Mick Pealing

Mick Pealing and Nick Charles, principal songwriters and performers with the reformed country rock and roots band Stars, work together in an offshoot to the band, as a duo or an extended lineup known as “The Long Road Home” Along with Nick and Mick on guitars and vocals they are joined by fellow Stars member Ed Bates formerly of iconic Melbourne band The Sports on pedal steel. On bass and vocals the band is joined by Tony Bonnici of Melbourne country rock favourites The Prairie Oysters. The band performs songs from Mick & Nick’s acclaimed album Songs From This Town as well as the Stars Songbook and favourites collected over the years on the road and closer to home.
