Typical Organ Biography
Typical Organ is an American indie rock band from Ontario, California formed in 2016. The band currently consists of John De La Cruz (vocals, guitar, keyboards), David Jauregui (drums), Eddie Fernandez (guitar, keyboards), Dan Jauregui (bass).
Founded by De La Cruz, Typical Organs first stable line-up included guitarist Frank Soto, bass guitarist Matt Duff and drummer Antonio Chavez. After recording a EP (Span), Typical Organ went on their first West Coast tour.
Typical Organ have described themselves as "dream rock," though they incorporate a wide range of genres, including noise, garage rock, shoegaze, as well as significant pop elements.
