Bottleneck

My best friend and I had the VIP experience, even though my friend was the only one to purchase a VIP ticket. Jim was so kind; he let me come in for the VIP experience even though I only had a regular ticket. The experience was something I'll never forget. I've been going through a very rough time these past few months, and this was the highlight of my year. I've been listening to Sparta and covering their songs since I was a kid. He's one of my favorite musicians, along with the rest of Sparta. We got to hang out with them before the show for about 20 minutes, but it felt like forever, and they are all very down-to-earth, amazing people. Sparta's music saved my life many times, and this event saved my life again. Thanks for everything, Sparta and The Bottleneck. That was the best night I've had in a very long time.

Criminally underrated band, especially live. Tremendous show & a great set list. The passion & energy from these guys hasn't faded even a little bit from the first time I saw them 20 years ago. They're all extremely nice guys who took the time to interact with each & every one of their fans after the show. Go see them if you get a chance, you won't regret it.

American Aquarium is officially my favorite band to see live. My buddy and I drove 3 hours to see them live again — and they were amazing!!!!!! Bottleneck is a great venue as well. So glad I made the trip — even though I was late to work this morning.

Sub Urban is my absolute favorite—I’ve always loved his music and the thought never crossed my mind that he’d be as amazing of a performer as he is. I also met him and he’s the sweetest, most genuine guy ever. Thank you so much for this experience and for your time.

Had a blast at this show! He sang & played for two hours! Bantered with the audience quite a bit (so funny & fun) and was proud to introduce his band members. Played all the favorites & some great new ones too. I always hope to hear Yella Rose... maybe one day I will! Cheers (with Coors Lights)!

Venue: Decent seating in the venue. Lighting was good, no crazy screens or anything. Sound was clear and crisp for vocals and instruments. The bar also serves decent drinks. Excellent bar venue to say the least. Artists: great stage presence, well organized performances and set list management. Excellent singing talent, as to be expected. Guitar and drums were great as well, some real face melting goodness. They didn’t even seem tired after the show? Pure stamina. Nothing got boring or repetitive the entire show. It’s the indie music experience we all dream to have. Supporting team: Merch table and manager did really good at making sure everything went smoothly and they got the line moving quickly but also allowed the artists time to chat with those stopping by. Good job everyone💃🕺

Venue was small but fun. With Save Ferris you have a real ship of theseus thing going on. Is it SF with just Monique left? Didn't feel like it to me. The opening band Gametime was pretty fun and I'd have liked to hear more of them. The second band Keep Flying was and odd hodge podge of ska/punk, numetal and rock. I am still unable to tell you if I like them. I'd say go see them just for the novelty of it. They were entertaining at least.

The venue was set up in such a way that the show was easily enjoyed. The band sounded powerful and well mixed for the live experience ! Their set included some of my favorite tracks from the newest album. Also they played songs I wasn't familiar with but I did enjoy very much.

Zero 9:36 gave a heartfelt performance filled with brand new songs and a few older favorites. We did not get anything from the first EP You Will Not Be Saved but several from If You Cannot Save Yourself. ‘I’m Not’ was the 2022 opening song and it was included near ‘the end’ of the performance, but The End was used as the follow up to entering the stage with Underneath. Beginning with this heavy track from the third EP None of Us are Getting Out was a genius choice as it set the tone for the evening. Zero screams “I COULD PRETEND” and begs the audience to sink into the darkness as he pleads ‘my head hurts, it’s getting harder to trust it, oh wait’… Chasing Shadows delivered a poignant cry of hope and despair with lyrics “and as I’m waiting, all of my memories are fading, I can’t remember” and Watch Out is the hidden gem 💎 of release for anyone with religious trauma in their past and so I will leave you with Matt’s MO: “I don’t talk much, I just say it’s blessings”. Bucket list concert Venue had excellent acoustics Drummer was on point Jonathan was his quirky self, playing acoustic amplified guitar, cowbell, tambourine, etc while dancing(?) lol Played 2 of my top 3 songs. He didn’t play Roadrunner which being electric guitar, I understand. Jonathan came out after the concert and signed albums and met fans. I was the one holding up a sign that read, “Fan since 1983”. The only “complaint”, and how can you really have a complaint on a bucket list concert, was that it was sorta short on duration

OMG!!! It was awesome!!! It was great that they did Murderdoll songs. Didn’t want show to end . I hope they come back soon. All the bands were great but Wednesday 13 rocked it everyone was having a great time. Thanks for coming to Bottleneck and please come back soon.

One of the best concerts I have EVER attended!! The Moss DEFINITELY know how to put on a show! Their energy was exploding the room & their happiness was oozing off the walls! Everyone was so sweet, the fans, the staff, the band, EVERYONE! Definitely recommend seeing them live if you haven’t already, I promise YOU WON’T regret IT!!!

Nonpoint was amazing as always… the intimate setting inside the Bottleneck was so cool, seeing a band that has played to 50,000 people to 150 people. Opening acts were good. Not really my cup of tea but the bands had a folowing which was cool to see. Blacktop mojo set the energy for the rest of the night.

never had heard of them before one of my friends told us about it the day before and it was pretty good show! it was great to see some music live nothing can really ever beat that and they were great performers keep the crowd entertained and all played amazingly too shout out to the drummer. anywho fun night if they in town see em bro

You know when you are in the presence of fabulous talent. Last night was that kind of night. In the many years, and the many artists I have seen, this was one of the best. I have never seen a crowd so frenzied for an encore,and the Cannons delivered. A show I will never forget and can't wait to experience all over again. It is my feeling the Cannons delivered this type of magic everytime they perform. Fabulous!

It's great going to small intimate venues like this. I was thrilled to see A Place to Bury Strangers and bought a record. Sound quality was nice and loud. My ears rang for 2 days straight. And my face melted only slightly. Post punk psychadelic noise rock at its best.

I finally met guardin after over a year of regretting not meeting him...and he's literally the sweetest human being ever. I told him that I was too nervous to meet him last time and he was so sad...but so happy that I made it and got to meet him. He's a talented bean with an amazing personality. 🥺 Cory Wells, guccihighwaters, and Lund were also beyond amazing. I'm so happy that I was able to see them all perform. Talented musicians that I would recommend to everyone. guardin and guccihighwaters both came out in to the crowd during a song in both of their sets to sing with us. I could go on forever about this concert...but I'll end with this... I hope to see them all again soon. I may be biased, but Lawrence is an amazing place for concerts. 🤪

Such a good show! Summer Salt was amazing, but I have never seen such good openers with such good stage presence. Dante Elephante & Motel Radio hyped the crowd up so much before Summer Salt even got on stage! Got to meet the band members after the show and they were all so nice and welcoming :)

Set It Off knows how to truly perform amazingly! Their entire set was always great and on point. Cody has such amazing stage presence and is an amazing performing. As well as the rest of the band members are as well. The rest of the supporting bands were great as well.

saw these dudes on the going to mars tour with judah and the lion in kc and i had to see them again. such an amazing live band!! would highly recommend to anyone. the atmosphere makes me so happy, feels just like a family ❤️ until next time boys
