Fantastic show in Portland, OR!! He is a Great Shownan, along with his band members! He sold out a 350 people venue, The Mississippi Studio, may need to expand next time. Hopefully adding more cities to this tour, since their album just released - Livin in the USA!

Heaviest riffs, sold out crowd, maximum energy. These guys know how to rock the house and even gave us a few extra songs after the set was done. The mosh pits were the best I’ve ever seen and most fun I’ve been in, very nice crowd too, had 3 people crowd surfing at one point. All in all go see RBBP, you won’t regret it

Met Joey Harkum prior to his performance and was able to give him a Blessed Guardian Angel 👼🏻 pin and a Blessed Crystal Hearts. Had a very energized performance and it was my first time seeing and hearing him, will definitely go see him again when he returns to Portland.

Great show! Dean was in fine, relaxed form, singing in regular and occasionally falsetto voice, chatting amiably with the crowd, while doing his usual minutes-long jams with his other guitarist. The drumming was also on point, energetic and in the pocket. Britta Phillips grooved nicely on the bass, occasionally adding some backup vocals. They even played my favorite Luna tune "23 Minutes in Brussels." Magical!

There's an old saying in the entertainment busines that speaks to "talent deserving of wider recognition." If there ever was a performer who fills that bill, it's John Splithoff. I stumbled onto him a couple of months ago while I was cruising around YouTube and I've been a fan ever since. When I found out his band was making a stop right here in little old Portland, Oregon, it was like pennies from heaven. To say that the concert lived up to my expectations in every sense of the term. He did all the songs I've grown to enjoy including a superlative version of my favorite song of his, "Raye." The band played for a couple of hours and my hands were worn out from clapping. The only drawback was the usual, i.e. the sound was a bit loud given the size of the venue. A small setback that didn't appreciably get in the way of one of the finer nights of live music I've treated myself to in many moons. If you're not familiar with John, get thee to a nunnery. My overall rating would be 9.75 out of 10.

That was an amazing show. Hillstomp really brought the goods as they always do. High energy, great show. The Quick and Easy Boys who opened were nothing short of amazing. They were funky, they were heavy, they sounded a little bit reggae for a minute. Even the guys from Hillstomp have then a shoutout and said they were 3 of his to 5 portland bands

Wheatus lit up Mississippi Studios in Portland with a performance that can only be described as phenomenal. From the moment they hit the stage, the band radiated energy, charm, and sheer musical talent, turning the intimate venue into a high-voltage celebration of everything fans love about live music. Frontman Brendan B. Brown was an absolute powerhouse—his vocals were as sharp and dynamic as ever, and his guitar work was nothing short of blistering. But what really set the night apart was his deep connection with the crowd. He wasn’t just performing to us; he was performing with us—chatting between songs, laughing, cracking jokes, and taking requests on the fly. It felt personal, genuine, and unforgettable. The rest of the band more than held their own, delivering tight, polished performances that elevated every track. And the three backup vocalists? They didn’t just sing—they soared. Their harmonies added depth, warmth, and serious power to the sound, making old favorites and deep cuts alike sound fresh and massive. After the encore (yes, we got one), Brendan didn’t rush offstage. Instead, he stayed behind to chat with fans, pose for photos, and sign autographs—a humble, generous move that only deepened the bond between artist and audience. Wheatus didn’t just play a show in Portland. They created a moment—something special that those of us in the crowd will be talking about for a long time.

i’ll go 5 stars, sure. not a huge nick fan, but always dug him. pure pop with some real depth thrown in just because he’s a serious guy. tight band, good sound, nick did a lovely quiet solo version of alison as a final closer. the boy is lookin’ fit happy and he’s in good vocal form. glad i showed up!

She and her band were phenomenal! The synergy between the three of them was beautiful. At first, I was worried that there wasn’t a percussionist, but once they started playing, it all made sense and I didn’t feel like anything was missing. Just a solid, gorgeous set from top to bottom. And Mississippi Studios was the perfect venue with its top-tier acoustics.

The show was incredible! All three ladies would be great on their own but put them together on one stage and it is a showcase of exceptional talent, beautiful harmonies, great songs and wonderful presentation. Loved every minute! Seriously considering traveling for the next two shows since they are somewhat close to me! I’d see Kelly Willis, Melissa Carper and Brennen Leigh over and over again! Wonderful job ladies!

I always get nervous seeing some of my favorite performers live because you never know how it'll compare or if the artist is chill. Beyond pleasantly surprised at how amazing Parker Millsap was and the band that traveled with him. Going forward I'll make sure I never miss his tour when he's in town. Magical energy and just overwhelmingly positive vibes- stunning performance

A fantastic show from start to finish. The opener, Maria BC was enchanting and had the crowd entranced from the go. Then, when Stella and her crew took the stage, the positive vibes continued. Stella brings such a wonderful energy and excitement to the stage and supports it with some truly soaring vocals. Truly a wonderful experience at one of my favorite venues in town!

I would give my life to experience this again. She sings just as beautifully in person, and her connections with the crowd are seemingly just as meaningful for her as they were for us. You could feel in the room how much each word meant to everyone, and how much it meant to her as well. It is an experience I will cherish forever. I hope to see her again.

What a stellar show last night in Portland! A live music experience that pulsasates with the artists knowledge, passion, personal journey and talent. Great venue, charismatic artist and epic message. Support local live music and if you accidently missed this show, don't let it happen again. (P.S. Julian you need to raise your ticket prices)

Pure shred-fest. The opening act was excellent. Earthless was so cool. So many layers. From the drummer who was constantly a beast. The Bass was rock solid and had such a rich tone. And the guitar, with echos of Hendrix, Gilmour, and Iommi. Loved every minute of it.

Mike Watt is always incredible and this show was no exception. Same goes for the venue, Mississippi Studios. Cozy and intimate, it attracts a friendly audience and the shows there are always top notch. Oh, and definitely check out the opening band, The Mascaras - fantastic. They earned their way onto my list of Tracked Artists.

Kelly Finnigan - surprisingly underrated & seemingly too often in the realm of innominate or little/rarely know artists - is truly a powerhouse force to explore who is such a genuinely wonderful & amazing talent, exuding such a raw & deep inspiring voice, mellifluously overflowing with a rich, prolific soulfulness that's both deliriously captivating & capable of striking those chords deep-down within your core you might have forgot were even there, as your inner essence is reawakened & you're reminded of the quintessential reverence & humility of what it is to be alive in the, 'here & now,' while the world keeps spinning & you feel like it might actually be possible, even if only for that moment, to reach out, touch, & grab hold of that unmistakable warm sensation, that The Universe, indeed recognizes the capacity for your singular spirit among the seemingly infinite sea of others, & shines the glowing inspiring light of its astonishing smile upon you....

since i wasn’t old enough to get inside dom came out after the show and said he saw me outside and gave me hugs and he signed a pair of merch that he gave me but he was the absolute sweetest and the show ( from outside ) was amazing and he sounded as amazing as always

The sound was incredible in this intimate venue. Elder played a good mix of songs from most of their albums and had good energy, which is impressive for a mostly instrumental band. The opening acts were super awesome. I’m a new fan of Holy Grove. Excited to follow them locally!
