Knopf’s «Roadtrip» im Herbst 2023 mit Gitarre im Gepäck, einem Monat von Upstate New York durch die «Appalachen» zu den «Blue Ridge Mountains» und westwärts nach Nashville / TN hat Spuren hinterlassen. Seine gradlinigen «Roots» Songs werden mit der «Kustom-Band» überraschend elektrisch präsentiert.
