photos made me uncomfortable and rushed as I positioned my wheelchair for the photoshoot. As the ushers guided us to our seats, we had to ask the supervisor if there was a way to make more space for my wheelchair since the end of the aisle was screwed onto the floor, and my wheelchair couldn't fit between the two chairs. He responded, "She doesn't have to go all the way in." What a response. No one was next to us; therefore, he had the opportunity to move a seat to create a little more space. As others came behind me to go to or from their seats, they would run into my wheelchair because I was far back. The security and ushers were SUPER helpful and kind, as they were more understanding then the two individuals! The only reason for a 5-star rating is because of SMOKEY, the security, and ushers!!!
I had so much fun at the VIP soundcheck meet and greet, and the show! And I LOVE that AJ was there too! Thanks for an awesome night Nick and everyone else involved in making it happen!
One of the best concerts I’ve seen! I saw them in the 70’s and even though they aren’t the original band members, they sound like the founding band. Great concert and I hope they get inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame.
The show was fantastic! A must see for every Foreigner fan!! I only saw them once before and that was in 1981 in CHICAGO! I'm so happy I got to see them again in concert!
Can you please let me know when you are free to meet up and I can come over to you to meet up and discuss the issue with the other 5 5 in your room please as we need happy new year 2024 merry Christmas to you both and see ⛄🤶🎄
Well I don't know about the Venetian show.. but Oct 25, 1980 at the Masonic Temple theatre, downtown Detroit, they absolutely rocked the place! We stood on our main floor seats the entire time dancing, at the end of the night I looked back and 90% of the seats were broken, it was a riot
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! One of the most fun concerts I have ever been to. The Venetian theater was well laid out, great acoustics and comfortable seating. The only downfall was the fact that the restrooms are in the basement. Lots of steps and the option of only one little elevator. Drinks were $20 each in the event area but only a few feet into the casino, the food court sold them for less than half the price. Well worth a few extra steps! Rock on Rock Lobsters!
Nikki wasn’t all that good. In fact I heard a lot of people saying her set was to much. David’s was good but not great! Rob is better oh and no VIP meet and greet which also sucked along with no merch of any kind either for David Spade! Which that sucked also! Oh and people don’t listen to the info told at the beginning of the show. There was heckling and talkers all around which also made the show un enjoyable .
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Foreigner at the Venetian! The show was amazing, and we sang and danced the whole time. They rocked the venue! We can't wait to see them in Tampa in July 2023!
They were awesome both nights in Las Vegas!!! Being in the front row is an incredible time with lots of interaction with the guys. Each and every shows, and it is a show, performances are perfect both musically and vocally. Tommy and Lawrence both still hit and hold the high, very high, keys.
They are the BEST!
I have followed ZZ Top for nearly 50 years and this show definitely did not disappoint. Billy was on point and Elwood filled in seamlessly. Great show and glad I got to have that experience. RIP Dusty!
The venue was excellent. The B-52's were amazing. The only thing was we did not have KC and the Sunshine Band as the opening act. We only person DJ Cumberbun and so was disapointing.
I have been a huge fan of the B52s for decades, and I was excited for the opportunity to see them at the Venetian. The band did not disappoint! They sang many of their most iconic songs and put on a wonderful show. Even their opening act (DJ Cummerbund) was awesome! I am sad the group is retiring from tour, but forever grateful for their talent and influence in my life. Thank you, B52s for being a seminal part of my teenage years and for throwing us the best farewell tour ever!
The B-52’s were great when they began their careers and are even better after all this time. Excellent venue and always enjoy coming to the Venetian theater. I with them many more years of success and happiness!
Anita Baker is an excellent vocalist and performer. This show was beyond expectation (and mine were high). Such a beautiful performer and yet she remains relatable. This level of talent is increasingly rare. Definitely an icon worthy of appreciation. The show was amazing!!
Steve still delivers a "don't want to miss it" show!!! Such great music and the songs you loved played impeccably. Steve has been an old pro for a long time. Catch a show while you still can... you won't regret it!
He is truly very talented! I have had the honor to have met him, and to watch a truly talented entertainer do what he does best. A moving moment as he got emotional, after not performing in a few years, to an amazing ovation. The crowd showed him true love, and he showed it back! He is a must see!!!
All the new music with some old ones mixed in. Gavin took us on a joyful, tearful, and soulful journey through the love & life of his parents in this majestic tribute. No one can do this better than Gavin.
Mr. Bennet is 93 years old. That being said, his voice is not what it used to be. He still knows how to work a song and bring the emotion out of it. He was very happy to see us and we to see him. he came out to a standing ovation, and received multiple standing ovations throughout the show and at the end. His band was excellent accompaniment to his songs. I loved being at the Venetian Theater because it's such a beautiful place to see live music.
One of the best concerts I've ever seen. Great musicianship and musicality. I've always wanted to see Steely Dan and now I can say I have. The Venetian Theatre at the Venetian is a beautiful venue to showcase all this talent.
