"Small" (250 cap) sized venue in downtown Raleigh that hosts many local and national bands, special events, comedy shows, private parties and even wedding receptions!
If you are reading this you need to see MM@TA. The energy these ladies bring on and off the stage is intoxicating. With my first time seeing bands I'm always curious as to how they will be live. I have to say they are a band that if you like listening to their music you would love actually seeing them live. The only bad thing is I wish they had more merch. I will be buying more next time I see them. And there WILL be a next time.
Best concert. Ever! Will definitely be looking for future concerts. Also I Hope papa bug is all good after his fall. Definitely had most of the crowd worried.
Erin Kinsey delivered a fantastic show at KINGS in Raleigh this past Saturday! Her signature rock-infused country sound, packed with strong guitar solos, had the whole crowd energized from start to finish. Beyond the music, Erin’s connection with the audience stood out—genuine, warm, and fun.
The venue, KINGS, was the perfect fit: not too big, creating an intimate concert atmosphere, and the drinks were solid, too. Tickets were very reasonably priced at around $26, and there was even a merch table and the option to buy VIP passes for a post-show meet & greet with Erin for photos and autographs ($20).
All in all, it was a great night. I highly recommend catching one of Erin Kinsey’s shows and following her music—you won’t be disappointed!
Great venue, small and comfortable. First time seeing them, Great show, they had a lot of energy. Turn out was not what I thought it would be. Band seemed disinterested, maybe because of the light turnout. I'd definitely see them again!
Great venue! The music had a problem initially, as the sound person was trying to correct it. After a couple of attempts, it improved. The band nailed all the songs with a good blend of old and new songs from their latest album. Highly recommend!
High Fade was fantastic. Got to talk to all of them, and they were such amazing dudes. The talent among every member of the band was mind-boggling, and I can't wait to see them again! One of the best live music experiences that I have had!
Princess Goes was Great
Kings is a really cool venue
Great bartenders but one had a beard that was a little too big.
I was worried about hair getting in my club soda.
We’ve watched this band grow over the years. 100s of live shows have made them a well oiled unit. They are tight, but can improvise. Just a really fun live show. So many good songs!
Frost Children puts on an incredible performance, would recommend checking out a live show if you have the opportunity. Hope to see them back in Raleigh again sometime soon!
First time seeing him perform in Raleigh NC- he has a distinctive voice that is just incredible live... a true performer... to go out there on stage and do what he does day in and day out shows what kind of entertainer he really is.. we’re both planet Queens and to me he’s the Paul Simon/Jim Croce of our times.. I can totally connect to his lyrics... God BLESS this guy... thank you for a show I’ll never forget... Tommy Rella from Maspeth Queens
Absolutely amazing Tuk and Ricky jumped off stage and into to the crowd on the last song! A truly one of a kind show with ever better music! Nigel’s drum playing is like watching lightning in a bottle and Shane’s base lines and kicks are killer!! If you’ve never seen them before I highly recommend you do so!
