About this concert
With one foot in the real world and the other in a charmed dimension of his own making, singer-songwriter Amos Lee creates a rare kind of music that's emotionally raw and touched with a certain magical quality. Open and honest, Lee's beautifully weathered voice takes the audience into his world where melodies and beats are inspired by soul, contemporary jazz, and '70s folk. Fans of Ben Harper, Ray LaMontagne, Lizz Wright, Leon Bridges, Hozier, and Norah Jones will happily absorb every note this Philadelphia-born artist delivers into the ether of the theatre. With special guest Mutlu With his silk-like vocals, Mutlu gently showers over melodies like rain. This Philadelphia native combines his Philly-soul style with elements of folk, reggae, and rock, creating a cohesive blend of music that has a retro sound. He is a long-time collaborator with Amos Lee and has shared the stage with Adele, Katy Perry, John Hiatt, and many others.

I've loved Amos's music for years and finally got to see him. I was not disappointed. His vocals are amazing and his band is top-notch. I'm ready to see him again. If you love singer songwriters and good music, Amos should be at the top of your list. He's probably one of the most underrated musicians out there.

Amos Lee Biography
Philadelphia-born singer-songwriter Amos Lee released his gold-selling self-titled first album in 2005 and has been known for his association with a long list of collaborators and touring partners, from Paul Simon and Bob Dylan to Zac Brown Band and Willie Nelson. The force behind such acclaimed albums as Mission Bell and Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song, Lee’s recent years have been wildly productive. After 2022’s Dreamland album (which featured “Worry No More,” a Top 10 AAA hit and his biggest single in over a decade), he followed up with two full-length projects paying homage to musical heroes — My Ideal: A Tribute to “Chet Baker Sings” and Honeysuckle Switches: The Songs of Lucinda Williams.
Lee’s upcoming 11th studio album, Transmissions, continues to expand his sonic range while sharpening his closely observed lyrics that squarely address death, aging, and love.
