🤷🏼♂️😎👌🏼
What a great event. Describing with words would be insufficient and distracting. Just great on very high musical level across the band.
I wish her good luck with Pure and hope to be able to see her again. She is quite unique.
Cheers

This was by far the best concert in the last couple of years!!! I saw Kerry King, Zakk Sabbath and Iron Maiden this year and thought that this cannot be beaten but Forbidden proved me wrong: Craig and the whole gang was in excellent shape, funny, humours and at the same time with technical precision and power that I rarley have seen before - STILL TWISTED AFTER ALL THESE YEARS!!!!
I love Tarja Turunen’s music. I already attended her All the Hits tour 10 months ago in Frankfurt, and it was a pleasant surprise. That tour included Marco Hietala, but luckily for me, he was sick on the Frankfurt date, which meant Tarja performed even more of her solo work, which I absolutely love.
I was so impressed by her show in September 2024 that I went again to the concert in Aschaffenburg, which is only about 40 minutes from Frankfurt. That alone shows how down-to-earth Tarja is. Many artists might think, Why should I perform in Aschaffenburg if I already did a show in Frankfurt? Since the cities are so close to each other. But Tarja simply loves performing. She loves her fans. She loves sharing her music. She knows she has a beautiful fan base.
The entire concert hall, the Colos-Saal in Aschaffenburg, was packed. It was completely full. I was near the front row, and Tarja was incredibly warm and humble. At one point, someone in front of me was filming her, and Tarja took her phone, filmed the stage and herself up close, then handed the phone back, probably creating a funny, interesting, and unique video for social media. She also blew a kiss toward my camera while I was recording her. She really knows how to interact with the audience.
We were all so captivated. We were loud, we were clapping. It was a beautiful show with a great song selection. It truly is a greatest hits tour.
And I noticed that her voice has improved. You can really hear that she trains regularly, because she sounded even better than she did in Frankfurt. And it’s not just my imagination because my mother, who doesn’t know much about singing, even noticed the difference when I showed her my recordings.
So thank you very much, Tarja, for coming to Aschaffenburg. I can’t wait for the next concert.
Awesome... Despite some initial technical issues that were handled fully professional she started her set from scratch and truly showed why she belongs to the top league of guitarists...Colos-Saal is anyways a great venue with a constant awesome lineup-flow of artists.
it was an amazing show. I never thought to see Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band in Germany. Every song was full of life. Good Sound. You have to see Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band. You will not regret.
I was really excited to see Ankor in Aschaffenburg. I’ve listened to their songs a lot on Spotify, and I truly love their mix of metalcore and EDM. All the band members were incredibly active and engaging on stage, making the show both entertaining and energetic. I was amazed by how involved every member was. No one seemed bored. Although the tall guy was a little shy, maybe due to stage fright, he still did his job well!
Ankor’s singer had amazing dance moves. I especially loved when she went all out on stage, performing with so much energy. It perfectly complemented their high-energy songs. Also, out of all the metal vocalists I’ve seen live, she had the best, longest, and most terrifying screams.
From start to finish, the show was pure fun, and the audience went wild. This was the shortest concert I’ve ever experienced, not because it was actually short, but because every song was performed so incredibly well that the time flew by quickly. I could have watched the exact same show again right after it ended. Everyone was dancing and cheering, completely absorbed in the band’s incredible live performance. Honestly, I almost feel bad that the tickets didn’t cost more! That’s why I hope my review, along with some of my YouTube videos from the concert, will help make them more popular. They deserve more recognition, and with their latest album, they’re definitely on the right track to becoming a well-known name in the metal scene.
I saw Conquer Divide as the supporting act on Ankor's European tour. I didn't know about them before, but after buying the tickets, I listened to their music and really liked it. That's why I had a good idea of what songs they were performing.
I have to say, I was truly amazed by the frontwoman’s voice. She was the first singer in the realm of metalcore, metal, and rock that I’ve seen live who had a absolutely perfect vocal technique. She was also the only one I've ever heard pull off vocal runs in metalcore songs, which is incredible. I sincerely hope she continues developing that superior voice, avoids bad habits like smoking, drinking, or weed, and trains at the gym for lung power. If she keeps improving, she will dominate the metal world in a few years. The guitarists were really entertaining and got the crowd involved, encouraging them to clap along with the songs. Their guest musician, Spencer, was absolutely adorable and so appreciative of the audience enjoying Conquer Divide's set. He brought great energy to the show, and honestly, I hope Conquer Divide steals him from his band and makes him a permanent member!
Unfortunately, due to the stage lighting, I couldn’t see much of the drummer. Maybe give him a ribbon so he stands out more?
Thank you for the beautiful show in Aschaffenburg!
Yesterday in Aschaffenburg, Enemy Inside delivered an absolutely phenomenal show! From the first note to the last, there wasn’t a single dull momen, the energy never dropped, and every song felt like a highlight. Their performance was tight, powerful, and filled with excitement from start to finish. The guitar work was especially impressive, both technically and emotionally. The riffs were sharp, the solos were mesmerizing, and the overall sound was just massive. It’s clear that these musicians are incredibly talented, and they brought a perfect mix of heaviness and melody to the stage. The singer was just as outstanding. Not only does she have an amazing voice, powerful, expressive, and effortlessly soaring over the music but she also knew exactly how to connect with the crowd. Her stage presence was captivating, and she kept the audience engaged throughout the entire set.
Perfekt.
Ein sehr schönes Konzerterlebnis, Foxtrott und Selling England by the pound perfekt umgesetzt.
Danke an das Team vom „Café Central“. Ihr seid klasse! 🙏🏽
Soen is and remains world class! Top musicians, great melodies, complex but brilliant lyrics. In the form as on the Atlantis tour with the classic quartet and the singer simply to kneel down. Please repeat this on occasion!
The location is also top, there I like to drive an hour for the great sound and the incomparable atmosphere!
Soen is absolutely awesome! And this show at Colos-Saal was unforgetable again like the other ones I have seen, too. It's a nice tiny club (where the band just fit on the stage) in the middle of the city with great sound. The guys had obviously so much fun and so had I. Thank you Soen!
Awsome. ❤️ to SW. Unfortunately, group setup took too long and I had to leave the concert early to get on the train. So hope SW to come to Germany again) Closer to Cologne, preferably))
All in all, It was a fantastic concert!
I have to admit that it was a very long evening with 3 bands (Plini, BTBAM, TesseracT) but not too long. Unfortunately it was pretty loud what made the sound bad. Actually it would’ve been a very good sound if it just had been a little less loud. The atmosphere was fantastic, especially in the front rows where I was standing. I guess the sound was a little better in the middle, but - like in the front rows - in the back there was very much bass. But I have to say: a good sound with this kind of music in such a 'small' venue is hard.
As always, the musicians were in top form. Dan sang wonderfully this night. Never heard it as good as then on records before! And the others were really great, too.
But well, as I said: all in all it was a fantastic concert.
Musikalisch super Konzert. Auch Lautstärke voll in Ordnung – eben der Größe des Ladens angepasst. Der Sound des Raumes hatte zeitweise den Charme eines Schulband-Konzerts (ist aber nicht negativ gemeint; eher nostalgisch) 😉
Are there any more stars to give for me? That was a perfect night. I had the chance to meet the whole band, they were so kind and I felt so happy like never before! The concert was gorgeous, too. Unfortunately in this small club it was a little too loud. I had my EarPods with me and with them it was better. Without it was hard after a whole evening in others' opinion. For me it was wonderful! Everything suited: the atmosphere, the people,... just EVERYTHING!
Greetings
