The Metal Maniacs Schrobenhausen e.V. organizes the Metal im Woid Festival once a year. 2026 will be the eleventh time! In a beautiful location, familiar atmosphere and with a great atmosphere, music fans are offered a deliberately varied mix of all genres of heavy metal. We believe that stylistic specialization encourages blinkers. The spirit of the scene only really blossoms when styles and fans come together. Fan-friendly prices and a non-commercial orientation (all work is voluntary!) form the basis for an always happy and peaceful celebration with hundreds of music fans. Where does my money go? With costs for GEMA, artists’ social security, permits, the rental of all the equipment and of course the expenses for the artists, their accommodation, catering, balloons for grindcore bands, etc., every organizer initially faces high hurdles. We always calculate in such a way that we can offer our guests the best possible price/performance ratio. This is relatively inexpensive in comparison, because all the helpers do their work on a voluntary basis. We do this entirely out of love and dedication to Metal! We look forward to seeing you!
