Venue was super great and meet and greet process was awesome :) Alexander bought us umbrellas before the show so we didn’t have to stand in the rain
This was the best event I’ve ever been to. The emotion in the air from not only the crowd, but also GA as a whole and the excitement that they were performing again was electric. I’ve never had a concert get me so excited, so happy, and so emotional.
Absolutely amazing show. I am so glad they are able to tour again and making new music. It was incredible being in a small venue with other GA superfans.
Such an incredible show! I drove from 3 states away to go this show and it was so worth it. They sound so amazing live and the venue was just the right size for an intimate and personal show.
The show was great! Although I couldn’t see a lot of the time on a count that im 5’2”. It was still a great show. Kiana Ledé has such a great stage presence. She is just crazy talented and has a great personality! Alec king and IV Jay were great opening acts! The entire show was very fun!
So much energy and interaction with the crowd. Even if you don’t know the music it is an amazing time!!! I got to meet them after the show and it was such a surreal experience
absolutely amazing show! i was so excited to see them again, and the venue was a perfect place for the show. i definitely hope to see them again and attend another concert at the venue!
Second time seeing them live and it was once again a blast! They have this infectious feel-good energy that works really well for the kind of pop-rock they're performing. They added more backing vocals this time as not just Eva was singing on most of the songs and had really good pacing in terms of song flow and taking time to thank the audience profusely (and shout out their little cousins who came to see them play live for the first time)! They threw in a couple Guppy tracks and then the entirety of the new album of course, and then brought back a classic "Love Me" for the encore after seeing my request on Instagram! Ask and you shall receive, never underestimate the power of social media! Killer way to start a tour overall
This was my first time seeing Jordon and he and the band definitely delivered. I can't wait for them to come back around so I can see them again. Love the new album.
I LOVED ITTTT!!!!! So talented and such a great vibe on a night where I was feeling kinda sad. Sings just like the track or better. Then staying to sign merch after the show?? Perfect night
The show and venue were awesome! The band performed well and did a great job engaging the crowd! Definitely want to see them again soon 😃
Saw Meg Myers from Front Row Mosh Pit At 6 Shows this 2018 TMTTDtour, But this one was the most special to me! I got to meet Meg outside U Street Music Hall, & later during her show she Dedicated Her Song Funeral To Me on stage in front of the Sold Out Crowd! It’s on YouTube! Meg Myers Totally Rocks!
The fucked killed it live. Probably my favorite band. They’re energetic, and incredibly talented. And they’re also authentic. I don’t know how else to explain it, but there’s no posturing, they’re just genuinely weird and ok with it.
i showed homeboy that tattoo i got of him and he loved it and he came down to shake my hand. he said “i didn’t think anyone would have my face tattooed on them. that’s wild!” i cried (happily) the rest of the night and next day
Wow, was not sure what to expect behind their almost psychedelic rock tunes but they certainly delivered. Beautiful lads and amazing energy. They were fun & the show was fantastic!
GoldLink was amazing! The crowd was sometimes a bit too chill (he was bringing so much amazing energy and deserved the same in return, the whole show through). He’s a must-see live act.
I just saw Meg Myers at the U Street Music Hall in D.C. My god, she puts on a GREAT and intense show! My first time seeing her, I asked her to please come back to DC more often. Young, fit and beautiful, she gyrated, danced and did that hand gesturing that I like so much when performers “just gotta get it out”. With an intensity that makes me want to say 110% she certainly gives her performance her all. Beautifully translated rage, her lyrics are all love lost/love lorn. With just her, a drummer and a guitarist/keyboardist on this tiny stage she had lots of room to move around a she did! I fell in love with “Monster” from Daughter in the Choir EP and am really looking forward to hearing Take Me To The Disco -most of what she sang tonight. I want to say 2 things to Meg -your show doesn’t have to be that loud (even with earplugs, I could hear her lyrics) and COME BACK SOON!!!
I can see why Goldlink is the party act. i haven't had that much fun since Jpegmafia's performance at Strange Matter. i hope to catch him again whether it's DC or another city!!!
Never have I felt such mutual love, support, passion, and genuine happiness between the audience and the artists. Truly the best experience of my life, if you’re thinking about going do not hesitate! Buy tickets you will not regret it!
