Show was great, venue was not. Venue was overcrowded and multiple fights broke out. My husband lost his footing and almost fell over balcony. Will not be attending this venue again.
First time hearing of these guys ….. and what an introduction it was ….. I had added them to Spotify before the end of their set 🤩
5 stars all day long!! 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
Fortunate to experience…a reincarnation of all the blues greats. He pours his heart and soul into performing and has such an immense talent. Yet he remains so humble. May he share his gift with us all!
I had only heard a few songs from Field Medic, and went to the show mostly for the mountain goats, but I can say for certain that I left that theatre a Field Medic fan.
He’s so talented with playing guitar, harmonica, a kick drum, and singing (most of those things at the same time)
Wonderful show!
What an incredible experience! This was my first time seeing them live and they did not disappoint! I didn’t expect them to be so funny too. You can tell that they love what they do :) 5 stars!
Great venue. Even better performance. Guys were very down to earth & friendly in meet & greet. Hands down one of the best concerts I've ever been to. #HBYCO
What an AWEOME show Joseph put on for Charlottesville! Their harmonies and vocals are incredible. So were their stories and laughter shared with the audience. I first saw Joseph when they opened for Kate Voegele on November 5, 2014. They blew me away then and still do.
my first concert, i went for my birthday. my friend and i had an amazing and was 100% worth the long drive to get there.
This band is amazing. They’re humble folks, 😉. They gave my boy a signed stick and a pick. Will definitely be catching them next time they’re in town.
Great concert, engery & fun. Marc never disappoints! This is my 4th time seeing him.
Nice seated show at the Jefferson theater in Charlottesville Virginia.
Absolutely fantastic. These gentlemen are like fine wine. A second night would be the only thing I would recommend to make it perfect
Going on their 4th decade, legendary indie rock band from New Jersey still packs a punch - excellent live experience. One minute you’re relaxing thinking you should have brought your sleeping bag and then they abruptly awake you with some heavy noise to bliss out to. Loved seeing them after being a fan for 7 years.
This man has so many enormous attributes and is the sweetest thing to come out of Georgia. He mesmerized women, men, children of every background and every race. We all feel in love. His voice and expressions, especially in his eyes, plant the meaning and feeling of evergy song. Whether it's tears, smiles or sappy face you could look around and see how deeply all of us were under his spell. If you are lucky enough to meet him you can see the soul of this human in those same eyes and expressions. He's not afraid to cry with you, act up with you, laugh with you or hold you tight. I talked to a few people there and it was interesting how fast Teddy is bursting out and how each of us fell fast and hard on the first song we heard him sing and that the songs were different for each of us but were the "right" one personally that touched our heart. And that voice... he can speak or thoughts and feelings and to see him live Wegmans it to the umpth degree. Meeting him makes him family. Don't miss any time you can see him. Cvbz was great too. I have never been interested in that genre of music but I am feeling lucky to have been introduced. I am making sure on the next tour I not only go to 2 concerts in 2 states but MORE.
As clear and clean as I have heard Ben ever sound and it was fantastic..the young ladies from Kentucky were a delight and had the voiced of angels ..fantastic show and as usual..the Jefferson never disappoints!
Absolutely top shelf performance by Tommy and Richard Smith! Incredibly complex and masterful picking and a nice dose of humor to make it even more entertaining. Such a class act!!
This show was so intimate and personal, it felt like he was playing to a group of old friends. Also this venue is amazing and I will be back!
Remo Drive did a great job opening and brought their energy to the stage right away even though most of the crowd didn't see to know them personally. They were a bit more timid given that they were the openers and not headliners, but still threw in a couple signature high kicks and head bangs. Also, played a good mix of the new album and Greatest Hits and then also a nice little bonus with their newest release and a sneak preview of their upcoming album.
Great to see both bands in one concert. Loved the harmony. The MCK were great. Their songs choices had nice variety. Of course their banter wirh each other is always fun...
Amazing show as always! This was my second time seeing Shakey Graves for the second time at the Jefferson Theatre! and I LOVE the fact that The Jefferson is such a BEAUTIFUL venue I mean it doesn’t get much more historical or hand crafted building for music or theater! My ONLY complaint would be that the sound guy has it a little TOO loud for the acoustics in that venue! Eric has an impeccable skill of choosing places for the acoustics to sound amazing with his almost magical talent of voice and instruments! Keep it down a little on them boards! 🙂 I LOVE YOU SHAKEY AND I LOVE YOU JEFFERSON THEATER IN CHARLOTTESVILLE! 😘😘😘😘
