Beautiful performances somewhat spoiled by a horrible venue…

Hot, sweaty, chaotic & Rockin'! Probably the best young original UK hard blues rock band around today! 🤘

My second time seeing the wonderful Emily. Her shows beautifully entwine song and story and she chats effortlessly to the crowd between numbers. The Castle Hotel as a venue wasn't ideal - there were no seats so some of the audience took to sitting on the floor. It was Friday night so there was a lot of rowdy noise (and singing along to the jukebox) from the bar outside the room. 5 stars for Emily Scott Robinson for dealing with the circumstances and delivering a lovely show but 3 stars for The Castle Hotel.

Intimate doesn't begin to cover it ( 50 people crammed in to the room) but it was totally worth it.
