The show was just "ok". It was billed as Morgan Freeman narrating an evening of Blues music with the Nashville Symphony. Morgan was only present to say a few words before the show and then appeared via pre-recorded video. Very disappointing. The sound was not what I would have expected at the Schermerhorn. Sound for the Nashville Symphony was very good and we enjoyed that. There were 7 musicians in the Blues band. Sound for the singers, lead guitar, base and drums all sounded great. However, the keyboard, second guitar and harmonica could only be heard when they played a solo. I suspect they were all great musicians, but it was hard to tell since it was impossible to hear their output. Overall, we were disappointed in the quality of the show. We have been to other musical acts at the Schermerhorn and had a much better experience.

Great show! So glad that I went. The Secret Sisters were fun. I love sisters and how they harmonize. And Maggie Rose was fantastic. She was stunning and beautiful. And her voice was so powerful yet seemed so effortless. And the backing of the Nashville Symphony made it a wonderful listening experience.

The show was incredible and Brett James is always through the roof but I'm having pictures to share because they wouldn't let us take any. That's what I hate about bigger venues. You can say I went and saw so and so, you want to see my ticket stub? I mean you want something to remember it by.
