Palladium

This show was the first ever concert that I went to and it was amazing! BVB is one of my biggest inspirations in life and I aspire to be like Andy not only in a musical sence but also just his outlook on everything is just amazing as I can relate to a lot of the stuff that not only he writes about but also speaks on! I was like bawling for the first like 5 or so songs and again when Lilith came out! As a newer fan (since hallelujah) this show very much felt like home. I loved everything about it! Especially Andy getting mad at someone not waving (it seemed like he was looking at my dad but my dad said he was waving so idk)! I'm so glad it happened at the day and time that it did cause I was really struggling with my mental state and this show is one of the reasons that I'm still here lol! BVB ARMY 4 EVER!!!!!

TX2 is one of the best touring acts I’ve ever had the opportunity to see, I’ve seen the band preform twice and plan to see them again on their fall tour. But more so Evan and the rest of the band are truly the kindest most genuine folk you’ll ever have the pleasure to meet. Their dedication to fans from their set, interactions, meet and greets at the merch booth or any other interaction you may have shows their dedication and true appreciation of their fans. I’ve been to many shows in my life, I won’t miss a TX2 show.

Had a VIP meet & greet. The band was not stuck at a table, like you usually see. They all walked out into the lobby & we were able to mingle & speak to all the guys. We could take any amount of photos we wanted. Got a beautiful signed poster, lanyard & some stickers. The concert itself was a killer. What a great bunch of guys, no egos & really appreciative of their fans. It was an amazing, fun & a very memorable concert experience. Never have seen them before, but I have all their. You need to go see them.😄

I’m not one to give away 5 stars but this show 100% lived up to expectations. Catching this band coming off their As Above, So Below cycle (also an amazing show) doing this limited run Mister Asylum tour was magic. Straight play through of Mister Asylum and then total emphasis on their latest material and The Boy Who Died Wolf. The band sounded as tight as ever but also improvisational. If they’re not recording these shows for a live album it’s a huge miss! I’d have that on repeat non-stop.

I'm not one to go to concerts much. Now in my 40s, this was my 4th concert ever. Bought the ticket for Daedric, but stayed for all 3 bands. Likely grab some work by both Poh Hock as well as Vola. The only minor complaint would maybe be the lack of seating options in view of the stage. I was not expecting to stand for a 4-5 hours and with a bad knee, I did wish I had a spot to sit occasionally. Granted I was upstairs of the upstairs, so it did have some seating options, but nothing in view of the stage. The few folding chairs were grabbed ASAP as others arrived. Sticking with the 5-star rating, because the seating thing was all on me for not stepping away to sit on one of the couches upstairs. Venue was awesome. All 3 bands were awesome. Will return there again, if Daedric plays there again in the future.

Palladium staff have always been kind. They were again at this show. Would give more thought to ADA access line configuration while still accommodating rail huggers. Maybe ADA entry wraps to the outside perimeter of each side? This is my -0.5 star. Because I do believe it's urgent as a lot of the people watching in ADA were having a hard time getting in and out of the section. But I believe The Palladium will find the solution. I also think they would've benefitted from doing reserved seating in the balcony, and not being afraid to use the house lights at a light to medium intensity when nobody is playing. Those bathrooms and merch line setups also need some help. But I don't think any of these topics took much of anything away from my evening so I'm not reducing stars. Opeth, of course, were wonderful. Maybe less strobes and a bit more plain white-ish front lighting with no effects to showcase the musicians, but I'm not a lighting expert and don't know the lengths required there. Loved Opeth's set choices, loved their sound, loved the crowd singalongs. Would recommend everyone get to an Opeth show.

Absolutly fantastic. Second time seeing them and it was even better than the last time! Swedish prog legends Opeth are so back (they doin the growls again!), and their new drummer Waltteri Väyrynen suits them well. I only knew of him previously from his time in Paradise Lost (Live at the Mill in particular) where he also excelled as a fantastic drummer. 10/10 show, complete eargasm, amazing setlist. If you have a chance to see them and they’re playing near you (we drove 2 and a half hours for this) this is a concert you definitely don’t want to miss out on.

This was arguably the best organized concert I’ve ever been to. The set switches were so fast! I also loved the 4pm start. It was so awesome to see so many talented bands in just a few hours. I really loved this performance and would definitely see any of the summer school bands again. I especially appreciated the diversity within the bands, it was so refreshing to see POC and women fronting these rock bands!!! 10/10 experience.

Bleed From Within is Pure Scottish Metal. The Palladium is always dialed up to eleven. We asked for loud live music and Bleed From Within gave it to us ten-fold. The awesome thing about the Palladium is you can crowd-surf while the band is performing then hang out with them later by the merch area. These are down-to-earth guys who love playing in front of a crowd. I've seen them before and I had to go again when I saw they were back in the states.

Both bands were fantastic. Armored Saint opened and put on a really great show. This is the second time I've seen them, and both times were incredible. They really put a lot of energy into the show, and they're heavier live. The Queensryche show was like being transported back to 1983. I got to see stuff I've never heard them play live. They played the EP and The Warning in their entirety, in order. Even the encore was old school: The Prophecy (from the 1988 reissue of the EP), and Walk in the Shadows from Rage for Order (which was my secret hope for the encore)

With old rock stars way past their prime charging hundreds of dollars for not so great seats, it’s really hard to explain how this ticket cost $40. Three opening bands, all really excellent, and then Nita Strauss and her amazing band. Nita’s set list spanned both of her albums. Unlike the past, there were no covers. Her playing is mesmerizing as always. But here’s the thing. She’s having so much fun on stage it’s infectious. I’m grateful for the chance to see her in a small venue. I also did the VIP meet-greet. It’s the only VIP I’ll do. I see them as a waste of money, but not hers. Can’t wait to see them again!

Glenn Hughes is absolutely amazing ! I had the opportunity to meet him and he is such a kind, true gentleman. His vocal range certainly does earn him the title of "The Voice of Rock" I have seen him 3 times and he never disappoints. His love for what he does shows through every song he sings and he truly appreciates his fans. He definitely should be the headliner on any tour he is on. If you are a Deep Purple fan and have the chance to see him .. don't miss it.

I’m going to be honest, I cannot give this concert anything below a 5 because from what I could hear, it was a great concert… but sadly, I didn’t get to watch it. Someone drugged my drink, and I stayed in the bathroom the entire time, sobbing, while I listened to one of my favorite bands… sing my favorite songs. As much as I had one of the worst times ever, that has nothing to do with the band, so I don’t want my rating to effect them. The venue that allowed it to happen, and instead of checking if I was okay, took off my bracelet so I couldn’t drink anymore? Yeah, that’s a negative review. Thanks, no thanks Palladium.

Bruh. 1st off. No one, and I mean NO ONE is safe from Alpha Wolf. Akudama nearly brought on the apocalypse. 2nd. Northlane KILLED it, I’ve never heard a band sound better live. 3rd. Fit For A King was worshiping the God of Fire cause they brought it that night, my buddies first Metal concert and he left with a split eyebrow and a black eye. Thought I’d scared him away but instead he said “you have created a monster”. All in all, pretty good night.

The Palladium is an iconic venue. It feels like you're in a small club with plenty of space to just chill or catch your breath before jumping back in the pit. Fit For A King blew the roof off the place. We gave them everything and they fed off the energy. At one point, the lead singer told us this was their biggest performance to date. I know a lot of bands say that, but the two song encore sort of told the story. It's been my mission recently to see as many groups as possible and FFAK did not disappoint. I know they'll be back and I'll be ready.

The opening act torche was good! Converge was great! As always! They played their material from "the dusk in us" and "All the love we leave behind" albums and finished with their classic material from "You fail me" and Jane Doe to close off their set. Killer!!! Material!! They sound great live! Exhilarating and riveting performance from the band! They definitely got the crowd screaming along! Meshuggah was legendary! Great show! And a great set that they played! Lots of new material and a couple old ones! All great stuff! Had lots of fun! Will always try and see these guys when they come around

What a f*****g show. Alpha Wolf killed, Polaris was the highlight of my life so far. Feel a little bad for LMTF and Silent Planet, the crowd was a little dead/tired after the Polaris set (myself included). They handled it really well though. Sadly I had to miss Avoid (overnight shift worker + 2 hour drive), but not a single weak set that I saw. Will drive up to 6 hours for any Polaris tour any time they come to the US.

I am not one to critique anyones performance but I have to be honest because I really enjoy this band and I just wanted to give them a heads up for future reference. I love all that remains and this is the second time I seen them live but for some reason something sounded off with the instrumentals and the timing of the majority of the songs tonight but overall Phil did a great job on vocals. I hope when they come around again it will send better than tonight’s performance. Sorry guys.

The Acacia Strain is more than just a simple metal concert but a crazy, in your face experience. In Massachusetts they are at their best. If you're a fan then you scream all the words back at Vincent as you mosh, stage dive and just have a good time. This night showcased Wormwood and even had them play, Doctor Doom and Whoa! Shut It Down which had been a while for a long-term fan like myself. I give them 5 stars but know that they deserve more!

Only stayed until ABR. They’re one of my favorite bands so I wasn’t leaving. Polaris was good. Never heard of them. Glad they got your with these dudes. First time seeing TDWP and they killed it. ABR also was amazing. My only gripes have nothing to do with the bands. Venue was too packed. Barely any room to breathe. But that might be a bad thing for me but great for the bands. I feel the sound was good except for the vocals of all the leads. I could barely hear Jake for half the set. All in all good show. Just a lot of rude patrons. and for the love of god put your phones away people. Be with the show. Anyone can find a live video these days. You’re missing out.
