The lads were amazing as ever! Abe smashed it on his first performance with the UK Subs. Sir Charlie Harper was on top form again
A Brilliant performance at the 100 Club with brilliant special guests. I went with a friend who had only listened to a few tracks on YouTube and he said they were one of the best live bands he’s seen.
Can't wait for them to return to the Uk
Chuck Ragan was fantastic as always. Jess Guise was ill, so out popped Frank Turner to open in her stead, so those who were there early got a special treat.
An amazing evening , first the Whispering Sons , who to be honest I had not planned to arrive in time for but did , thank you TFL , but turned out to to a great live act , lead by a vocalist who was extraordinarily charismatic . Been gigging for many years , rare to see such talent , many great bands but this guy ( and band) I suspect we will be seeing a lot more of .
Then the JVB , Brilliant , uplifting , inspiring , thoughtful , really enjoyable , although you knew they were just playing one album , you just hoped would never end . Still floating on a cloud .
A great night fantastic music i love this venue nice to hear all those songs again maybe a guest vocalist with a strong voice would enhance the sound we all miss Nicky will be back to see the band again cheers Terry!!!👍💙
The Bug Club are a demonstration that ‘practice makes perfect’ - they were good two years ago but their shows have gone up a level after playing hundreds of shows. Their songwriting has improved and their live shows are now excellent. A great venue and a mellow crowd only added to the night. Great fun.
Such a cool and supremely talented Blues Rock band; you must catch Brave Rival live; they are captivating!! Chloe and Lyndsey's powerful singing and effortless harmonising is spellbinding!
Ed's lead guitar and endless solo's are superb, Donna's an awesome drummer with powerful solo's and Billy plays a 5-string bass like I've never seen!!
A tight as-hell band that will captivate any audience, engaging the crowd and involving them in the powerful, stunning set!!
You will not regret seeing Brave Rival live; do not miss them!!
This gig demonstrated how versatile a musician Chantel is with Jamie Brooks on keys adds an extra dimension to her music, bringing different tunes into her set list
I've seen and heard Chantel many times over time. This was certainly one of her best performances with an exceptional set list.
Another fantastic night of musical entertainment at the 100 Club. 3 bands of various music genres then the highlight of the night being Georgia Crandon at her brilliant best. Great crowd participation and great songs.
It was the first time that I have seen the band and definitely will not be the last. Great music, great performance and a brilliant atmosphere in the 100 Club.
Add more stars for this band. It's not often a band I have never seen before affects me like BGG. It's not often I go through a whole gig without wanting one of the songs to end so they can get to the next one. It's almost never that I buy an LP at the gig. I can't even remember the last time I sat on the sofa and listened to a whole album without wanting to move!
BGG are one of the most engaging, exciting and energising bands I've ever seen - and I have seen a lot! Every single member is top-quality talent and, combined, are an absolute power-house of entertainment and quality. Greta is a force to be reckoned with up-front but never over-shadows what are not just the other great musicians, but seemingly great friends too. That fun they have together on stage is infectious and engaging.
If you're only going to see one band this year, make it this one! You won't regret it.
Amazing band , brilliant live , if you don't know them go and check them out . Powerful New Orleans influenced blues that it's difficult to not dance to.
With one of the best voices I've heard in a long time .
Fantastic show in one of the last venues if its kind - great banter and you could feel the band loved playing there, hope the do it again soon 5*
I’d seen the actual band play many times over the years and watching the specials LTD was right up there. Created a fantastic atmosphere and got the crows moon stomping like there’s no tomorrow. Go watch them, you’ll have a great night.
I love the whole concept of celebrating Lust for Life…. Katie Puckrik smashed it! In fact, the whole band smashed it. After the nine songs… they played few more Iggy hits, then , Glen sang his single, Head on a stick… which has a feel good nature to it then it was a full on sing along of Pretty Vacant. I’ve just seen Glen at Nell’s, Lower Third and the fund raiser at 100 Club.. I’m unashamedly a big fan. Always a great night out.
Brilliant as usual. If you’ve seen Hung Like Hanratty before you know what I mean - if not, it was foul mouthed, hilarious, brilliantly played punk pathetique. What you see is what you get, as they say.
Brilliant concert. Such a faithful reproduction of the songs, particularly the early 70’s repertoire. Great fun night out and a great venue. If you like Bowie make a trip to see them. You won’t be disappointed!
Jack's playing and singing are totally infectious. The good kind. All throughout the show you're pulled into Jack's world of blues, some boogie (no jazz!). It's a wild ride I'm happy to experience again and again
It was wonderful to be back at the 100 club. I love the club! Two supports were great and then Abdou came on blasted out.. it was great singing along and watching mosh pit. Everyone loved it! X
Absolutely brilliant show. Been following btgis band for many many year and can honestly say they get better every time I see them live. Fantastic gig at the 100 club
