Whitelocust is a London-based band that fuses the raw energy of the ’90s alt rock scene with psychedelic textures, funk grooves, and shoe-gaze atmospheres. The band formed in 2022 and comprises vocalist Stefan Florea, guitarist Alex Korr, bassist Igor Vieira and drummer Keir Ansell.

Having spent over a decade pursuing various musical projects together, few bands can boast the same rapport and intuition as Whitelocust.
Officially coming together to form the outfit in 2022 and a debut release in mid-2023, the four members have not only fine-tuned their signature sound throughout the years spent writing music together, they have honed in on a style that captures the same raw essence of such ’90s icons as Soundgarden, Jane’s Addiction and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
The final result — a refreshing modern spin on renowned classics, which both tugs on the heartstrings of nostalgia, yet deliver a sound solely exclusive to the musicians that made it.
