Such a fun fun concert! Monique was so good at engaging the audience and showing true appreciation for the audience, venue and everyone!
It's good to see her carry on the music and band!
Having lived in Huntington Beach, CA, for many years and first seeing and meeting Walter at Perqs, a local pub that Walter's band frequented years ago, cemented a 'fan' relationship that endures to this day. Walter is the epitome of the Blues Guitarist Extraordinaire.
He tells his stories through his music and his guitar - yes, his guitar! Sometimes sultry and steamy, and other times ballads drawing on the listener's emotions, but in every case, building mesmerizing levels of near entrancement to the ultimate crescendo - I can feel that excitement as I write this review!
Cleveland is far from Huntington Beach, but Walter's music always takes me back to the beach. Like a fine wine, Walter gets better with age (if that's even possible); he is such a refined artist.
God Bless you, Walter.
Play on!

Walter is so much fun to watch & listen to live.
His talent is incredible!
We love seeing him live, and listen to his music frequently!
Great venue, have see him at Beachland Ballroom several times, Music Box in Cleveland and The Caverns In Pelham TN
I’ve been following her career for five years now and every time I see her she keeps getting better and better. She’ll reach Joe Bonamassa status early in her career! Loved her, the music and was a perfect venue to make it a more personable experience.
What a great band. Ike is the real deal if you haven’t seen him, put it on your list. It was my first time to see Ike and wow damn why is this my first time. Don’t worry if he’s not on your play list, go see and you’ll be a fan and soon will add to your collection. Do a little research on Ike, and you’ll see why he is such a great story teller. Thanks for a great show at the Beachland Ballroom also a first and surely will not be a last.
Lots of great bands, playing really great music. I personally was not a big fan of children underfoot running through the crowd uncontrolled and being pelted by dodgeball balloons while trying to enjoy the music. Music great! Kids and balloons out of control not so good.
JD is an absolute must see. Listen to his Signs and Signifies album you will easy be hooked. Then take that and x10 that energy and that will only barely describe what it’s like seeing JD and his amazing band live.
The room was billed as sold out, but there was enough space to move around for drinks and bathroom breaks. The crowd was energetic and enthusiastic about The Beths. There were many dedicated fans amongst the concert-goers. Even better, there wasn't a lot of noisy side chatter that had nothing to do with the immediate experience of seeing this beloved band. The Beths were in fine form -- the instrumentation was tight, the vocals were power pop perfection. It is so nice to be able to hear intelligent lyrics, spot-on harmonies, and great musicianship. It was, in short, a very fine evening of music and fun.
Saw Jason in Cleveland and really enjoyed the performance / entertainment provided. After seeing Jason several times over the years, one gets to just expect his virtuosity with the harmonica almost as an afterthought. As a harmonica player myself, I need to remind everyone that what he does in crafting his sound is done by only two or three other players in the world!
Jason is ranked as one of the top 10 harmonica musicians of all time! That was clearly demonstrated with this performance. I also greatly enjoyed the banter, talk with the audience between songs.
The harmonica is specifically an instrument where the volume of sound can be effectively used to help nuance the mood / emotion the artist can try to convey.... And when Jason played very softly on some of his numbers, you could hear a pin drop as the audience was completely mesmerized hanging on to his every note. Can't wait to see him again, maybe at SPAH or on the upcoming blues cruise. Always a great night to see Jason in good form playing!
Amazing performance! It was my teenagers first concert to see his favorite band and I couldn’t have asked for a better time! The VIP package was well worth it and I personally think Good Kid should release an acoustic EP! The Beachland Ballroom was an awesome and intimate wine that just rounded out the coolness of the experience!
Absolutely fantastic, wonderful opener Gram Good was super energetic with his stories and music to go with it; he really got the crowd ready for Satsang. Ballroom was nice, parking was decent. 10/10 would see again. Crowd were so responsive and just flowed dancing with the music.
I LOVE this band and what a perfect venue to see them. They channeled their joyfully pure wisdom into the crowd and all of us oohed in awe. And then there was me, dancing like a possessed angelic-lunatic banshee in the background. Did I mention how incredible they sounded - better live even..(a cute sound guy helps too:) brilliant. and Space life opening for them was priceless! It was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you, Rubblebucket you literally made me jump for joy!
What a great band!! Had a rough night the day before at Pigeons in Syracuse. Beachland Ballroom is a fantastic little spot. Sufficient bathrooms, great viewing space and very cool people. Second time seeing Eggy. Please come to Rochester soon!!!
My only issue is I didn’t realize Ryan was the opener and I wanted to see a full set. Really enjoyed the show. Vocals were just a bit muddy. Very creative approach for backing himself.
The lady's rocked the house . They were on fire from beginning to end !!! As much as we wanted to see them they wanted to see us !!! I am so very happy we got to meet them & got autographs got to talk with them it was so very amazing . We can't wait for them to come back !!! I lost my voice we got to be up close & could interact with them it was the bomb
I never got to see the show, had tickets never made it inside. I went with my ex girlfriend who was cheating on me at the time. I got a little too drunk and made a scene. One of the biggest regrets I have was not seeing these guys when I had the chance. Crazy thing is I was the one who introduced her to the band in the first place. You live and you learn I guess
They were amazing. I was disappointed they didn't play Casey because it's my favorite of theirs, but they played a crap ton of songs, so I guess they can't play every one. Amazing show over all, loved Sincere Engineer as well
I didn't think White Mist could be any better. The Thief crushed it live. 3000 Days was the high point for me. ROCKED!!!! I've been a Pineapple Thief fan since 2003 and now I finally got to see them. I was not dissapointed. I didnt think I could be a bigger fan....but I am.
The concert was pretty good! Stryper didn’t miss a beat! They rocked the place!! That said, I still missed more originals, but I know it’s a covers and greatest hits tour! The covers were still very well done! My 1 st time seeing the band! Still Loved it!!!
