All the bands put on a really good show. My wife was super excited to see the spill canvas. The early November put on a really energetic show. A lot of members of each band stayed to hang out and Ben Jorgensen and PJ from armor for sleep were really nice and took pictures with my wife and signed out ticket stubs.
It was cool to see them finally as I missed their last show here 2 years ago celebrating the “what to do when your dead” album. I’m glad they still played almost the whole dead album including their first album. The venue never has the best sound though:/
If you’re not sure about going to a Cuco show, just do it! I’ve seen Daniel Caesar, Kali Uchis, Paramore, Taylor Swift and a couple other artists this year and his show is easily in my top 3 that I’ve been to this year! He does an incredible job performing and his band mates give off the same energy as well.
This was my first time seeing them and if I could make their show in Ft. Lauderdale the next day, then I would have gone. This was one of the all time best shows I've ever seen. AMAZING performance. I will be going to every STRUTS concert I can make it to. I'm a die hard fan now.
This band NEVER disappoints...EVER!
This was my 3 show and I'm happy to say I've seen them every time they're in Central Florida. I'd love to always see them in smaller intimate venues but this band deserves arenas. They've lead a Rock and Roll revival and bringing up a talent like Mac Saturn made for a great double bill.
Even with a sub-par venue (the sound system was really bad) the energy in this concert and the amount of fun I had seeing them live again made every second worth it. I’m highly considering upgrading to VIP tickets next time I see them; every concert has been absolutely wonderful. If you’re a fan of SIO, going to a live concert is a MUST.
First time going to the Beacham. It was really cool and a great place for concerts. Gwar was the headliner and they were good, although they took a very long time getting on stage. But I was really there for Nekrogoblikon. They opened the show so unfortunately only played 5 songs but they were awesome. The Goblin jumped around on stage the whole time and was amusing. They were by far the loudest band of the night and I think I might have permanent hearing damage (or maybe I’m getting too old for these concerts). They could have toned down the really ear piercing high pitched noises. They weren’t necessary and I noticed everyone around me wincing. Needless to say I put my earplugs in after their set but the damage was probably already done. I’d love to see them when they play a longer set.
I would give this show give 5000 stars if possible. If being captivated , amazed & ultimately entertained by this musical & vocal chameleon & his band while being surrounded by love from all walks of life, is your thing then this is the show for you. Do not miss ANY opportunity to experience Teddy Swims & his band Freak Freely. Also his opener Shervyn was the perfect indicator of how amazing this musical journey would be.
My third time seeing mom jeans and each time they get better. Just Friends brought insane energy and definitely blew me away. Small Crush was so good and Free throw had great vibes. 10/10 sets but everyone outside of the pit had no energy.
They were absolutely amazing! Glad I finally got to see them after Rockville 2020 getting cancelled. It was really hot in the venue & Zilla's mic stopped working properly towards the end of the concert but it was still very fun.
Powerful performance! With amazing lyrics! Heavy amazing music and vocals! And with the message of Jesus! Wolves at The Gate thank you for your full circle music style! Yes there is darkness and pain but the light and love of Jesus always is more powerful and there for us! Definitely going to see you again! Woohoooo!
Last minute decision to drive over 2 hours after just going to concerts the pat 3 days and was worth every second as tired as I was so stoked I jumped in the car and went on my way. Jadens voice isnt well so his on vocal rest right now but he made a point to come out after and meet every single one of us and even listened to stories from many. He is definitely doing it the right way and can’t wait to see them 2 to 3 more times this year.
The band was amazing live, as always. They never disappoint. Justin's voice is still as good and powerful as ever and they are fun and energetic live.
We also did the VIP experience and it is worth every dime. You get soundcheck, Q&A, pictures with the band (following Covid protocols) and early entrance to guarantee that front row experience. The guys are always very nice and attentive with their fans. Always a blast. Do not miss this show if you like good Rock n Roll!!!!!
I have lost count of how many times I have seen Andrew and I have never been disappointed. Andrew is a wonderful showman! This show was especially cool because he played a few Something Corporate songs I hadn’t heard him play live in years! Andrew always meets with the fans after the show and he doesn’t make anyone wait a long time. He is gracious and remembers you, which is sweet since I bring my kids to see him now and they just love him. I hope I’ll be seeing him for another 20 years!
The HU put on a great show. The venue is good with plenty of access to drinks. The sound team was lacking. The volume was way louder than it needed to be for the size and occupancy of the room. Normally I am a "louder is better" guy, but when it is so loud that it starts to distort that is an issue.
I cried not gonna lie, best concert I’ve ever been to. Dead poet society started the night and I was not impressed which is what brought this review to a 4.5 the lead singer liked yelling into the mic giving me legitimate headaches but you’re not reading this for dead poet society. Also Weathers is one of my new favorite bands. Then badflower came out and when I say it was nothing short of amazing I mean it! Josh is amazing at connecting with the audience and making everyone feel noticed. This is not my first time seeing them and it definitely will not be my last!
It was amazing, in the middle of the show a person had a seizure. The band made sure the person got all the help that was need to assist him. Then after the concert I was able to see the whole band which was the most amazing part because they were very sweet and very humble. One of my pens wasn’t working for Sebastian to sign my album. He took the time and went to make to get a sharpie and came back with all the signatures of the band. They were all so nice I was able to take pictures with each one. It was very sweet of them because they were short of time and they still did it like Lola she was amazing too and she was running out cause she was also short of time and still stop to sign my poster.
Great performance! However, fuck the Beacham. Still in shock that a venue in downtown Orlando finishes a concert at 8:45 on a Friday night. I showed up just before 8 pm hoping to catch the full set and they were halfway through.
5 stars for BØRNS's flawless vocals and song choice. Twin Shadow as an opening act was also quite nice. Wrong choice of venue. BØRNS is still an indie artist but could easily pack a venue like the House of Blues or the Hard Rock. The Beacham is a cramped and rinky drink spot for drunk college kids to hang out for cheap. BØRNS's performance that night however was great! So much sp that the less than stellar venue didn't subtract from his show.
Overall: Wasn’t a bad performance, but was short (approx. 80 mins long. Doors opened at 6, show ended by 8:45). If you’re a big fan you’ll love the show - if you’re a causal one, not so much.
- His setlist says there’s 18 songs, but 6 of them were abridged acoustic versions lasting 1-2 minutes.
- As far as stage performance, didn’t really change up what he did on stage.
- Fan interaction was good but didn’t seem into singing Beautiful Soul. Bleeding Love was the highlight of the show for me.
