Ruston is an amazing songwriter - many of his songs haunting with a glimmer of hope. His voice & guitar (& harmonica!) skills were on fire - I like his band but enjoyed the rawness of an acoustic show. Nice rapport with the audience too. Even though the venue was not completely filled, he didn't let that bother him. (One day it will be sold-out).
My favorite part of the evening was when his father sang with him. What a killer voice that man has! I could have listened to them all night. Ruston might consider having his father featured as lead on one of his song tracks (unless he has & I've missed it somehow).
The concert last night was outstanding. We traveled from Williamsburg Va. to see two of our favorite, Hayes Carll and The Band of Heathens!!! The Bijou rocked.
The concert last night in Knoxville was outstanding!!! Hayes and The Heathens rocked the Bijou. We traveled from Williamsburg Va. and the show was amazing!!
Happy Landing always brings amazing energy and passion to put on a great show! I will continue to show up any time they’re near me.
Absolutely amazing show!! Andrew Ripp and Rachael Lampa are so down to Earth and such sweet souls! Blessing Offor was incredible as well!
Great musician! Continues the long line of exceptional blues guitarists. Plus the other band members are excellent. Don’t miss a Kingfish show.
One of the best shows that I have ever attended. Alot of talent, and they did some covers that were great. Best of all, we got to meet Jakob Dylan after the show. Such a class act, and true musician. I so appreciate the time he too to just chat about the music.
Awesome!
Whew!! WHAT A SHOW!! 👏🙌❤️
Thank You All from the bottom of our hearts!! A VERY SPECIAL Night! Can't wait until the next time!!
Solomon was off the charts GREAT! Many people didn’t know much about him but were blown away by his kick-azz guitar licks and smooth soulful voice!!
I’ll be first in line anytime he is near Knoxville!!
Terrific, engaging show -TILAM songs plus more! Amanda’s warmth and energy lit up the room. So good to see Jason and Amanda perform together.
Far greater than my highest expectations. The venue was historic and intimate with incredible acoustics.
Natalie and Bernie were astounding. The Holy Spirit annointing on their musical gifts and testimonies is endless
Thank you for bringing hope, joy, and encouragement to us all!
Great show. Woulda loved if it was just him. Have nothing against Hayes Carll but Brent is the man I went to see. Got to meet him after the show. Just a great night.
Mavis Staples was exciting and spirit-filled! She and her band were wonderful . She had us moving in the theatre. I left with a smile on my face.
When I was a little kid, I never missed Flatt & Scruggs Grand old Opry show on Saturday afternoons. That was the only Bluegrass I had back then. To hear it come full circle and be done so brilliantly with a new frosting on the cake was cathartic. Incredible talent in the band. Shawn Camp is a true lead singer and can capture Lester but still retain his own style. And of course Jerry Douglas is the grand wizard Poobah of dobro. I told him last night after the show that he played like a Gatling gun. Bullets of pleasure.
Excellent! As always a great show! We didn't catch the name of the warm up comedian; but we really enjoyed his set too! We have seen Henry multiple times. And every time he is superb, from the old favorites that we never get tired of hearing, to new material and the interaction with the audience is always hilarious and well worth the three hour drive. And we laugh all the way home, remembering lines or subjects he addressed.😂😂😂
After last night, I am in awe of Mr. Shepherd. Best concert I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot over the last 30 years. And the rest of his band were phenomenal.
Dave is so witty and so real! This was my first time getting to see him in concert! Great show! I love the band, too!
Such an amazing musician! Wonderful show. I proposed on this evening to my beautiful fiancé to his song 1200 days. Thank you Erick for your heart warming music!

This show was amazing. The emotion shared between the audience and the band throughout the night was beyond incredible. The stories shared were deeply felt. Tears and laughter were shared. Then when the album was premiered, we were enthralled with the videos and clips set to the music, enhancing the meanings of each song. An acoustic performance by Judah, Brian and Nate was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend seeing Judah & The Lion during the Pep Talks Tour.
