Wow, it's been a long time coming to see Lykke Li play live and it lived up to my expectations. The set contained a few tracks from "The Afterparty", but also many of the big songs from her amazing back catalogue. The highlight was the closing track of the new album, Euphoria, she left the stage and got right beside the crowd at the barrier.
If I ever get to see her perform in the future, I will feel so "Lucky Again"! (Sorry for the dreadful pun)
In my top 10 show EVER!
I have wanted to see Wale for years and I’m sooooo happy he finally came back to London and I could make it! Can’t wait until his next show, might have do a Europe road trip seeing him
Wow, wow, wow. A beautiful, beautiful night in the perfect venue. Tom and his band were absolutely amazing. One of the best gigs I have been to. If you get the chance to see this man perform, go. You’ll regret it if you don’t.
What a fantastic show! I had high hopes before attending Koko but was blown away on the night. A strong start from the support act and a prompt start at 9pm kept everyone happy. A two hour set followed with a full roster of their songs, a super band with brass section and percussion too. The sound and lights were great and my viewpoint from behind the sounded was a great vantage point.
Everyone playing was on top form and their voices blended in perfection on the harmonies. Andy’s voice is on fire and he hit all the notes. So many great songs just like the record but also a fantastic jam session about two thirds of the way through the show showcasing the individual talents on display.
I have to say the staff at Koko were great and I always feel welcome and secure there. It’s well served for public transport but I drove in and parked 100m away for free. I also got to speak to Shaun and Andy to say thanks for an outstanding show, what lovely guys they are. Topped of my evening for me.
An amazing venue but it would have been nice if they had let us in on time or an even little early given the torrential rain we had to queue in. Also, it was a bit disappointing that all their line beers had sold out accept one over the weekend and had not been restocked for this event. It was great to see the Robert Glasper Experiment but I’m not sure they enjoyed it as much we did. Something was missing.
Chelsea Wolfe's tour of her latest album 'She reaches out to She reaches out to she' landed at Koko in Camden for the second visit to London in 2025 on this tour. What does a Chelsea Wolfe show look like? Well, dark, backlit, and with loads of smoke so that you mostly only see silhouettes. The sound tonight was epic, showcasing the dark Goth electronica of the new album, which was pretty much played in full. There were a few cuts from earlier albums too, with the highlights being early acoustic song 'Flatlands', and an epic encore of 'Carrion Flowers'. Chelsea's voice was in time form, displaying all of her incredible range, and the band was as tight as ever, especially powerhouse drummer Jess Gowrie. The faded opulence of the venue, all red and gold Gods, Goddesses, and mythical beings, suited the performance too. Chelsea Wolfe doesn't tour the UK very often, so I feel lucky to have seen her twice in one year in 2024.
Phenomenal show!
They played a long set and every song I could have hoped for. Crowd was a bit rough, which was surprising — quite a few near fights and people getting uptight about space. Other than the crowd though, couldn't fault a thing!
As always Take That brought the roof down!
The crowd were electric and for many it was the first time they had seen the boys back together since the 2019 tour.
A short set to warm up for their Hyde park gig next weekend and also this was for a great course.
They looked amazing especially Mark!
Seen the guys before & as they don’t play london much I grabbed my chance,
Brought along my son and his friend, after all, my son did get me into this band ,
Bad nerves in my opinion, or a band that are just 100% excellent ,
Their music is pure perfection ,
From the moment, they walked on stage, they just rocked,
The whole band move around, so excited,
Their body language just makes you want to dance ,
I noticed in the crowd many of what I seem to think was Black Honey fans, and they started to rock out and sway to this fantastic sound,
I think they won a lot of new fans tonight ,
What was extra special was we happened to meet the band afterwards as they were near their merchandising table,
They were extremely friendly and we had some photos. This was a highlight for my son and his friend.
I urge you to see this incredible band,
They are going to be huge .
it was not as exclusive as I had expected it to be, there where a lot of people who were not familiar with Habibi funk, or the general Arab genre, which created a very mixed crowd but not in the most enjoyable way.
It was everything I expected it to be and more, words can't explain how awesomely fantastical his concert was or how I would go to another of his concerts in a heartbeat. I am so glad that I came and saw him, til his next concert whenever and where ever that may be. As the four tops song goes I'll be there, you can always depend on me and with the phenomenal, unique and one of a kind performance that Ben l'Oncle Soul gave yesterday, he can rest assure that I will always come to his concerts as I believe that I definetely got more than my money's worth when I paid for my tickets to his show.
Awesome, smooth, brilliant, best event and it was my first time to appreciating all.

Exceptional! She really gets to show off her voice at her acoustic shows and it makes me fall in love with her voice over and over again. She played us two new songs from two new albums and I hope she releases them both!
This concert was amazing I loved every minute of it x. She is a super star and very entertaining and interactive with the crowd x shed a few tears but most of all laughed more than ever x thank you Jessie and the Brit’s school for everything 🥰
Waited so long to see Zak at a gig again and the wait was worth it!!! The roof popped off with the cheering and Zak looked taken aback at the warmth and shouting from the crowd. Then just to top everything off, he got down on one knee and proposed - wow. None of us will ever forget that night. Staff at Koko were gracious and professional. All I can say is download/stream/buy Zak Abel music. 🤟🏽🤟🏽 picture by @shotbyfrederick
A great night, I missed Kissin’ Dynamite due to traffic on the M4 but arrived just before Amaranth, they had a good reception and gave a good show.
Powerwolf are a great band live. They fully engage with the crowd and held us in their thrall. The Venus is large and had a lot room for “Moshers” in front of the stage. This is the second time I’ve seen Powerwolf and I will definitely go and see them again..
The opening blast of Blessed And Possessed was like being defibrillated again 😉
Amazing show in a fantastic venue! Jenny Lewis is just the best. The show had everything. New unreleased songs, a lot of great songs from all her different solo albums. And even 3 Rilo Kiley songs! One of them was even "Portions for Foxes"😍
And since Jenny's drummer at this tour is three drummer of Rilo Kiley, everything was even more perfect!
props to their energy and skills but I was honestly disappointed that they didn't play some of the songs that made me subscribe to them in the first place. Their version of Mr Saxobeat was the bomb but they didn't play that. We left about 15 minutes before they were about to end
