amazing show! it was two hours long, which is a lot for rockwood, but Vivienne managed to play through it with ease and excitement. She even had a guitar player and a violinist for the second part, which was considerably more avant garde. Yet, she did play her songs through the dreamy soundscapes. I would go again if she's in town!
Dan spent the hour before doors opened talking with the faithful who were waiting on line. The hall itself was small and VERY warm and, truth to tell, it took a while to get the sound system i in balance and the band to jell. Dan, however, was relaxed and funny. BIG surprise was the guest appearance by Wil Masisak (is the return of the IJBC imminent? Prolly not, but we can dream ...)
I've seen Sam Woolf and The Como Brothers perform many times over the years, and they always put on a fantastic show! This was the first time for my daughter, and she had a great time! I love hearing them sing separately, and when they get together at the end and sing a song or 2 as a group. Their voices harmonize together beautifully. They're all very talented, and personable, and can't wait to see them again!
First time seeing Alexz perform, first time meeting her as well but have been a huge fan for years. The entire experience was AMAZING and I can’t wait to do it all again next time!
Love it I never knew about her until my girlfriend mentioned her to me and she really want to see her. So I supported her and went and I would say I love it.
This event exceeded my expectations. It was a c.lose comfortable setting that Caroline embraced the crowd, and drew us in to her music and feelings. I was spellbound! Thank you creating such a great venue for incredibly promising artists like Caroline! J. David Owens
As always Whitney does not disappoint! Heard some of her new songs from her acoustic set and absolutely loved them! Do yourself a favor and go see her perform, you will be glad you did!
I haven’t seen this band live. I would love to though. I was utterly transfixed with the AGT audition. I must have seen the footage dozens of times. I have only one complaint about his live performance on that show. the agt cameras should have kept the attention focused solely on him through every nuance of his performance. I couldn’t look away. There’s something really special about him. That agt audience could feel it too. I read that he left the show because he wanted to maintain his authenticity. I love that! He was so raw and honest on stage. It’s the passion of his performance, more than anything, that captivated everyone. He was real and vulnerable and I would love to see more of him. Come to Atlanta!
They might be bluegrass but they're all rock stars, their passion and the whole dynamics of this band even the song writing are contemporary and radio worthy, I fucking luv this band
Amazing amazing voice! Profoundly moving! Everyone was riveted, from the first note to the last, and left transformed. And the two encores were extraordinary! I left energized and inspired!
Been following these new Indie rockers from Nashville since they released their first song- "Nightime" Their show was full of energy and life and started off a great evening here in NYC. They absolutely crushed their set, made some new friends and took NYC by storm- Trust me, they will be back.
INCREDIBLE!!!! Seeing a fave for their first tour was always a must for me and it happened. I’m beyond happy for them and their happiness and success. 100000/10 would recommend.
Rockwood Music Hall provided a wonderful, intimate space and great acoustics for Lindsay and her accompianist. Lindsay's voice is sometimes angelic and sometimes so powerful. We were mesmerized! Her own music and lyrics are absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to hear her again!
An amazing performance - sublime vocals, energetic instrumentals, and an uplifting message in every song! This was a perfect concert for me. It's only a matter of time before The Bergamot becomes a household name.
I had never seen AJ perform live before and honestly my expectations were completely blown out of the water. Not only did he play 3 different instruments on top of singing, but AJ really captivated and interacted with his audience… 10/10 recommend.
Amazing!!!! I knew they would great, but it just was just beyond my expectations. As a bonus the band stayed around to hang out and such great people they are. Hope to see them back in NYC soon.
Kelleigh Bannen is a great singer, has the best written songs and the band was a double guitar full band from Nashville that rocked the place. Don’t miss this show!
Jules And The Jinks Just Get You Going From Start To Finish! Their Mix Of Funk, Soul, Electronica, Pop & Every Other Musical Drama They Touch Upon Is Absolute Fyre! Jules And The Jinks Live Is An Experience! Go Get You Some!
Another amazing performance from, Frank Bell. The songs he chose to sing accompanied by playing his guitar were of different tempos and done with perfection some of which were written my him. The audience seemed to really enjoy his music and keeping up with the beat of the music right along with him. Can’t wait to see his next performance in the NYC area.
