Anthik

Ibrahim Kaptanoglu aka ANTHIK, was born in Switzerland with turkish roots.

Inspired to became a professional DJ, was he by the radio station Couleur 3 and their every weekend house music specials „pump it up“ and their legendary parties at club « New York“ in Neuchatel.

His professional career started back in 1994 at the club „Nachtschicht“ in Solothurn, Switzerland. Where he was a resident from 1995 till the closing in 1999.

Anthik also used worked at the best known record store „Pantera Records“ Zürich, Switzerland, where all top Swiss DJ's got their records from. Through this, he was able to enlarge his professional network as a DJ.

ANTHIK was known all over Switzerland and was booked at many No 1 clubs and Raves all over the country.

For the last 15 years, ANTHIK is also resident on different Lovemobiles at the most famous „Streetparade“ in Zürich, Switzerland.

ANTHIK also has a number of international appearance to show, but the highlight's are certainly Ibiza, Spain. Already back in 2000, he was booked at the „scandal night“, Pacha main floor. To follow „Chocolate parties“ on the Terasse at Space or at El Divino. In 2010, Tonic masterd decks at KM5, Bora Bora and „Warung“ at Privilege. The following year it was booked at the White Party @ Terrase Amnesia and in 2012 The new Ocean Beach Club Ibiza.

In 2013 he startet a cooperation with Endless where he was booked all over Europe like Turkey, Austria, Germany and just reecently Sao Paulo Brazil at D.Edge and The Week..!!!

In Summer 2014 had huge sucess with his first relase on SUARA REC. He did a Remix on Funkwerkstatt’s old hit Windrose and his first ep. „Just Trust Me“ on Go Deeva Records..!!!
