The show was on FIRE! I can not believe kashd out and quasi kings opened for Tropidelic…. The whole night was unbelievable. Amazing, intimate stage. And Trop knows how to deliver!!!! I wish I could do that night all over again! A+ of a night!
The opener, Qween Kong, was so much fun! Jazmin Bean was incredible. Their voice is amazing and the band was really good. It was special being able to see them so close. Great venue, small and cozy. My oldest has POTS and management was kind enough to reserve a banquette so that she could seat as needed during the show. We were all ecstatic that they chose a date in CT close enough for us to go see them.
DRI was GREAT! one of the best shows i’ve been to in a while. one of my all time favorite bands and got to meet one of my thrash metal heroes , Spike Cassidy! all in all a fantastic show!
Perfect show : intimate club feel as if transported back to the 80s with impeccable sound and atmospheric lights. Midge’s voice and instrumentation are stellar. I love an artist that also talks to the crowd and shows enthusiasm. Go see Midge - a true gem.
ANVIL....two best friends who go back over fifty years, who have been putting out albums for over forty years. They play one of the smallest clubs in the area and put on the biggest show. Their love for what they do shines through. Not only are they great lives, but they are also such nice guys who meet their fans before and after the show. They talk to their fans and sign merch and albums that fans bring. They also take photos with their fans! The only bad thing I could say about them is when they're done, you still want more. I guess that's what cd's and albums are for, and don't forget. They also have a video documentary. You should see it! Can't wait to see them again!
This band is so much fun. They have a cool disco-funk vibe and they can jam. Plus they're awesome songwriters. The whole crowd knew their lyrics. This was the 3rd time ive seen them and i cant wait for more.
Will forever LOVE the energy that Anxious brings on stage! Hometown show made it that much more fun! Koyo and One Step Closer were awesome too!! The only single thing I wish is that they had played Sunsign. Love that song. But everything else was insanely pumped up energy and I walked out in a sweat 🖤🖤
A high energy performance from start to finish in front of an enthusiastic crowd in the intimate Space Ballroom. Everything Harmony and so much more made for a rockin' evening. If you haven't seen the Lemon Twigs in concert, what are you waiting for?
If you haven’t checked out Don’t Panic yet, then you’ve been missing out!!! Go listen to them now to avoid future regret!! If they come to a town near you, check them out!!! They put on a great show!!
Nice venue. Awesome band. Seem to have fun up there. Saw them open for Violent Femmes at SPAC and they blew me away. They did this time as well. They were so nice to my son and I after the show. They are such a fun group. See them now. They will be huge!
AJJ plays a hell out of a show, I will never miss a space ballroom performance so hopefully they keep coming - I'm also really growing to enjoy Gladie, Oceanator was good too but not really my taste, still didn't have a complaint in the world. EXCEPT (lol) that the band totally bailed like second after the show, it's like they went out the side door and RAN to their van or something which was a bummer, I had a few questions and they hung around for a bit the first time they played... that was a matinee tho and also not the first show of a massive tour so I guess I get it. Either way, every thumb I have (and every digit even resembling a thumb) is waaay up for this show, the live version is of their songs are something else: Body Terror Song blew my mind last time with the love interpretation, this time it was White Worms - they Def put in the work, highly recommend!!!!!
High octane and tho awfully tiny was a cool theatre to see these guys in and great cross-section of sings from their sizeable catalog all enjoyed from the front!
AHHH IT WAS SO SO GOOD!! THE ENERGY WAS AMAZING, THEY PLAYED VANILLA, AND MADELINE GAVE ME HER PICK!!! The band is so so sweet and overall it was an amazing show!
Loved The Elovaters show at Space Ballroom, our 1st show here. Great vibe & nice small venue. Staff was nice & we would def see another show here.
Flipturn was incredible! Only complaint was that they didn't play longer - only the opener, but certainly worth the whole ticket price. I came just to see them! So much fire!
Amazing. These guys rock and seeing them in an intimate venue was magic. I don’t think I will see them again like this because next time they come around, they’re going to be selling out venues several times the size.
such a good time. one my my favorite concerts. the small venue made it such a personal and memorable time. love the isabel stuffy that robbie was given
The room was in a trance from the first chord.
Great live show by Om — the tiny intricacies of their music are picked up live. Nice set list and inspired moments g throughout the show.
A brilliant start to her new tour, Lady Lamb brings her soulful vocals out to showcase her new album. Even in the Tremor proves to be a great new album to start the year
I'd rate this show higher if I could! Mandala opened the night with an awesome set; smooth sound, and smoky vocals. Bat House came in after and kicked everyone's ear drums in and rocked the house. By the time And the Kids came on stage, the room was buzzing with energy and enthusiasm. And the Kids performed all my favorite new songs and even some old stuff too (Glory Glory sounds even better live!) Next time they are in CT I'm coming out to see them.
