Starting with Jefferson Starship; powerful, dynamic and loud in a good way. The founding member being present was nostalgic but I believe his time has come to take a different roll with the vans or just retire. He seemed a half step behind while singing harmony but his commitment was stellar.
Marshall Tucker band always brings it the flute and saxophone player was killing it again, Chris Hicks will soon be the face of the bandpass his lead playing is flawless. Sadly Doug Gray has seen his time pass and is also time for him to retire. He slows down all songs he sings with a vibrato which on its own would be OK but when songs from then70's have been sung a certain way for decades leave them be. I honestly loved the show and would go seenthem again, both or separately.
Absolutely amazing!! Got to watch the Alter Bridge soundcheck and talk to the guys. So down to earth and approachable!! Incredible show, Mark Tremonti’s searing guitar riffs paired with Myles Kennedy’s soaring yet soulful voice was an absolute sonic feast!! And by the way Mammoth is every bit as incredible and will soon be headlining arenas!! An absolutely incredible night of music. If you get the chance to see either of these bands do not hesitate to!!
Had VIP passes. Got to meet the band, Q & A, photo and got to shop before they opened the gates for everyone. The concert was amazing, sat in the third row from the stage. Amazing. Got a goodie bag too! VIP is the way to go.
The Tenors were as fabulous as ever!! If you've never seen them before, I highly recommend them!! I'm going to see them, again in 2 days up in Victoria BC for the first show of their Christmas Tour. They have a new Christmas album out called, Christmas with The Tenors. It makes a great gift for anyone who love beautiful and fun Christmas music!
Ice Nine Kills freaking killed it best stage presence by far loved the concert all the way around. Falling in Reverse and Ronnie Radke with his bad a$$ $tage presence love his antics. Thankful they finally got to play again. Drinks way to expensive I get it it's the casino but jeepers make it affordable for water at least. All in all had a blast bring more concerts during the summer like this.
One of the best concerts I've ever been to! Ann was phenomenal and her band was absolutely fantastic! Ann always sounds better live than on a CD. Wish the concert could have gone on forever. If you have the chance to see Ann and Tripsitter during her tour, do yourself a huge favor and go!! AFW is the best female rocker period!! Lots of Love and respect from Coeur d'Alene, ID💜💙♥️
PS - I took several photos but was only able to post one. I thought this pic was pretty cool.
I appreciate The Cult. Somewhere after 4th or 5th song either the mix or volume changed making the sound muddy. Having said that, it was a short set. Only played a bit over an hour, and left some of the more popular songs off the setlist. Enjoyed seeing this classic band, glad they came through town.
The best show that I've been to and it was great seeing all the great singers of the '80s rich Springfield was awesome like always can't believe he's 74 and rocking it the way he is and love new song automatic that was great what a perfect evening it was so much fun and I'm so glad to be able to see a wonderful Rick Springfield concert so you rock in Washington please come back again would love to see you more Rick Springfield from your fan in Washington Robin
Fantastic show. Ronnie is an amazing singer and performer. Hated that the band was hidden behind his platform. They were too good not to be seen. But then again couldn’t see much because of the constant barrage of lights facing the crowd. The sound was incredible. What a great venue. All in all I am a new fan.
I’m from Vegas, it was my 58th time seeing Ronnie. Hands down the best ever. Such a cool venue. Really made the PNW feel like Vegas. Chill, down to earth staff who let us do our thing and let loose. I’ll be back. Pink and black bringing emo back💕 Las Vegas in the HHOOUUUUSSSSEEEE!!!
I’d give this show all 5 stars if the app would let me. Mraz and his fantastic band put on a show for over 2 hours that was as funky and fun as anyone I’ve seen since Prince passed. The encore alone was a series of performances that would stand alone! The best encore I’ve seen in hundreds of shows. Don’t miss this tour if you are interested in uptempo, danceable music and talented performers. All of them, Mraz, Raining Jane, Molly Miller and Grooveline Horns were at peak performance.
Fantastic show! I have seen them several times and they do not disappoint. Sound mix was perfect and they know how to make each show a special experience. Such talent and expertise! You can tell they take their music seriously; all their hard work and practice really shine through. Will go to see them any time they are in town.
Such an incredible show. All of the other bands were super amazing, and really rose to the occasion considering Falling In Reverse pulled out last minute because of Covid, but then played in the casino like a total piece of shit.
If you ever get a chance to see Hollywood Undead, Papa Roach or Bad wolfs do it!!!! They are amazing!!!
I was pretty upset because Fallen in Reverse backed out due to covid, they were the main band I wanted to see and get merch from, but shit happens. I am going to tell you what… Hollywood Undead and Papa Roach fucking rocked 🤘🏼 it was my first time seeing Hollywood Undead live and I am hooked for life. Bad wolves did an amazing job as well but I’m a Tommy fan and it just didn’t seem the same without him.
One of the best concerts I've ever been to. The biggest complaint besides the wait between bands was how sick I felt by the time we left due to the vaping, cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke from the crowd on the floor level. I understand some people smoke but it does make others feel sick not to mention the poor kids who were also in the crowd. I wish security was better for this issue.
Its getting 3 only because the venue, Hollywood Undead and Papa Roach did such an amazing job. Falling In Reverse pulled out, claiming positive covid. Then half the band including Ronnie were seen in the casino playing games. I would see HU or Papa again anytime. I wont bother with FIR again.
Being accustomed to such thighs bands from The Hot Band to Nash Ramblers and The Wrecking Ball Trio, I found last night’s Red Dirt Boys unrehearsed and out of sink, the keyboardist often looking at the drummer’s mouth agape and looking down at the set list as if uncertain about which song Emmy was singing, and Tammy Rogers muffing her mandolin parts, and Steve Fishell trying to find a place to squeeze in a break. And Emmy, bless her heart whiffing on falsettos. Still the crowd loves her and was forgiving. But that doesn’t squelch my objectivity. Disappointing.
Jon Pardi always puts on a great show. He seemed a little tired by the end, but it was his 4th show this week. He saved his best songs for last so the crowd was in it till the end. Lainey Wilson was also amazing. Unfortunately, we got there late and missed Hailey Whitters.
STP's triumphant return to Spokane included their performance of 15 songs in about 75 minutes. This was my 8th time seeing the guys and the first with Jeff behind the mic, who performed confidently, on key, and pitch perfect. A crowd of 3,500 strong were present at the venue. The setlist contained 6 songs from Core, 4 songs from Purple, 2 each from their second self-titled album and Tiny Music, and 1 track from No 4. This was a rather short setlist compared with past shows. Eric, Dean, and Robert remain virtuoso musicians whose skills continue to dazzle concertgoers.
In my 32 years of attending concerts, this was the first time ever that the opening band played longer than the headliner. This was the only disappointment. Not taking any stars off for this, as STP did deliver and sincerely loved playing for the people in attendance. I'm hopeful they will return to play this venue again, and include a meet and greet package next time.
Venue staff and police working the event were top notch. I was able to enter and leave the venue rather easily, with no long waits to get out of the parking lot. Northern Quest did a great job facilitating the event.
This was a fantastic concert. Both bands were outstanding. However, Daughtry's sound was a bit off, guitars were too loud and it was sometimes hard to hear the vocals. We were sitting right next to the FOH mixer so we figured we would hear the best mix from there, but not for Daughtry. STP's sound was much better and I could hear everything clearly.
Northern Quest is a great place to see concerts, especially during the summer.
