Centrally located in picturesque Perthshire, Birnam Arts is a bright and bold venue, full of natural light and sitting amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland. We are a creative venue that celebrates the art and our community and pride ourselves on having a little something for everyone.

We invite you to visit the Auditorium for an evening of theatre, comedy or music; to attend a workshop in the Studios; to immerse yourself in the latest Gallery exhibition; and to learn about Beatrix Potter, her much loved characters and historical ties to the area.

Visit our café for one of Italy's favourite coffees - Illy, a freshly-baked sweet treat, or one of our other wonderful menu items make using the best of locally grown and sourced ingredients. The cafe is the go-to meeting place and gathering space for both local faces and new visitors from far and wide.

Our Gift Shop sits nestled between the cafe and the Beatrix Potter exhibition displaying a thoughtfully curated selection of gifts sourced both locally and from throughout Scotland. From the Gift Shop, you’re welcome to follow the steps leading down to the Beatrix Potter Garden before going on to explore the rest of Perthshire.
