Fu Manchu

Fu Manchu was AWESOME! I had never seen them before, and a friend recently introduced me to their music. Their live energy was incredible for some dudes that have been doing it a LONG TIME. I would 100% see them again.

Can’t remember going to a show and being completely blown away by a band I’ve listened to forever. Whole new obsession with these epic legends!!!!

Fu Manchu does not disappoint.... so rocking! Excellent show! Troubador is a great venue.... not too big... sound is on point. Bad ass show ⚡️🤘🏼⚡️

What a surprising show last night, in a historic place like the Troubador. The concerts of Fumanchu, one of the greatest bands that are definitely the best, leave us speechless.

It’s always great to see Fu Manchu whether as an opener here or heading a club. What a beautiful night to be at this venue too.

Fu Manchu themselves were GREAT! ... but they only played maybe, what, five or six songs? Was that all they were ALLOWED to play? That was a huge bummer and I realize that maybe that's all the time they were given but, wow that sucked. I saw on their Facebook page that they had to cancel a show a few days earlier due to sickness, so maybe someone was still sick? Scott seemed like maybe he didn't feel good but still put on a great show in that short time.

Fantastic show and props to the sound guys at the Lagerhalle. For a small venue, it sounded massive!

Waren leider nicht dabei. Fahren nächstes Jahr ins Copenhell. Da spielen sie auch. Haben Fu Manchu in Wiesbaden und in Gierle (Belgien) gesehen. Bin Fan seit ca. 30 Jahren. Best Sound of this Universe……

The Fuzz Sound was awesome, really phat sound mix, better then on record! I was smiling the whole concert from ear to ear. At first it was a typical shoe gazer stoner rock concert, but after the 3rd song, the whole crowd was moving and jumping, bad ass concert!!!

What an incredible live band. Fu Manchu came back to Ireland after 20 years and did not disappoint. Godzilla!!

They put on a great show, they remind me of the butthole surfers who also just get better when they hit the stage.

Loud and fuzzy ! Thanks for the pick Scott ! Made my daughters night! Last time I heard Godzilla live was B.O.C in 79. Mos Generator was a great find.

Mos Generator was just as great as last year. Fu Manchu has NEVER let us down. Caught these guys 6 times now. Already looking forward to the next time they come to Portland.

Kept missing these guys every previous visit to Portland but not this time and never again. They are outstanding live. One of the best live rock shows I’ve ever seen and I see A LOT.

Great show and the venue was also. The old Yabaras Lounge from back in the day before it became El Club.

The boys are kickin' ass in 2018 - merch table was full of goodies too but cash only.

Amazing! They played a lot of old classics, and i dug the one unreleased track they played. Always such a great show. The musical skills and showmanship they display are not to be missed. Could listen to that trippy cover of Godzilla all day long.

Theses guys rock! The opening band, Mos Generator, tore it up too. Holy Smokes! I also thought the crowd was great. Best $15 investment in years. Much better than seeing the new X-Men movie.

great spot in the front however did not one lyric cause of speaker arrangement maybe??? otherwise it was awesome and my face was melted multiple times!
