A really enjoyable evening with 2 fantastic supports. ( Blush Puppy & Death Trails) The place was packed and bouncing. All 3 interreacted with the audience really well

Both bands made it a very entertaining evening. Good interaction with the crowd. Really believe The New Roses could play in much bigger venues but it makes for a great atmosphere when good bands play in places like the Joiners, making the gig so much more personal.

Intimate relaxed acoustic renditions of classic G*n songs with great banter between Danny and Jools. Lovely little venue too with a decent range of beers and ciders on draft.

Astounding that a relatively new artist could deliver a concert that went through so many moods and feelings. Confident enough to be enigmatic and a little weird. It didn’t all work but great to watch a great performance.

The greatest songwriter on the planet right now. You will laugh, you might cry, but you will leave her gig a better person. A phenomenal talent.

Having followed Dea Matrona for a while now it was great to finally see them play live at the Joiners in Southampton. The girls put on an excellent show with both demonstrating their amazing guitar and singing skills. I bought their latest CD straight after the show which Mollie and Orlaith were both kind enough to autograph. I definitely plan see them play live again.
